09995340 · 2018-06-12 · ·

The spacer for rolling bearing comprises an inner ring, an outer ring and at least one row of angular contact rollers disposed between raceways provided on the rings. The spacer comprises two opposite faces 17 having a concave profile adapted to the rollers, at least one of said faces comprising two contact surfaces 17a, 17b with the associated roller and a concave recess 17c extending between said contact surfaces and directed outwards towards said roller.

Bearing structure

An outer-ring-equivalent component having an annular raceway surface on which rolling elements roll is disposed on an outer circumference of a bearing. The bearing is, for example, a retainer-equipped roller. Between the bearing and a fixed member located apart from the bearing in an axial direction, a thrust washer is interposed so as to be movable in the axial direction. A gap forming device is provided which constantly forms a gap between the thrust washer and the outer-ring-equivalent component. For example, as the gap forming device, an axial width of the bearing is made larger than an axial width of the outer-ring-equivalent component.

SEAL ASSEMBLY

The invention is a seal comprising inner (308) and outer (301) circular seal members wherein the seal members are rotatable with respect to each other, where said outer seal member (301) is arranged to be fixed inside an outer circular body, and an inner circular circumferential of said inner seal member (308) is arranged to be fixed about an inner circular body rotating inside said outer circular body, wherein the seal comprises a first intermediate seal member (302) with a common seal interface (320a, 320b) with said inner seal member, wherein said common seal interface comprises a seal lip and an adjacent inner counterface, and said first intermediate seal member is rotatable relative said inner and outer seal members.

ROLLING BEARING WITH SEALS AND A PERFORATED SPACER RING BETWEEN THE SEALS

A rolling bearing includes a first ring and a second ring capable of rotating concentrically relative to one another. The rolling bearing further includes at least two seals and a spacer ring axially arranged between the two seals. The spacer ring includes a flange projecting radially outwardly toward the second ring and an annular axial collar, the spacer ring having at least one axial hole.
