SLEWING BEARING WITH SEALING ARRANGEMENT
A slewing bearing providing a first ring, a second ring, the first and second rings being in relative rotation around a rotation axis, and at least one row of rolling elements arranged between the rings. The slewing bearing is further provided with a sealing device including at least one seal having an annular heel fixed to the first ring, and a sealing lip in sliding frictional contact with the second ring, and a deflector mounted to a lateral surface of second ring and having a deflecting part that at least partially radially surrounds the sealing lip.
SLEWING BEARING WITH SEALING ARRANGEMENT
A slewing bearing including a first ring, a second ring, the first and second rings being in relative rotation around a rotation axis, at least one row of rolling elements arranged between the rings, and at least two seals having each an annular heel mounted on a cylindrical frontal surface of first ring, and an oblique sealing lip in sliding frictional contact with part of the second ring. The slewing bearing further includes a guiding ring axially arranged between the two seals. The guiding ring provides a flange that prevents the reversion of one sealing lip, and an annular axial collar that radially blocks the annular heel of the other seal in a radial outwards direction.
SLEWING BEARING WITH SEALING ARRANGEMENT
A slewing bearing including a first ring, a second ring, the first and second rings being in relative rotation around a rotation axis, at least one row of rolling elements arranged between the rings, and at least one seal mounted in a circumferential groove of first ring. A cap is fixed to the first ring and provides a cap sealing member having an annular heel mounted in an circumferential slot formed on a frontal surface of cap, and a sealing lip projecting from the heel and towards the second ring. The sealing lip has a free end in sliding frictional contact with part of the second ring.
Two part seal assembly for a track roller bearing
A seal assembly for a bearing includes an inner seal member that has an annular ring with a first lobe extending therefrom and a seal receiving surface on a leg extending axially from the annular ring. The seal receiving surface has two seating areas. The seal assembly includes an outer seal member positioned radially inward from the leg and axially outward from the annular ring. The outer seal member has a pivot member which has a second lobe extending outwardly therefrom. The seal assembly includes a retaining ring that has a circumferential groove formed therein. The pivot member is pivotally seated in the groove so that the second lobe is moveable between the two first seating areas.
WHEEL BEARING DEVICE
A wheel bearing device equipped with: an inner member including an outer ring (2), a hub ring (3), and at least one inner ring (4) press-fitted into the hub ring (3); multiple rows of rolling bodies (5a/5b); a magnetic encoder (9) provided on an end portion of the inner ring; a cover (10) fitted onto the outer ring; and a magnetic sensor (11) provided on the cover. The cover includes a large-diameter cylindrical section (10a) fitted onto the outer ring, a step section (10b) protruding toward the inside in the radial direction and contacting an end surface of the outer ring, and a small-diameter cylindrical section (10c) extending in the axial direction from the step section. A portion of the ground-surface side of the small-diameter cylindrical section forms a protruding circumferential surface (S), and a drain hole (10e) is formed in the protruding circumferential surface.
CONVEYOR IDLER SEAL APPARATUS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Seal assemblies for conveyor idler rolls are provided. In some embodiments, a plurality of subsets of seal components are selectively installable in the seal assembly. In some embodiments, one or more fins are included on a seal.
Bearing device for vehicle wheel
A bearing device for a vehicle wheel (1) includes: an outer ring (2), serving as an outer member; an inner member in which the inner member including a hub ring (3) that has an integral wheel mounting flange (3B) to which a wheel is mounted, and at least one inner ring (4) that is press-fitted to a small-diameter step part (3A) of the hub ring; ball rows (5) that are accommodated in a freely rolling manner; and a bottomed-tube-shaped cover (11) fitted to an inner-side opening (2B) of the outer member. In order to retain grease enclosed between the outer member and the inner member near the ball rows, an outside damming member (11D), which is formed of a ring-shaped elastic body extending radially inward, is provided at a side (11A) of the cover.
Sealing assembly for a cup bearing of a universal joint
A sealing assembly for a cup bearing of a universal joint includes a seal sub-assembly configured to be positioned in a space between a cup of the cup bearing and a trunnion of the universal joint. The seal sub-assembly includes an elastic sealing member configured to contact an outer surface of the trunnion, and a seal insert attached to the elastic sealing member and configured to contact an inner surface of the cup. The seal insert includes an extension portion configured to contact and extend away from a rim surface of the cup. The sealing assembly further includes an external shield including an inner portion and an outer portion. The inner portion is configured to contact the outer surface of the trunnion, and the outer portion is attached to the extension portion of the seal insert.
BEARING SEALING DEVICE
A bearing sealing device includes two seals (inner and outer seals) sealing the space between the inner and outer races of a bearing to ensure higher seal performance, and also to reduce the area of the inner periphery of the outer race that needs to be ground. The bearing sealing device includes a ring constituted by a metal annulus, and a rubber part. The metal annulus is formed by cold pressing, and has a seal contact surface kept in contact with seal lips of the outer seal. The rubber part includes a press-fitted portion fixed to the inner periphery of the outer race. The inner race has, on its outer periphery, a cylindrical fitting surface to which the outer seal is press-fitted.
