SLIDING BEARING ELEMENT
The invention relates to a sliding bearing element (1) comprising a polymer layer (4), the polymer layer (4) having solid lubricant particles and metal oxide particles and as a polymer, exclusively a polyimide polymer or a polyamide imide polymer. The metal oxide particles are selected from the group comprising bismuth vanadate, chromium-antimony-rutile and mixtures therefrom.
Resin sliding bearing and image forming apparatus
A resin sliding bearing includes: a bearing surface for slidingly bearing a shaft; and a hollow that communicates with the bearing surface through to a different surface of the bearing.
ULTRAVIOLET CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION AND SLIDING MEMBER
There is provided an ultraviolet curable resin composition for a self-lubricating liner, including: a (meth)acrylate compound having an isocyanuric acid ring; at least one of (meth)acrylate having a phosphoric acid ester group and (meth)acrylate having a silane group: a polythiol compound; and a polytetrafluoroethylene resin as a solid lubricant.
POLYAMIDE RESIN COMPOSITION AND SLIDING MEMBER
The present invention provides a polyamide resin composition (nylon composition) and a sliding member using this, which have excellent moldability and sliding properties. The polyamide resin composition contains, as additives, polyethylene resin of 5 to 20% by mass, polytetrafluoroethylene resin of 5 to 30% by mass, modified polyolefin resin of 0.5 to 5% by mass, and phosphate of 1 to 5% by mass, in addition to polyamide resin that is a main component. The sliding member is produced by molding this polyamide resin composition.
BEARING MATERIAL AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
A bearing material including a substrate, and a sliding layer overlying the substrate, where the sliding layer includes fillers including wollastonite in a wt % range between 10 and 30%, barium sulfate in a wt % range between 5 and 15%, and pigment in a wt % range between 0.1 and 5%.
Sliding member
To provide a technique capable of realizing an appropriate wear resistance in a resin coating layer. The sliding member of the present invention is a sliding member including a base layer and a resin coating layer formed on the base layer, wherein the resin coating layer is formed of a polyamide-imide resin as a binder, barium sulfate particles, molybdenum disulfide particles, and unavoidable impurities, wherein the resin coating layer is composed of a plurality of overcoated application layers, and wherein the plurality of application layers are different from each other in content of hard particles.
PUMP, IN PARTICULAR HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL PUMP
Disclosed is a pump, in particular a high-pressure fuel pump, comprising at least one pump element (10) that has a roller tappet (20) inside which a roller (42) is rotatably mounted on a bearing bolt (44) by means of a bearing sleeve (46), said roller (42) rolling off a cam (22) of an input shaft (24). The bearing sleeve (46) is made of a plastic material, especially polyether ether ketone (PEEK) or polyphthalamide (PPA).
Force Sensing Sliding Bearing
In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a sliding bearing system, comprising (a) a base plate, (b) one or more force measuring sensors, wherein each of the one or more force measuring sensors includes a top surface and a bottom surface, and wherein the bottom surface of each of the one or more force measuring sensors is coupled to the base plate, and (c) a first sliding surface coupled to the top surface of each of the one or more force measuring sensors.
TURBO FLUID MACHINE
A turbo fluid machine includes a rotating member having a bearing-contact surface; an operating part configured to rotate together with the rotating member to compress and discharge a fluid; a housing accommodating the rotating member and the operating part; and a foil bearing having a bearing surface that faces the bearing-contact surface and supporting the rotating member such that the rotating member is rotatable relative to the housing. At least one of the bearing-contact surface or the bearing surface has thereon a coating layer. The coating layer comprises polyamide-imide serving as a binder resin and molybdenum disulfide serving as a solid lubricant. A mass ratio of molybdenum disulfide to polyamide-imide is 0.42 or more.
Sliding member
Disclosed herein is a sliding member, such as a sliding bearing, including a resin overlay layer having improved conformability. The sliding member includes a bearing alloy layer and a resin overlay layer formed on the bearing alloy layer, wherein the resin overlay layer includes a solid lubricant phase, a binder resin phase, and a cushion phase, and an area ratio of the cushion phase is 0.5% or more but 5.0% or less.
