SLEWING BEARING WITH SEALING ARRANGEMENT
A slewing bearing includes first and second rings and rolling elements therebetween. The first ring has a shoulder, and a cap is fixed to the first ring that, with the shoulder, defines a radially outwardly facing circumferential groove. A sealing contact member is fixed to a surface of the second ring. A first seal is mounted in the groove, and a sealing member is mounted on the cap. The first seal and the sealing member each include a sealing lip in sliding frictional contact with the sealing contact member.
Slewing bearing with sealing arrangement
A slewing bearing including a first ring, a second ring, the first and second rings being in relative rotation around a rotation axis, at least one row of rolling elements arranged between the rings, and at least two seals having each an annular heel mounted on a cylindrical frontal surface of first ring, and an oblique sealing lip in sliding frictional contact with part of the second ring. The slewing bearing further includes a guiding ring axially arranged between the two seals. The guiding ring provides a flange that prevents the reversion of one sealing lip, and an annular axial collar that radially blocks the annular heel of the other seal in a radial outwards direction.
Slewing bearing with sealing arrangement
A slewing bearing providing a first ring, a second ring, the first and second rings being in relative rotation around a rotation axis, and at least one row of rolling elements arranged between the rings. The slewing bearing is further provided with a sealing device including at least one seal having an annular heel fixed to the first ring, and a sealing lip in sliding frictional contact with the second ring, and a deflector mounted to a lateral surface of second ring and having a deflecting part that at least partially radially surrounds the sealing lip.
Rotary table device
The rotary table device includes a base, a motor, a rotary drive shaft and a cross-roller bearing. An outer ring is rotationally driven through engagement of a pinion gear formed at a shaft end of the rotary rive shaft with a rack gear formed on the outer ring and transmission of a rotary drive force from the rotary drive shaft to the outer ring. The outer ring is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape covering a side of an inner ring, includes a table capable of mounting an external member on one side of the hollow cylindrical shape, and is integrated with the rack gear formed over an entire circumference of the other side thereof. With such a configuration, a rotary table device that can realize reduction in height, size and weight can be provided.
Roller bearing equipped with a sealing
The invention relates to a rolling bearing equipped with a sealing device having a frame fixed to a first organ. The first organ has a downstream sector bearing a sealing element and presenting a U-shaped geometry formed of an axial bottom surrounded with an inner wall and an outer wall at its edges. The outer wall is extended by a deflector that separates, with the U-shaped geometry, the sealing chamber into an inner compartment and an outer compartment. The bearing also includes a wall fixed to second organ, which presents an outside section forming with the deflector a reduced sealing clearance between the outside opening of the chamber and the outer compartment. The deflector has an outer surface placed in the outer compartment and is slanted towards the opening at an angle β from 10° to 80° relative to a radial direction.
Sealing device
[Problem] To provide a sealing device that has a high function of stopping the entry of foreign matter. [Solution] Provided is a sealing device disposed between a rotating inner member and a fixed outer member of a rolling bearing, said sealing device comprising: an annular rotating seal member fixed to the inner member; and an annular seal cover fixed to an end portion of the outer member. The seal cover comprises: a fixed portion that is disposed in an interval between the outer member and the inner member and fixed to the end portion of the outer member; and a protective portion that is disposed radially outward of the rotating seal member and stops foreign matter from advancing to the rotating seal member from the outside. The rotating seal member comprises: an attachment portion fixed to the inner member; and a seal lip and a dust lip that extend from the attachment portion toward the seal cover. The dust lip extends obliquely radially outward from the attachment portion toward the seal cover.
Slewing bearing with sealing arrangement
A slewing bearing including a first ring, a second ring, the first and second rings being in relative rotation around a rotation axis, at least one row of rolling elements arranged between the rings, and at least one seal mounted in a circumferential groove of first ring. A cap is fixed to the first ring and provides a cap sealing member having an annular heel mounted in an circumferential slot formed on a frontal surface of cap, and a sealing lip projecting from the heel and towards the second ring. The sealing lip has a free end in sliding frictional contact with part of the second ring.
Method and apparatus for a rolling bearing assembly with electrical discharge damage protection
A bearing assembly comprises an inner ring comprising an inner ring raceway, an outer ring comprising an outer ring raceway, rolling elements configured to roll or rotate between the inner ring raceway and the outer ring raceway, at least one electrically conductive part with a first end and a second end, and a seal coupled to the at least one electrically conductive part. The seal is configured to directly contact only one of the inner ring or the outer ring. The first end is configured to electrically contact one of the inner ring and the outer ring and the second end is configured to electrically contact the other of the inner ring and the outer ring.
Heavy duty wheel seal with dry running resistance
A sealing arrangement includes a stationary spindle and a wheel hub rotatably mounted to the spindle. A seal assembly is disposed between the spindle and the wheel hub and includes an outer carrier case having a first cylindrical portion disposed in the inner bore of the wheel hub and a first radial portion extending radially inward from an end of the first cylindrical portion. An inner seal element has an inner metal case having cylindrical portion received on an outer surface of the stationary spindle and includes an annular portion extending radially outwardly from an end of the cylindrical portion and axially spaced from the first radial portion of the outer carrier case. An oil seal lip extends radially outwardly and axially from the annular portion of the inner metal case and engages the first radial portion of the outer carrier case.
HUB BEARING UNIT WITH COMBINATION DISPLACEMENT LIMITER AND SEAL
A hub bearing unit includes an inner ring having inboard and outboard axial ends and a bearing inner race on an outer surface. An outer ring disposed about the inner ring has inboard and outboard axial ends and a bearing outer race on an inner surface.
