SPIN-SET BEARING SETTING VERIFICATION METHOD
A method for spin set bearing setting verification in a preload state on a shaft. An inertia wheel may be disposed on the shaft. The inertia wheel or the shaft is rotated. A first rotational speed is measured at a first time. The inertia wheel may decelerate over time to achieve a second rotational speed measured at a second time. The second speed is less than first speed. The change in time between the first time and the second time is measured. The bearing setting may be adjusted if the change in time is outside a predetermined time range. The bearing setting may remain unchanged if the change in time is within a predetermined time range.
Grease packing tool for a bearing assembly
A grease packing tool includes a support member and an alignment member. The support member includes a radially outward section, a radially inward section, and an annular passage. The radially outward section has an inner surface that includes an annular seat for receiving a cage of a bearing assembly. The radially inward section has an outer surface that includes an annular ledge for supporting an inner ring of the bearing assembly. The annular passage is arranged between the radially outward section and the radially inward section and is configured to deliver grease between rolling elements of the bearing assembly. The alignment member includes a projection that has an exterior surface for contacting the inner ring of the bearing assembly to ensure that the cage of the bearing assembly and the inner ring of the bearing assembly are respectively seated in the annular seat and the annular ledge.
LUBRICATING CAN
A lubricating can has a grease cup, bolt, piston, pressing base, bearing placement portion and a rotation driving component. The fixed end of the bolt is fixed on the grease cup bottom. The piston is housed inside the lubricating trough. The piston has a pressing surface, a bearing surface and a lateral ring surface that is tightly fitted on and can slide along the inner wall. The center of the piston is formed with a through hole and a plurality of lubricating guide holes. The through hole is sheathed on the bolt. The lower end pressing portion of the pressing base has a screw hole to fit the bolt. The bearing placement portion is defined and formed by the space between the lower end pressing portion and the bearing surface of the piston. The rotation driving component is configured on the upper end bearing portion of the pressing base.
Bearing arrangements, and module carrier for them
A bearing arrangement includes two bearing rings which can be rotated with respect to one another about a common axis, an annular module carrier, an encoder, and at least one sensor module. The module carrier is arranged axially on one of the two bearing rings. The encoder is arranged on the other one of the two bearing rings. The at least one sensor module is arranged in the module carrier. In some embodiments, the module carrier has a cut-out on at least one of its axial side surfaces. through which a lubricant can be introduced into the bearing. The cut-out is arranged circumferentially in the region away from the sensor modules. In other embodiments, the module carrier has at least one predetermined break point for configuring a cut-out.
WORK EQUIPMENT FOR MOTOR GRADER
The work equipment for a motor grader includes: a rotary machine main body for rotating an outer gear engaging with an inner gear provided on an inner peripheral surface of an inner ring of a bearing; and a rotary machine lubrication unit provided on a gear cover in a circle rotary machine and for supplying a lubricant to a space, wherein the gear cover is provided in the rotary machine main body, covers the outer gear from the outer peripheral side thereof, forms the space between the outer gear and the gear cover, and is fixed to a drawbar plate.
SEALING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR APPLYING GREASE THERETO
A sealing device is disposed between an inner member and an outer member that rotate relative to each other to seal a gap between the inner member and the outer member of the sealing device, and includes a first sealing member including a cylindrical part to be mounted to the outer member, and an annular part that extends radially inward from the cylindrical part toward the inner member; and a second sealing member including a sleeve to be mounted to the inner member, and a flange that extends radially outward from the sleeve, the flange facing the annular part of the first sealing member. The first sealing member includes at least three axial lips made from an elastic material that extends from the annular part toward the flange of the second sealing member. An axial lip disposed radially outer side has an interference that is greater than that of an axial lip disposed radially inner side.
Strain wave gear system
A strain wave gear system (10) includes first and second sets of ball bearings (80, 82) located intermediate a flange (84) and a retainer plate (88) rotatable with an output (54) and a radially oriented flat disc (74) of the input including strain relief (76). Strain relief (76) is a helical slot in a coupling (70) located radially within the wave generator (94) and the ring gear (22). The ring gear (22) is sealed by a sealing system including sealant (42) forced by a protrusion (34) of the cap (24) entering into a cavity (36) through a channel (40) into a relief volume (38) of the housing (12). The bearing (48) rotatably mounting the housing (12) to the output (54) is lubricated by a lubricating system including plungers (110) threadably received in axial bores (102) intersecting with radial bores (104) in communication with radial holes (47) of the bearing (48).
