Sealing device for a hub bearing assembly
A sealing device for a hub bearing assembly, equipped with a rolling bearing unit, a circular metal shield, a radially extending end wall and a double cylindrical lateral wall fixed to and practically orthogonal to the end wall, formed by a first cylindrical lateral wall and a second cylindrical lateral wall. The metal shield is angularly coupled to a radially outer ring of the bearing. The second cylindrical lateral wall is connected in a fixed manner to a radially outer edge adapted to cover an axially inner surface of the terminal edge that is potentially subject to oxidation phenomena with the consequent formation of a layer of rust.
WHEEL HUB BEARING ASSEMBLY WITH SEALING DEVICE
A wheel hub bearing assembly includes a rotatable flanged inner ring, a stationary outer ring disposed about the inner ring such that a gap is defined between the inner and outer rings and a sealing device coupled with a tubular end collar of the outer ring. The sealing device includes a shield mounted in axial abutment against the tubular end collar and a sealing fluid applied in an application zone located between the tubular end collar and the shield. An element for collecting and accumulating the sealing fluid is associated with the sealing device and is arranged at the outside of the application zone in order to collect any sealing fluid escaping from the application zone.
Shaft seal assembly
An illustrative embodiment of a shaft seal assembly generally includes a fixed stator, a floating stator, and a sealing member. In the illustrative embodiment the fixed stator may be formed with one or more fluid conduits that are in fluid communication with one or fluid conduits formed in the floating stator. The fluid conduits in the floating stator may be in fluid communication with one or more fluid conduits formed in a sealing member. A rotational interface may exist between the sealing member and a shaft, and the various fluid conduits may be configured to create a fluid barrier at that interface. Other embodiments of a shaft seal assembly may create a fluid barrier at a rotational interface between a rotor and a floating stator.

Rolling bearing comprising a sealing flange
A rolling bearing comprising an outer ring, an inner ring, at least one row of rolling elements that are disposed radially between the rings, at least one seal forming a first sealing component that is fixed to one of the rings and engages with the other ring, and at least one flange forming a second sealing component that is fixed to the other ring and is offset axially with respect to the seal on the outer side of the bearing. At least one of the first and second sealing components comprises at least two annular ribs, the other sealing component being mounted axially in contact therewith. At least one closed annular space is delimited by the ribs and by the other sealing component. At least one lubricant is disposed inside the space.
