Modular clipping device
A modular clipping device is used to attach a cylindrical device to a railing structure. The clipping device is formed from two detachable clasps that enable a user to form a semi-permanent mount for the cylindrical device. The clipping device has a pair of mounting brackets and a coupling mechanism. The pair of mounting brackets are clasps that are each designed to clamp around the cylindrical object and the railing structure. The coupling mechanism is a detachable fastener that has a pair of interlocking members which can be quickly connected to or detached from each other. Additionally, each of the interlocking members is connected to a corresponding mounting bracket so that the mounting brackets can be detachably connected to each other. The interlocking members are connected in between the mounting brackets and retain the mounting brackets in a desired orientation.
Pipe fitting mount
A pipe adapter with two or more plugs, each plug is inserted into an opening in a different pipe fitting. The adapter permanently isolates the fittings from each other, while keeping the fittings a fixed distance apart.
Structural fastener
A U-shaped band to attach or snap a conduit or pipe to a slotted structural member. The U-shaped band includes a bottom portion, a first side having a first arm connected to the bottom portion; a second side having a second arm connected to the bottom portion thereby forming a U-shaped structure with the first and second sides. The at least one arm snaps into a slot of the slotted structural member when in an engaged position. The slotted structural member may be a strut or a receiver. The receiver has arms to engage and snap into curled ends or lips on sides of the strut and thus may adapt the band to the strut. Alternatively, the band may snap into suitably sized slots on the slotted structural member.
CLAMPING RETAINER
The invention relates to a clamping retainer (1) for fastening a pole, the clamping retainer (1) comprising at least two similarly shaped half shells (2) respectively having a straight side (4) and a clamping side (5) in an axial direction (A), wherein at least four or eight bores (3.1 to 3.8) running in an axial direction (A) are provided, uniformly distributed over a compass of the half shell (2), wherein a respective straight first clamping face (6) having a first width is arranged on two sides of the half shell (2) lying opposite each other in a radial direction, wherein, starting from the straight first clamping face (6), a length of the half shell (2) in the axial direction (A) increases in multiple steps (7) resulting in further straight clamping faces (8, 9, 10) with an increasing width, wherein a respective first round clamping face (11) having a shape comprising a radius or a shape of a parabola or hyperbola around its apex is arranged on two sides of the half shell (2) lying opposite each other in a radial direction and offset by 90° relative to the two sides with the straight clamping faces (6, 8, 9, 10).
MULTIFUNCTIONAL CLAMPING DEVICE
The present invention includes a clamping device (1) for connecting clamping parts (K), wherein, by movement of a single tensioning element (4), both at least one clamping section (3) can be rotated relative to a connecting joint (2), or two clamping sections (3) can be rotated relative to one another, and, by clamping at least one clamping jaw (5), the clamping parts (K) can be clamped in the at least one clamping section (3). Thus, by moving a single tensioning element (4), both clamping and fixing and releasing rotation of the at least one clamping section (3) is possible. This clamping device (1) is easy to handle, highly variable, and also takes into account the regulations of hygienic design, since no gaps, cavities or threads are exposed here in which dirt could accumulate.
CABLE TRAY SPLICE PLATE ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure provides a splice plate including a planar body, first and second pairs of opposing side walls, and a pair of tabs. The first pair of opposing side walls define two parallel slots with one slot engaging a first wire of a first cable tray section and a second slot engaging a first wire of a second cable tray section. The second pair of opposing side walls define at least one slot. A side wall of one of the second pair of opposing side walls engages a second wire of the first cable tray. A side wall of the other of the second pair of opposing side walls engages a second wire of the second cable tray section. One tab of the pair of tabs engages the first wire of the first cable tray section and a second tab engages the second cable tray section’s first wire.
Mounting assembly
A mounting assembly includes a mounting block. A first shaft is supported by the mounting block and movable about a first rotational axis and a first extension axis with respect to the mounting block. A second shaft is coupled to the first shaft and movable about a second rotational axis.
Universal clamps
Universal clamps, assemblies, devices, apparatus and methods having a holder having a threaded rod extending therefrom with an outer end, a clamp member with a U shaped member extending to one side, a through hole for receiving the outer end of the threaded rod, wherein the U shaped member can be fit about a pipe and the holder can be attached to the pipe by rotating the holder so that the outer end of the threaded rod rests against a slide putting pressure on a side of the pipe. The components can be formed from marine grade UV (ultraviolet) resistant polymer material. The holders can include a single loop and a portable phone support.
Structural fastener
A U-shaped clamp to attach or snap a conduit or pipe to a slotted structural member. The U-shaped clamp includes a bottom portion, a first side having a first wing connected to the bottom portion; a second side having a second wing connected to the bottom portion thereby forming a U-shaped structure with the first and second sides. The at least one wing snaps into a strut ledge or a rolled edge of the structural member when in an engaged position. The structural member may be a strut or a receiver. The wings engage and snap into curled ends or lips on sides of the strut and thus may adapt the pipe clamp to the strut. Alternatively, the U-shaped clamp may snap into suitably sized strut ledges or a rolled edges on the structural member.
JOINTS OF COMPOSITE FRAMES FOR OPTICS SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A joint for a composite frame includes a first composite rod, a first shell abutting the first composite rod, a second shell abutting the first composite rod and disposed opposite the first shell relative to the first composite rod. The first and second shells are joined together such that composite rod is fixed therebetween. A method of forming joints of composite frame includes forming a composite frame by interconnecting a plurality of composite rods formed by an Automated Fiber Placement (AFP) manufacturing method around a mandrel, applying a first shell to the plurality of composite rods at a first location where composite rods are interconnected, applying a second shell at the first location opposite the first shell relative to the composite rods, and joining the first and second shells together with the composite rods at the first location disposed between the first and second shells.
