The resin composition contains an essential additive, optionally an optional additive, and a fluororesin. The essential additive is any one of a combination of a zinc compound and a carbon fiber, a combination of a zinc compound and an iron oxide, and a combination of a zinc compound, a carbon fiber and an iron oxide. A total content of the essential additive and the optional additive is 10 vol % or more and 35 vol % or less in the resin composition.

The sliding system is forming a connection between a moveable sofa bed part and an associated frame structure, wherein said sliding system includes at least one sliding surface being coated with a lacquer including a resin, wherein said lacquer in turn is at least partly coated with a lipophilic composition coating to provide a slide layer with a lowered friction.
MULTI-LAYER SLIDING BEARING ELEMENT
A multi-layer sliding bearing element made from a composite material includes a supporting metal layer and a further layer formed of a cast alloy of a leadfree copper base alloy, in which sulfide precipitates are contained. The copper base alloy contains between 0.1 wt. % and 3 wt. % sulfur, between 0.01 wt. % and 4 wt. % iron, up to 2 wt. % phosphorus, at least one element from a first group consisting of zinc, tin, aluminum, manganese, nickel, silicon, chromium, indium of in total between 0.1 wt. % and 49 wt. %, and at least one element from a second group consisting of silver, magnesium, indium, cobalt, titanium, zirconium, arsenic, lithium, yttrium, calcium, vanadium, molybdenum, tungsten, antimony, selenium, tellurium, bismuth, niobium, palladium, wherein the summary proportion of the elements of the second group amounts to between 0 wt. % and 2 wt. %, and the balance is constituted by copper.
SLIDING COMPONENT AND METHOD
The disclosure concerns a sliding component and a method of manufacturing a sliding component. The sliding component includes a substrate and an electrical component. The substrate has a front surface and a rear surface and comprising an electrically-insulating substrate portion extending through a metallic substrate portion, and an electrical connector extending through the electrically-insulating portion between the front surface and the rear surface. The electrical component is arranged at the front surface of the substrate and electrically connected to the electrical connector.
Sliding member and bearing device using the same
A sliding member of the present embodiment includes a bearing alloy layer and a coating layer provided on a sliding surface side thereof. The coating layer has a resin binder with sulfide particles dispersed therein. A covering portion is provided over specific particles and is made of metal oxide comprising the same metal element as a metal element constituting the sulfide particles. When measured by an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and an X-ray diffraction method, a ratio of a peak height of the metal oxide to a peak height of metal sulfide by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is from 0.10 to 0.50, and a ratio of the peak height of the metal oxide to the peak height of the metal sulfide by the X-ray diffraction method is 0.10 or less.
Sliding member
Provided is a partially-cylindrical sliding member including a sliding layer including fibrous particles having an average particle size of 5-25 m dispersed in a synthetic resin at a volume ratio of 10-35% of the sliding layer. The particles having a major axis length 20 m are included at a volume ratio of 10% to total particles. A sliding surface side area is defined from the sliding surface and has a thickness of 25% of a sliding layer thickness T, where the fibrous particles having a major axis length of 20 m have a dispersion index of 1.1-6. An interface side area is defined from the interface and has a thickness of 25% of T, where the dispersion index is 1.1-6. An intermediate area is defined between the both areas, where the dispersion index is 0.1 to less than 1.
