Bearing lubrication system and method of lubricating a duplex bearing
A bearing lubrication system includes a bearing assembly comprising a duplex bearing including an outer ring, an inner ring positioned radially inward from the outer ring, and two sets of circumferentially distributed rolling elements between the inner and outer rings. The bearing assembly further includes a housing radially surrounding the duplex bearing and including a lubricant flow passage in fluid communication with a source of lubricant. A flow orifice is located downstream of the lubricant flow passage for jetting the lubricant into the duplex bearing. The flow orifice has an axial location between the two sets of rolling elements.
ROTATION MECHANISM FOR X-RAY INSPECTION APPARATUS, X-RAY INSPECTION APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF ADJUSTING ROTATION MECHANISM FOR X-RAY INSPECTION APPARATUS
In the rotation mechanism for an X-ray inspection apparatus, a plurality of adjustment members configured to adjust the shape of an outer race of a bearing by deforming the outer race are arranged in a circumferential direction of the bearing. The adjustment members are movable relative to an adjustment member holder in a diameter direction of the bearing and contactable with an outer circumferential surface of the outer race. A gap S configured to allow deformation of the outer race is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the outer race and the adjustment member holder in the diameter direction of the bearing.

System for determining revolutions in drive shafts, a cardan shaft related to said system and determining method thereof
A system for determining the number of revolutions of a cardan shaft, having at least a magnet and at least a hall sensor is positioned to provide magnetic interaction between them, characterized by connecting one of the magnet and hall sensor onto either the rotating elements of the cardan shaft and the other to a fixed point and including a detection element for detecting the revolution rate by correlating to the revolution and the pulse created by the hall sensor as a result of interaction between the magnet and the hall sensor, when the cardan shaft rotates.
Anti-bounce print deck for flexographic printing press
A device and a method is disclosed to maintain plate and anilox mandrel position stability in print decks of a flexographic printing press. In one aspect, the mandrel bearings associated with at least one of the plate roll and the anilox roll are preloaded for the purpose of eliminating backlash and increasing the positional stiffness of the bearings, and thus the mandrel. In another aspect, the roll drive motor control system is enabled to provide a torque additive command the torque profile to maintain rotational consistency and otherwise overcome torque transients experienced by the motor during print bounce. Accordingly, the problem commonly referred to as print bounce and or print banding is alleviated.
Chain guide for a rear derailleur of a bicycle
The present invention relates to a chain guide for a bicycle rear derailleur comprising a cage, a guide pulley rotatably mounted to the cage, a circular tension pulley rotatably mounted to the cage, and means for connecting the chain guide to a movable member of a rear derailleur so as to move the chain guide with respect to a bicycle cassette, wherein the guide pulley and the tension pulley are adapted to be engageable with a bicycle chain and wherein the tension pulley is rotatably mounted to the cage by mounting means and an interposed bearing, wherein the mounting means of the tension pulley are arranged so as to be spaced from the center of rotation of the tension pulley and wherein the mounting means are stationary in respect to the cage in the mounted state of the chain guide.
SHAFT BEARING FOR MOUNTING A SPINNING ROTOR OF A ROTOR SPINNING MACHINE
The invention relates to a shaft bearing for mounting a spinning rotor of a rotor spinning machine, with a double-row rolling bearing, which comprises two rolling-body rows that roll on their inner side without an inner ring, on two inner bearing races arranged at a distance from one another on a rotor shaft, and on their outer side on outer bearing races of two separate outer rings. According to the invention, the outer rings are mounted resiliently in a shaft bearing housing so as to provide a shaft bearing for mounting a spinning rotor of a rotor spinning machine with high reliability, even at rotational speeds of more than 110,000 revolutions per minute, which shaft bearing also allows trouble-free operation of a rotor spinning machine equipped with the shaft bearing.
