Hydraulic brake system and apparatus
A braking system includes a vehicle having a front brake and a rear brake. The system includes a moveable structure connected to a rear brake. The rear brake may be a hydraulic brake. When the rear brake is actuated, the moveable structure moves. The movement of the structure pressurizes hydraulic fluid in a tube which actuates a front hydraulic brake.
VEHICLE BRAKING SYSTEM COMPRISING A SERVICE BRAKE INDICATOR DEVICE AND VEHICLE PROVIDED WITH SUCH A SYSTEM
A vehicle braking system includes brakes, a body, a braking linkage, a service brake comprising a braking piston movable relative to the body to act on the braking linkage and delimiting a service brake pressure chamber to place the braking piston in a service braking position. A parking brake acts on the braking piston and has a working configuration and a resting configuration. The parking brake includes a blocking device movable relative to the body to act on the braking piston and having a first position and a second position in which the blocking device is configured to immobilize the braking piston in a service braking position. A control device is movable relative to the body and has a locking position to hold the blocking device in the second position. A service brake indicator device receives information representing supply and/or venting of the service brake pressure chamber.
FOLLOW-UP MECHANISM AND BRAKE CALIPER UNIT FOR GAUGE-CHANGEABLE BOGIE
The present application relate to a follow-up mechanism and a brake caliper unit for gauge-changeable bogie, the follow-up mechanism includes a follow-up connector, unlocking members that are located on two sides of the follow-up connector and movably connected to the follow-up connector, a transverse displacement recognition device movably connected to the unlocking members, a toothed locking and positioning device mounted on the follow-up connector, and at least two mutually parallel fixation members; the follow-up connector is in sliding fit with the fixation members, and sliders are fixedly connected at ends of the unlocking members; the toothed locking and positioning device is movably connected to the transverse displacement recognition device and fixation members, respectively; the brake caliper unit comprises a mounting bracket, the follow-up mechanism, and a brake actuator mounted on the mounting bracket, the follow-up mechanism is installed in cooperation with the brake actuator, and the fixation members are fixedly mounted on the mounting bracket. The present application can automatically recognize the orbit change of a train, the follow-up mechanism moves with a wheel by means of its stored elastic force and the unlocking members, and can self-locked at the target gauge position, thus realizing the change in position.
Lever type braking device
A braking device of lever type, wherein actuation means is realized in the form of a screw jack (19) comprising an electric motor (20) and an angle gear (21) driving a jack screw (22) which is coupled between the levers (2; 5). A load sensor (29) coupled to one lever controls, via a power regulating means (25), the force applied in braking mode. A position sensor (31) coupled to the other lever determines the lever's positions in idling mode.
BRAKE PAD HOLDER FOR A RAIL VEHICLE AND TOOL
A brake pad holder for a rail vehicle includes a pad holder and a brake pad held on the pad holder in a locked manner. The pad holder includes a guide channel extending in the longitudinal direction of the pad holder, in which the brake pad can be movably held, wherein, in order to lock the brake pad in the longitudinal direction of the pad holder, a locking latch pivotably held on the pad holder, which protrudes into the guide channel in a locking position in which the brake pad is fixed in a functional position, and is removed from the guide channel in a release position.
Caliper device and disc brake device including the same
A caliper device used together with a brake shoe to retard rotation of a rotor includes a brake arm that is swung relative to a main body by a driving mechanism. The brake arm moves the brake shoe between a brake position and a non-brake position. The caliper device further includes a friction mechanism that increases friction against a swinging movement of the brake arm relative to the main body.
Brake cylinder, brake clamp unit and rail vehicle
The present disclosure relates to a brake cylinder, a brake caliper unit and a rail vehicle. The brake cylinder includes a cylinder block and a cylinder head fixedly sleeved over one end of the cylinder block, the cylinder block being provided therein with a piston, a guide spring, a guide nut, a taper sleeve, an adjusting shaft assembly, a thrust sleeve and a gap adjusting nut assembly; wherein the gap adjusting nut assembly includes a gap adjusting nut, a gap adjusting sleeve and a gap adjusting spring, and a groove extending along an axial direction of the gap adjusting sleeve is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the gap adjusting sleeve, in which groove a release gap adjusting unit is provided. The thrust sleeve spring of the brake cylinder of the present disclosure can recognize excessive elastic deformation of the external lever to prevent the gap adjustment triggered by the excessive elastic deformation of the external lever, ensuring that the release gap of the disc is constant.
BOGIE AND RAIL VEHICLE
A bogie and a rail vehicle, wherein the bogie includes: a framework, a wheel pair connected to the framework, a braking hanger fixed to the framework, a hanger slider used for fixedly connecting to a vehicle wheel braking clamp, and a transmission member; the hanger slider is connected to the braking hanger, and the transmission member is connected to the hanger slider; a first end of the transmission member extends to a side surface of a vehicle wheel in the wheel pair, and the transmission member is used to drive the hanger slider to move along the lateral direction with respect to the braking hanger when the first end is subjected to a thrust applied in the lateral direction by the vehicle wheel, so that the vehicle wheel braking clamp moves to a position corresponding to the vehicle wheel.
BRAKE DISC FOR RAILWAY VEHICLE
