A fluttering prevention apparatus for a lever of a pumping device includes: a lever bracket including a first side coupled with a lever, a center portion formed with a hollow hole, and a second side formed with insertion holes; a clutch cam including a first side provided with protruding portions inserted into the insertion holes of the lever bracket; a clutch drum having a first side formed with a seat groove to receive the clutch cam is seated therein; and a spindle coupled to the hollow hole of the lever bracket through center portions of the clutch drum, the clutch cam, and the housing, thereby inhibiting the lever bracket from fluttering with respect to the clutch drum.

The coupling mechanism comprises an intermediate member (316a) movable relative to the output member to energise an energy storage device and a latch mechanism (318, 320) to hold the energy storage device in an energised state. When the latch mechanism is engaged, the input and output members are coupled together and the energy storage device is held in an energised state and isolated from the coupling between the input and output members. When the latch mechanism is released, the energy storage device can release its energy to drive the output member to a predetermined position.

The gearset, output and clutch may be coaxially arranged. The clutch may include at least two movable elements that move relative to one or both of the output and gearset to permit relative rotation between the clutch and gearset in two opposed rotational directions. In at least some implementations, the gearset provides a torque to the output that is at least 50 times greater than the torque of the motor.

Rotation transmission device

A rotation transmission device is provided in which a collision sound by an armature and a rotor is less likely to occur, and further the armature is stably attracted to the rotor. A buffer is provided between the armature and the rotor. The buffer is constituted by a metal annulus axially movably supported by the armature, and a rubber annulus configured such that as the armature approaches the rotor, the rubber annulus is axially compressed by the metal annulus and the armature. The rubber annulus has different axial thicknesses at different circumferential locations thereof such that when the degree of axial compression of the rubber annulus is large, the rubber annulus is axially compressed in its longer circumferential area than when the degree of axial compression of the rubber annulus is small.

In a locking type reverse input blocking clutch, smooth finished surfaces having no directionality are formed, by barrel polishing, on surfaces brought into contact with rollers while rotation is being transmitted from the input side to the output side, i.e. an inner peripheral cylindrical surface of an outer ring and a surface of a lid portion opposed to the rollers. With this arrangement, it is possible to reduce the sliding resistance between the rollers and the outer ring and between the rollers and the lid portion, without the need to reduce the forces of springs for pushing the rollers into narrow portions of wedge-shaped spaces. This in turn makes it possible to reduce the torque necessary to transmit rotation from the input side to the output side, while maintaining high locking performance.

ARM PROSTHETIC DEVICE

A prosthetic arm apparatus including a plurality of segments that provide a user of the prosthetic arm apparatus with substantially the same movement capability and function as a human arm. The segments are connectable to one another and connectable to a prosthetic support apparatus that may be adorned by the user. Some segments may provide movement about more than one axis using a single actuator. The prosthetic arm apparatus may include a user interface incorporated therein and may include one or more communication systems for communicating with external devices.

The control mechanism includes a support part, which is provided between the engaging element and the inner ring, and is configured to maintain an engagement state between the engaging element and the outer ring when the rotational torque is interrupted.
