FASTENING DEVICE FOR FASTENING AN OBJECT TO A WALL, AND FASTENING SYSTEM
A fastening device for fastening an object to a wall includes a fastening element, a bearing element adapted for bearing against the wall, and a holding element configured to hold at least a part of the object. The holding element has a through opening running at least through the holding element and the bearing element for allowing passage of the fastening element. A connecting element constructed as an eccentric connects the bearing element and the holding element to one another. The holding element together with the connecting element and the bearing element form a single-piece fastening unit.
Modular ease-of-use shelving system
A bracket is for use in a modular construction system, wherein plates are mechanically connected in a releasable manner to form a structure. The plates comprise at least one hole in a part thereof, wherein the hole is configured for being coupled to the bracket. The bracket comprises at least two foot portions for being coupled to respective plates. Each foot portion comprises a gripper element for being inserted into the hole of the plate and a linking member connecting the at least two foot portions and establishing a predefined fixed distance and a predefined fixed relative orientation between said foot portions. The gripper element is configured for enlarging a diameter in at least one direction in a plane parallel to the plate to obtain a friction coupling between the bracket and the plate or between the bracket and a further bracket provided from another side of the respective plate, when activated in operational use, and for reducing the diameter of the gripper element in a first direction of the plane parallel to the plate to release the bracket from the plate, when deactivated in operational use.
DEVICE FOR CONNECTING TWO FURNITURE PARTS
A device for connecting two furniture parts, wherein the device comprises a housing arrangeable on a first furniture part and an eccentric element rotatably mounted in the housing. The housing is on one wall side flattened, and the flattened wall side of the housing has a continuous opening. The eccentric element is configured to cooperate with a connecting element, wherein the connecting element is arrangeable on a second furniture part, and wherein the connecting element can be coupled with the housing and the eccentric element such that the first and the second furniture part are fixedly connected to each other. The device is characterized in that the continuous opening in the housing on the flattened wall side is fully enclosed at the margin by wall portions.
Apparatus for linking articles of furniture
A linking assembly is provided for linking two articles of furniture that includes a support member and a latch member that are pivotably connected by a lever member. The support member includes a hook portion configured to engage a link engagement opening in a beam of one of the articles of furniture. The latch member also includes a hook portion configured to engage the link engagement opening of the other beam. The lever member is pivotably connected to the support and latch members, and is configured in an open configuration so that the hook portions of the support and latch members are separated by a distance that is greater than the combined width of the two beams being connected. The lever member is further configured to draw the support and latch members together as the lever member is pivoted, so that wings of the support and latch members clamp against the two beams.
CONNECTING DEVICE, INSTALLATION DEVICE, AND SYSTEM FOR RESPECTIVELY CONNECTING A FIRST COMPONENT AND A SECOND COMPONENT
A connecting device for connecting a first component and a second component, comprising: a first connecting element arranged on the first component in the connected state of the components; and/or a second connecting element arranged on the second component in the connected state of the components, wherein the first connecting element comprises a first housing and a holding element, which is movable relative to the first housing of the first connecting element, for releasably connecting the first connecting element to the second connecting element and/or to the second component, wherein the movable holding element comprises a first holding contour, wherein the second connecting element and/or the second component comprises a second holding contour behind which the first holding contour is able to engage, wherein at least one of the connecting elements comprises, on the respective housing, a curved face, which is in the form of a circular arc in longitudinal section.
Furniture and toy assembly for children
A convertible furniture and toy assembly for children, which has a symmetrical base unit and replaceable module elements that can be attached thereto. The base unit contains two side units arranged at an equal distance from its plane of symmetry and at least two connecting elements connecting the two side units. The convertible furniture and toy assembly for children is provided with a stabilizing system in which the side unit of the base unit contains a first side element, a second side element, and an intermediate side element connecting them. The first side element is arranged at a predetermined distance X and the second side element is arranged at a predetermined distance X+Y+V from the plane of symmetry. The stabilizing system preferably also contains at least one connecting member and module elements that can be installed symmetrically on the base unit.
Actuation and blocking system of a joint between a shoulder and a shelf of furniture or other furnishing items
An actuation and blocking system of a joint for use in a piece of furniture or other furnishing item for perpendicularly interconnecting a shoulder with a shelf, base or top includes a pin with a fixing element to the shoulder and the shelf, base or top and adapted to be at least partially inserted in a hole of the shoulder and of the shelf, base or top. The pin has a side hole for receiving a shaped stem, which extends from an actuation and blocking group of the joint positioned on the shelf, base or top parallel to the floor or the ceiling, which are close to the furniture or other furnishing item when assembled, the actuation and blocking group providing for a 90 transmission between a maneuvering point, accessible from the front or side of the furniture, and the shaped stem, inserted in the side hole of the pin.
Furniture fitting
A furniture fitting for connecting two furniture parts includes a dowel for fastening the furniture fitting to one of the two furniture parts, and an expansion element mounted for movement relative to the dowel. The dowel can be transferred from a first release position into a clamping position by a relative movement of the expansion element. A fitting body has a connecting device for connecting the furniture fitting to the other of the two furniture parts, the fitting body being connected to the expansion element such that the dowel can be moved from the first release position into the clamping position by a rotational or pivoting movement of the fitting body in a first actuation direction. The dowel can be moved from the clamping position into a second release position by a continuation of the rotational or pivoting movement of the fitting body in the first actuation direction.
