SHEET-METAL SPINNING CUTTER BAR ASSEMBLY AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREOF
A sheet-metal spinning cutter bar assembly includes a cutter bar body. One end of the cutter bar body is provided is provided with a pulley through a screw. The cutter bar body includes a bearing seat. Two ends of the bearing seat are respectively provided with bearings. A mandrel is inserted into the bearing seat, and a tail end of the mandrel is connected with the pulley. The pulley is provided with a plurality of sets of lightening holes. A fixing plate and a supporting plate are arranged on the bearing seat, which are connected by interference fit and welding, and are provided with reinforcing ribs. A processing method of the sheet-metal spinning cutter bar assembly is also provided.
Axle Assembly With Sealed Wheel End Bearings And Sealed Pinion Input Bearings
A vehicle axle assembly including an axle housing, carrier assembly, and first and second axle shafts. The axle housing is formed from an upper beam and a lower beam that are positioned in a clam-shell arrangement. The carrier assembly includes a carrier housing and a differential that includes a ring gear arranged in meshing engagement with a pinion. The first and second axle shafts extend outwardly from the differential in opposite directions. The pinion is rotatably supported by a self-lubricating cartridge pinion input bearing and the outboard ends of the first and second axle shafts are rotatably supported by self-lubricating and unitized grease wheel end bearings. These bearings do not require lubrication from oil contained inside the axle housing allowing for a reduced oil fill level in the axle housing, creating less viscous losses and better efficiency.

The work equipment for the motor grader includes: a drawbar having a drawbar plate; a bearing having an outer ring and inner ring, the outer ring being fixed to a lower surface of the drawbar plate and the inner ring, disposed inside the outer ring ring; a circle having a circle plate that is fixed to a lower end of the inner ring over the peripheral direction; a blade supported by the circle; a peripheral-direction pipe extending in the peripheral direction of the outer ring along a peripheral surface of the outer ring and connected to an end portion of an outer peripheral side of the plurality of lubricant supply holes; and the lubricant inlet port connected to the peripheral-direction pipe and capable of introducing a lubricant oil from an outside.
ROLLING BEARING, ROTARY APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ROLLING BEARING
A rolling bearing capable of achieving reduction in torque is provided. The rolling bearing includes an inner ring and an outer ring disposed coaxially with each other, a rolling element disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, a seal member configured to cover an area between the inner ring and the outer ring from an outside in an axial direction, and filled grease disposed between the rolling element and the seal member. The filled grease includes a first ring-like part which extends to form a circumferential shape centering on a common axis of the inner ring and the outer ring, and which has contact with one of the inner ring and the outer ring, and a second ring-like part which extends to form a circumferential shape centering on the common axis, which is connected to the first ring-like part at an outer side in the axial direction, and which has contact with the seal member.
Vehicle main electric motor
A vehicle main electric motor includes: a ring-shaped filling chamber, which is formed in contact with a ball bearing and a roller bearing in a direction of a rotation shaft, for filling with a semi-solid lubricant, and which has a central axis concentric with the rotation shaft; and a discharge section connected to the filling chamber, for inflow of the semi-solid lubricant from the filling chamber. A display member, which has a specific gravity lower than a specific gravity of the semi-solid lubricant, is arranged, in an interior of the discharge section, at an initial position that is a position not reached by the semi-solid lubricant during an initial greasing. The discharge section has a retaining part for retaining, at a movement position that is a determined position within the discharge section, the display member moving in a greasing direction due to pressure of the semi-solid lubricant during a supplemental greasing. At least a portion of visible light from the exterior reaches at least a portion of the movement position.

A rolling bearing having an annular inner ring and an annular outer ring in relative rotation around a central axis and rolling elements housed between raceways provided in the two rings. At least one of the rings includes two concentric annular ring parts made of metallic material, and an annular layer made of electrically insulating material, the layer being accommodated between the two parts.
Bearing assembly
A bearing assembly configured to rotationally support a first component relative to a second component includes at least one bearing and at least one closure element configured to close an opening in the first component, which opening is disposed axially adjacent to the bearing. The closure element may be a cured body of foam that conforms to the shape of the opening or a ring mounted on the first component such that it covers the opening.

A roller bearing for a wind turbine includes a first inner ring with an axial protrusion, a second inner ring, an outer ring arranged coaxially over the first inner ring and the second inner ring, and first and second pluralities of rolling elements. The rolling elements roll on respective inner ring and outer ring raceways. The roller bearing also has a bearing interior at least partially filled with a lubricant, an additional ring arranged radially outwardly on the axial protrusion, an axial extension connected to the outer ring and includes a cylindrical inner sealing face, and a radial shaft sealing ring installed on the additional ring in a radially outward manner. The radial shaft sealing ring has a radially outwardly directed sealing lip in radial contact with the cylindrical inner sealing face.
Rolling bearing and its packaging method
To provide a rolling bearing in which a favorable antirust performance can be obtained while reducing an amount of antirust oil than before, after removing chloride ions and sulfate ions from the entire surface of the bearing, antirust oil is provided to adhere thereto at an average film thickness of 4.5 m to 10 m, and the entire bearing is covered with a volatile corrosion inhibitor film such that a space between the volatile corrosion inhibitor film and the bearing is kept in a pressure-reduced condition.
Rolling bearing and its packaging method
To provide a rolling bearing in which a favorable antirust performance can be obtained while reducing an amount of antirust oil than before, after removing chloride ions and sulfate ions from the entire surface of the bearing, antirust oil is provided to adhere thereto at an average film thickness of 4.5 m to 10 m, and the entire bearing is covered with a volatile corrosion inhibitor film such that a space between the volatile corrosion inhibitor film and the bearing is kept in a pressure-reduced condition.
