Clutch hub
10385925 · 2019-08-20 · ·

The invention relates to a clutch hub. The clutch hub (1) comprises a hub body (2) with an axial passage opening (4) for receiving a shaft (5) and with in each case one face side (3a, 3b) at the two axial ends of the passage opening (4). An internal surface (6) is formed in the passage opening (4), and a flat surface (7a, 7b) annularly surrounding the passage opening (4) is formed on each of the face sides (3a, 3b). The internal surface (6) is covered by an electrical insulation coating (8) in the form of a ceramic coating. The electrical insulation coating (8) also, in continuous fashion, covers a respective annular region (9a, 9b), surrounding the passage opening (4), on the flat surfaces (7a, 7b) and a transition region (10a, 10b) formed between the internal surface (6) and the respective annular region (9a 9b).

A conduit de-coupling device includes a supply port, a coupler for selectively engaging a connected device, a link positioned adjacent the coupler, and a disconnect port. The link is moveable between a first position in which the coupler is secured in engagement with the connected device, and a second position in which the coupler is permitted to disengage the connected device. The link is biased toward the first position. The disconnect port is in fluid communication with a fluid source to receive pressurized fluid to move the link from the first position to the second position.

Interference fit connection for a shaft

An interference fit connection for a shaft comprises a hub having a conical through opening and a reduction sleeve having a cylindrical through opening for arrangement on the shaft and a conical outer circumference, where the cone angle of the conical outer circumference corresponds to the cone angle of the corresponding conical through opening of the hub. The hub is a two-component part having a first component made of steel and a second component made of fiber-reinforced plastics material. The second component made of fiber-reinforced plastics material is designed as a ring which is arranged on the outer circumference of a sleeve portion of the first component, which sleeve portion surrounds the reduction sleeve, so as to surround this sleeve portion. The fiber-reinforced plastics material has a higher modulus of elasticity than the steel of the first component.

Shaft locking assemblies for a drive shaft include an assembly hub configured to accommodate the drive shaft, the assembly hub including a stop plate; an assembly hub interior in the assembly hub; a contractible shaft locking sleeve disposed in the assembly hub interior and configured to accommodate the drive shaft, the shaft locking sleeve engaging the stop plate; at least one pusher sleeve engaging the shaft locking sleeve; a fluid pressure space disposed in pressure transmitting relationship to the pusher sleeve; and a fluid pressurizing mechanism disposed in fluid communication with the fluid pressure space. The pusher sleeve is adapted to push against the shaft locking sleeve and the shaft locking sleeve is adapted to contract and push against the stop plate and contract against the drive shaft responsive to introducing a pressurizing fluid into the fluid pressure space. Methods of locking a rotating element on a drive shaft are also disclosed.

Rolling Stand For Metal Products

Rolling stand for oblong metal products comprising a plurality of rolling rolls (11) each installed on a respective rotation shaft (12), between at least one rotation shaft (12) and the respective rolling roll (11). A coupling member (15) is provided and is configured to couple the rolling roll (11) and the rotation shaft (12) to each other. The coupling member (15) comprises a tubular body (16) interposed between the rolling roll (11) and the rotation shaft (12) and provided with a chamber (17) in which a deformer element (18) is inserted mobile.
