Combination bearing
Rolling bearings are stacked with their center lines extending in a vertical direction. Each of the rolling bearings has an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of balls, and an annular cage. Each of the rolling bearings has a structure that induces, upon rotation, an action that causes lubricating oil to flow upward along the outer ring in the annular space. The cage has an annular portion provided adjacently below the balls to prevent air from moving to the outer ring side from the inner ring side.
MULTI-ROW BALL BEARING
Provided is a multi-row ball bearing that includes an outer ring, an inner ring, and two or more rows of balls retained by raceway surfaces of the outer and inner rings. Each of the raceway surfaces is formed as a Gothic arch groove, and the outer and inner rings are division races that are divided on at least one of the raceway surfaces at a middle position of the raceway surface.
FIXED CONSTANT VELOCITY UNIVERSAL JOINT, AND BEARING DEVICE FOR WHEELS
A fixed type constant velocity universal joint includes an outer joint member having a cup shape, an inner joint member, which is received in the outer joint member, and transmits torque between the inner and outer joint members through intermediation of balls while allowing angular displacement, and a hollow shaft, which is coupled to the inner joint member so as to allow torque transmission. A threaded hole is formed in a bottom portion of the outer joint member along an axial direction. A recessed hole is formed to be open in a shaft end portion of the hollow shaft opposed to the threaded hole. An embedded stopper that enters the threaded hole is press-fitted into the recessed hole. The embedded stopper is retractable into the hollow shaft in a press-fitting direction.
VEHICLE WHEEL SUPPORTING ROLLING BEARING UNIT
A vehicle wheel supporting rolling bearing unit includes a bearing part having a stationary side bearing ring member which is supported and fixed to a suspension device and non-rotatable in a use state and a rotation side bearing ring member which is coupled and fixed to a vehicle wheel and rotate together with the vehicle wheel, an electric generator which generates electric power to be supplied to a sensor provided on the vehicle wheel, a battery which stores the electric power generated by the electric generator, and a wireless communication device which wirelessly communicates an output signal of the sensor with an electronic equipment arranged on a vehicle body side. The stator is supported and fixed to the stationary side bearing ring member, and the rotor, the battery and the wireless communication device are supported and fixed to the rotation side bearing ring member.
Pitch Bearing for a Wind Turbine
The present disclosure is directed to a bearing for a wind turbine. The bearing includes an outer race, an inner race, and a radially-split center race configured between the inner race and the outer race. Further, the center race includes a first race portion and a separate second race portion. In addition, the first and second race portions are arranged together in an axial direction. The bearing also includes a first set of rolling elements positioned between the inner race and the center race and a second set of rolling elements positioned between the center race and the outer race.
Wind Turbine
The present invention describes a wind turbine comprising a hub, at least one blade and at least one pitch bearing to connect the at least one blade to the hub, the at least one pitch bearing comprising at least an inner ring and an outer ring, and at least a rolling race, wherein the wind turbine further comprises at least a tensioning system configured to exert a radial compression force to at least a part of the outer ring of the at least one pitch bearing, thus increasing the resultant stiffness of the at least one pitch bearing.
Turbomachine fan assembly comprising a roller bearing and a double-row ball bearing with oblique contact
An aircraft propulsion assembly including a fan shaft which is connected to a turbine shaft by means of a reduction gear. The guiding of the fan shaft is carried out by a first bearing including cylindrical rollers and a second beating including two rows of balls with oblique contact.
METHOD FOR ADJUSTING THE PRELOAD IN A BEARING ASSEMBLY AND BEARING ASSEMBLY
A method for setting a preload in a bearing assembly, the bearing assembly having at least one rolling-element bearing with at least one bearing inner ring and at least one bearing outer ring, the method including changing the preload in the bearing assembly starting from an initial value and measuring the electrical resistance between the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring and terminating the changing of the preload in the bearing assembly in response to a target value for the electrical resistance being reached.
COUPLING SYSTEM FOR A LOW-FRICTION SEALING ASSEMBLY, AND WHEEL HUB UNIT EQUIPPED WITH SAID SEALING ASSEMBLY
A coupling system for a sealing assembly with a rotating annular member. In particular, a bearing ring provided with a flange. The sealing assembly provides at least one first annular shield having a sleeve portion integrally coupled with the rotating annular member and a flange portion that radially and overhangingly protrudes from the sleeve portion and is arranged close to the flange. The sleeve portion is defined by a solid tubular body of rotation delimited by a mounting surface facing towards the rotating annular member and having cylindrical geometry, In combination, the sleeve portion couples with an assembly seat of the rotating annular member, formed by an annular shallow recess delimited by a cylindrical bottom surface and by an axial shoulder arranged on the side opposite to the flange; the first annular shield being placed, at the same time, in axial contact with the flange portion and the axial shoulder.
Bearing apparatus for wheels
A bearing apparatus for wheels includes an outer ring, a hub shaft, rolling elements, a seal attached to a vehicle-outer-side part of the outer ring, a rotating slinger attached to the vehicle-outer-side part of the hub shaft and contacted by the seal, and a fixed slinger attached to a vehicle-outer-side outer periphery of the outer ring and contacted by the seal. An outer peripheral surface of the outer ring has a non-plated surface portion provided at a vehicle-outer-side end of the outer ring and a plated surface portion that is continuous with the non-plated surface portion. The fixed slinger has an inner cylindrical portion externally fitted over and attached to the non-plated surface portion. The seal has an inner lip that contacts the rotating slinger and an outer lip that contacts the inner cylindrical portion.
