Expansion anchor having a high-strength expansion sleeve in certain areas
An expansion anchor is provided having a stud and at least one expansion sleeve that surrounds the stud, whereby, on the stud, there is an expansion cone that radially widens the expansion sleeve when the expansion cone is pulled into the expansion sleeve. It is provided that the expansion sleeve has a hardness of more than 350 HV in the area of its front end facing the expansion cone, whereby the hardness of the expansion sleeve decreases towards its rear end. A production method for such an expansion anchor is also provided.
EXPANSION ANCHOR HAVING A DOUBLE COATING
An expansion anchor, including at least one anchor body as a first element and at least one bolt as a second element, wherein the bolt has an expansion body, which pushes the anchor body radially outward when the expansion body is moved in an extraction direction in relation to the anchor body is provided. A double coating having an inner layer and an outer layer covering the inner layer is provided on one of the two elements in an area of contact with the other element, wherein the outer layer has a coefficient of friction with respect to the other element that is greater than a coefficient of friction of the inner layer with respect to the other element.
Expansion anchor with an anisotropic coefficient of friction
An expansion anchor including a stud, at least one expansion element, and at least one slanted surface that is arranged on the stud and that pushes the expansion element radially outwards when the stud is moved in a pull-out direction relative to the expansion element is provided. It is provided that the coefficient of friction between the expansion element and the slanted surface is dependent on the direction.
Fastener for corrugated sheet
A fastener for a corrugated sheet includes a cylindrical assembly including elongated, plate shaped fastening members assembled as a hollow cylinder. Each fastening member is tapered to one end to form a hook at one end and having a curved groove on an outer surface, and a curved trough on the outer surface at the other end of the fastening member. The curved troughs are assembled to form an annular recess. A retainer ring is secured to the annular recess. A ring-shaped elastic member is secured to the curved groove. A first sealing member is put on the retainer ring. A threaded bolt driven through a washer, the retainer ring, and the fastening member. An expansion nut has a multi-sided outer surface and is moveably secured to the threaded bolt.
ANCHOR BOLT
An anchor bolt (11) including: a taper bolt (21) that is, with a screw thread formed on an outer peripheral surface, inserted in an anchor hole (91); a sleeve (25) that is attached to the taper bolt (21) and includes locking pieces (252) that are, in a state of being disposed in the anchor hole (91), locked to an inner side surface of the anchor hole (91); an annular expansively openable ring (26) attached to the taper bolt (21) at a position closer to a tip side of the taper bolt (21) than the sleeve (25), and divided in a peripheral direction; and a cone portion (27) configured to expand the expansively openable ring (26) radially outward by being pushed into an inner hole of the expansively openable ring (26).
Fastening element with particle coating
A fastening element is provided, in particular an expansion anchor, having a bolt and a retainer arranged on the bolt for introducing tensile forces into the bolt, the bolt having a first metal friction surface and the retaining element having a second metal friction surface, which is associated with the first friction surface. A coating in which particles, preferably hard particles, are embedded is arranged on at least one of the two friction surfaces.
Concrete Anchor Coupling Assembly and Anchor Rod Holder
Concrete coupling assembly comprises a base holder for being attached to a concrete forming surface, the base holder including a central opening; a coupler having one end disposed within the central opening, the coupler having an axis for being positioned substantially transverse to the forming surface, the coupler having first and second threaded bores through the one end for attachment of a threaded rod; and a separate anchor body threadedly attached to another end of the coupler.
Expansion Anchor
An expansion anchor is disclosed. The expansion anchor has a bolt having a neck region and an expansion region adjoining the neck region in which the bolt tapers down towards the neck region. The bolt has a groove in the neck region which extends along the bolt, and is at least partially surrounded by an expansion sleeve, and which has on its inside a web. The web at least partially engages in the groove in the neck region and the wall thickness of the expansion sleeve is increased locally by the web. The expansion sleeve is displaceable under radial expansion of the expansion sleeve along the bolt from the neck region into the expansion region. The web, on displacement of the expansion sleeve from the neck region, at least by region, passes into the expansion area and is forced radially outward by the expansion region.
