A bearing cage for a rotor bearing of a turbomolecular pump. The bearing cage includes a plurality of bearing pockets each of which, in use, houses a bearing ball such that the bearing ball operably engages an inner race and an outer race of the rotor bearing. Each bearing pocket of the bearing cage has a primary chamber for housing the bearing ball and each bearing pocket further includes a sump.

Grease dispensing device for rolling bearings

A rolling bearing unit provided with a radially outer ring having an assembly groove, two radially inner rings, two series of rolling elements interposed between the radially outer ring and the radially inner rings and defining between them a first internal grease reservoir. The groove is arranged in an axially intermediate position with respect to the two radially inner rings and a grease dispensing device is housed inside the groove of the radially outer ring and is in turn provided with a second grease reservoir formed inside the radially outer ring and communicating with the first reservoir via the groove. A permeable retaining wall housed is inside the groove so as to retain the grease inside the second reservoir and allow it to flow out towards the first reservoir during operation of the bearing unit, dispensing it in a controlled manner.

Splined oil catcher

A system is presented for directing the flow of cooling fluid in a rotational machine having co-axial rotatable shafts. The system comprises a first shaft rotatable about an axis, a second shaft rotatable about the axis and having a portion axially overlapping with the first shaft, and a fluid catcher. The fluid catcher is coupled between the first shaft and the second shaft. The fluid catcher comprises a first interface region interfacing with the first shaft, a second interface region interfacing with the second shaft, a fluid retention lip at least partly defining an oil capture region; and a body. The body is coupled to the oil retention lip and defines a channel in fluid communication with the oil capture region. The channel is positioned to direct fluid to one of the first interface region or the second interface region.

Guide carriage of a linear guide and method for producing a head piece of a guide carriage

A guide carriage (1) of a linear guide includes a circulation channel (8) for rolling bodies (2), which is formed from a load section (3), two deflection sections (5) and a return section (4). A valve (16) arranged in a lubricant channel (10) to prevent the back flow of lubricant from the circulation channel (8) is arranged at a supply point (13) for supplying lubricating agent to one of the deflection sections (5), and the deflection section (5) is delimited by a deflection shell (9) located in an end piece (7). The valve (16) is formed integrally with at least one of the elements deflection shell (9) and end piece (7).

Bearing lubrication system and method of lubricating a duplex bearing

A bearing lubrication system includes a bearing assembly comprising a duplex bearing including an outer ring, an inner ring positioned radially inward from the outer ring, and two sets of circumferentially distributed rolling elements between the inner and outer rings. The bearing assembly further includes a housing radially surrounding the duplex bearing and including a lubricant flow passage in fluid communication with a source of lubricant. A flow orifice is located downstream of the lubricant flow passage for jetting the lubricant into the duplex bearing. The flow orifice has an axial location between the two sets of rolling elements.

DEVICE FOR DISTRIBUTING OIL FROM A ROLLING BEARING FOR AN AIRCRAFT TURBINE ENGINE

Devices for distributing oil from a rolling bearing for an aircraft turbine engine include a rolling bearing including two rings, respectively an inner ring and an outer ring, an oil distribution ring configured to be mounted on a turbine engine shaft, said distribution ring including a first outer cylindrical surface for mounting the inner ring of the bearing, an oil recovery scoop supplying a lubricating circuit of the bearing, and an annular track of a dynamic seal. The distribution ring and the track are formed by a single-piece body, and the lubricating circuit is formed in said body and extends into the distribution ring and the track.

BALL BEARING

A holder has a protrusion which protrudes from a side surface at a side opposite in an axial direction with respect to a rolling element held in a pocket toward the side opposite in the axial direction. An oil supply hole which penetrates through the holder from the side surface to a surface at a side of the rolling element in the axial direction is formed in the holder. When the holder rotates, the protrusion guides oil into the oil supply hole, and the oil is introduced from the side surface of the holder to the surface on the side of the rolling element.

RECIRCULATION OF LUBRICANT IN A TURBOMACHINE ROLLING-ELEMENT BEARING

Rolling-element bearing for a turbomachine of an aircraft, comprising an inner ring (3) defining a first raceway (112), and an outer ring (4) defining a second raceway (124), characterized in that the bearing has at least one loop circuit (21, 22) for forced recirculation of lubricant, this loop circuit comprising a first recirculation circuit (21) comprising at least one lubricant inlet (1200) located on the second raceway (124), and connected by at least one duct (120, 166) created in the outer ring (4) to at least one lubricant outlet (1661) which discharges into a second recirculation circuit (22) of the loop circuit (21, 22), this second recirculation circuit (22) comprising at least one duct (152, 1134, 1136; 1135, 1136) created in the inner ring (3).

KIT FOR BEARING AND BEARING ARRANGEMENT

The invention relates to a kit including a plurality of modules which can be integrated in a bearing installation space. The modules include a plurality of supply management modules for supplying bearing components, a plurality of functional modules for measuring bearing state variables and/or for triggering and/or activating specified events under specified conditions, and a plurality of infrastructure modules for implementing communication tasks and/or for saving and processing specified and/or recorded data. The invention further relates to a bearing arrangement having a bearing and a plurality of modules which can be connected to a common connection medium, wherein the modules are components of the kit according to the invention.

TAPER ROLLER BEARING

A taper roller bearing includes: an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of taper rollers, and an annular cage. The cage includes a small-diameter annular portion on one axial side, a large-diameter annular portion on the other axial side, and a plurality of column portions. A radial inner surface of the column portion is provided along a second virtual taper surface that is in the vicinity of a first virtual taper surface including a center line of the plurality of taper rollers, across the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the column portion.
