A device includes an inner body, back cover, front panel, and fastener assembly. The front panel is sealingly coupled to a front surface of the back cover. The front panel encloses the inner body within the back cover. The fastener assembly supports the inner body relative to the back cover and includes a first component, second component, retainer, and adhesive. The first component includes a stud and a first face. The stud extends through a rear wall of the back cover. The first face is disposed on a forward side of the rear wall. The second component is coupled to a rear side of the inner body and includes a second face opposing the first face. The retainer removably engages the stud on a rear side of the rear wall to couple the first component to the back cover. The adhesive adheres the first and second faces together.

A device includes an inner body, back cover, front panel, and fastener assembly. The front panel is sealingly coupled to a front surface of the back cover. The front panel encloses the inner body within the back cover. The fastener assembly supports the inner body relative to the back cover and includes a first component, second component, retainer, and adhesive. The first component includes a stud and a first face. The stud extends through a rear wall of the back cover. The first face is disposed on a forward side of the rear wall. The second component is coupled to a rear side of the inner body and includes a second face opposing the first face. The retainer removably engages the stud on a rear side of the rear wall to couple the first component to the back cover. The adhesive adheres the first and second faces together.

A breakaway threaded fastener is provided that includes a hollow stud, a pin, and a cap. The stud has a hollow cavity, a closed end, an open end with an upper surface, a wall, and an outer surface, which includes an external thread. The pin is in the hollow cavity with a first end at the closed end of the hollow stud and a second end proximate the open end of the hollow stud. The cap has another hollow cavity with a closed end, an open end, an inner surface, and an internal thread. The cap is threadably engaged to the open end of the hollow stud via the internal and external threads so that the second end of the pin abuts the inner surface of the cap with a gap remaining between the upper surface of the hollow stud and the inner surface of the cap.

A fastening device for keeping at least first and second parts assembled, the fastening device comprising a tubular body passing through the first and second parts, an expansion nut and a screw that is seated in the tubular body and cooperates with the expansion nut. To facilitate the removal of the fastening device, the screw has at least one shape, such as a recess positioned on the transverse face thereof, to prevent it from rotating using a first tool, and the expansion nut has at least one shape, such as a flat, to unscrew it using a second tool.
