Coil spring pad for vehicle suspension system

The present invention relates to a coil spring pad for a vehicle suspension system, comprising: an accommodating groove (51) in which a lower end portion of a coil spring (10) is inserted and accommodated; and a pad extension part (55) which is formed from a first surface (35) of an upper surface (33) of a coil spring pad (31) and covers the whole section, except for a convexly raised portion and a through hole (73) of a lower seat (71), thereby preventing horizontal deformation of the coil spring pad (31).

Chuck for a drill head of a rotation drilling rig

A chuck for a drill head of a rotation rock drilling rig, wherein a plurality of jaws are equally angularly distributed around a grip position axis, wherein the jaws co-operate with actuator means for radial movements of the jaws, and wherein the chuck includes urging means being arranged for influencing the jaws into the release position. The urging means is a partially annular jaw spring surrounding said axis and having two spring ends adjacent to each other. The jaws together form an inside seat for the jaw spring and the jaw spring is arranged for fixing engagement with one of the jaws. The invention also relates to a drill head, a rig and a jaw spring.

Spring assembly with a protected attachment site

A spring assembly includes a coil spring having one or more helical coils between two longitudinally spaced ends, and an attachment site disposed at at least one of the longitudinally spaced ends. The attachment site includes a casing enclosing the at least one of the longitudinally spaced ends, the casing having a casing passage therethrough between a first side and a second side. The attachment site also includes a washer disposed on the first side and having a washer passage aligned with the casing passage, and a base disposed on the second side and having a base passage aligned with the casing passage.

Spring assembly with transverse attachment site

A spring assembly includes a resilient member having a first and second end shanks and a central helical portion. The first end shank extends in a first direction from the central helical portion, and has a longitudinal axis from a proximal end to a distal end. The second end shank extends in a second, opposite direction from the central helical portion, and has a longitudinal axis from a proximal end to a distal end. The central helical portion includes one or more coils disposed about a central longitudinal axis, and has a first end attached to the proximal end of the first end shank and a second end attached to the proximal end of the second end shank. The axes of the shank ends and the axis of the central helical portion are parallel or are collinear. The assembly also includes an attachment site at each of the end shanks.

Suspension device

A rubber sheet includes: a main body fitted to a mounting portion formed so as to be depressed at the spring guide, the main body supporting a coil spring; and lips formed to project from respective side surfaces of an inner periphery and an outer periphery of the main body in a radial direction, the lips being configured to abut on the spring guide to prevent a foreign matter from invading between the main body and the mounting portion.

Spring guide and suspension device

A spring guide includes: a mounting portion formed so as to be depressed, the rubber sheet being fitted to the mounting portion; and a plurality of lock pieces formed to stand at an outer periphery of the mounting portion. At least one of the plurality of the first lock pieces and the second lock piece is disposed at a position that restricts deformation of a circumferential end portion of the rubber sheet to an outside in a radial direction, in a state where the rubber sheet is fitted to the mounting portion.
