TAPER ROLLER BEARING
A taper roller bearing includes: an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of taper rollers, and an annular cage which holds the plurality of taper rollers at an interval in the circumferential direction. The cage includes a small-diameter annular portion on one axial side, a large-diameter annular portion on the other axial side, and a plurality of column portions. An inner circumferential surface of the small-diameter annular portion includes a first inner circumferential surface portion and a second inner circumferential surface portion having a small diameter. An outer circumferential surface of the small flange included in the inner ring includes a first outer circumferential surface portion which opposes the first inner circumferential surface portion having a fine clearance, and a second outer circumferential surface portion which has a small diameter and opposes the second inner circumferential surface portion having a fine clearance.
Rolling Bearing
A rolling bearing includes an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of rolling elements arranged between a raceway surface of the inner ring and a raceway surface of the outer ring, and a cage that holds the rolling elements at intervals in a circumferential direction. The raceway surfaces have a contact angle with each of the rolling elements. An area of clearances formed among the inner ring, the outer ring, the rolling elements, and the cage as axially viewed from an axially first side of the raceway surfaces that is a small diameter side of the raceway surfaces is larger than an area of clearances formed among the inner ring, the outer ring, the rolling elements, and the cage as axially viewed from an axially second side of the raceway surfaces that is a large diameter side of the raceway surfaces.
High speed bearing assembly
A bearing assembly includes an outer race, a cage, a plurality of internal rotating members, and an inner race. Lubricant flows through the bearing assembly to withdraw heat generated during operation of the bearing assembly.
Rolling bearing apparatus
A rolling bearing apparatus includes: a bearing portion having an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of balls, and a cage; and a lubrication unit that is provided adjacently to an annular space formed between the inner ring and the outer ring and that has a pump that feeds a lubricant into the annular space. The pump has a main body portion having an internal space in which the lubricant is retained and being open at one end of the main body portion, a metal diaphragm fixed to a fixation portion that is a part of the main body portion so as to close the opening of the main body portion, and a piezoelectric element fixed to the diaphragm. At least the fixation portion of the main body portion is formed of metal, and the fixation portion and the diaphragm are fixed together by metal joining.
BEARING ARRANGEMENT FOR A DEEP DRILLING DEVICE
The invention relates to a bearing arrangement for a drilling head, through which flushing liquid flows, of a deep drilling device, having multiple radially outer and radially inner bearing rings, wherein the radially outer bearing rings are arranged coaxially over the radially inner bearing rings, wherein, radially between the bearing rings, there are arranged balls which roll in raceways of the bearing rings, and wherein the raceways are delimited axially on both sides by shoulders with mutually opposite shoulder surfaces which run parallel to a bearing longitudinal axis. In order for a bearing arrangement of this type, which, as per the prior art, is adjoined in an axial direction by at least one plain bearing, to be designed to be of short axial extent and in order to simplify the construction, the internal diameter (Di) of the shoulder surfaces of the radially outer bearing rings and the external diameter (Da) of the shoulder surfaces of the radially inner bearing rings are dimensioned such that said shoulder surfaces perform the function of parallel radial plain bearings with a radial clearance (S).
CIRCUMFERENTIAL LUBRICANT SCOOP
A circumferential lubricant scoop for providing lubricant to a bearing assembly. The scoop is disposed circumferentially about and rotates with a rotor shaft. The scoop comprises a plurality of lubricant capturing vanes shaped to capture and retain lubricant in a cavity behind a lower lip of the vane. This cavity is in fluid communication with channels leading to fluid pathways of an inner race of the bearing assembly. Fluid is moved through the channels and fluid pathways due to the rotational force imparted by the rotating rotor shaft.
CAGE FOR TAPER ROLLER BEARING AND TAPER ROLLER BEARING
A cage made of a resin includes: a small-diameter annular portion on one side in an axial direction; a large-diameter annular portion on the other side in the axial direction; and a plurality of column portions which link the small-diameter annular portion and the large-diameter annular portion to each other. Spaces which are formed between the large-diameter annular portion and the small-diameter annular portion and between the column portions adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction are pockets which hold the taper rollers. A surface of the entire cage including the small-diameter annular portion, the large-diameter annular portion, and all of the column portions is configured by aggregating a surface viewed from the one axial side and a surface viewed from the other axial side.
MOTION GUIDING DEVICE AND LUBRICATION PATH COMPONENT USED IN MOTION GUIDING DEVICE
A motion guiding device includes a supporting body and a moving body. The moving body includes a moving body main body, a cover body and a circulation component. The cover body includes a first lubrication groove. The motion guiding device is further provided with a lubrication path component, the lubrication path component including a second lubrication groove having a cross-sectional area less than that of the first lubrication groove. When a lubricating oil is used as the lubricant, the lubricant is supplied by a lubricating oil lubrication path formed by the first lubrication groove and the second lubrication groove. In this way, in the motion guiding device, the lubrication path may be widened when the lubricating grease is used to lubricate, while the lubrication path may be narrowed when the lubricating oil is used to lubricate, so that a good lubrication may be easily achieved.
TAPER ROLLER BEARING
A taper roller bearing includes: an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of taper rollers in which a cavity portions are formed on a large end surface, and an annular cage. The cage includes a small-diameter annular portion on one axial side, a large-diameter annular portion which is positioned on the other axial side and on the outer side in the radial direction of the large flange, and a plurality of column portions. An outer diameter of an axial inner surface included in the large-diameter annular portion is greater than a diameter of a virtual circle that links outer end portions in the radial direction of the cavity portions of the plurality of taper rollers.
Rolling-element bearing having an oblique running surface section
A rolling-element bearing with line contact includes bearing inner and outer parts having running surfaces, and at least one rolling element is disposed between and makes line contact with the bearing inner and outer parts. A width of the outer running surface and/or a width of the inner running surface is narrower at least in a first circumferential partial region than a length of the rolling-element, and in the first partial region the bearing outer part running surface and/or the bearing inner part running surface extends obliquely to a rolling direction of the at least one rolling element.
