BEARING AND BEARING ARRANGEMENT
A bearing provides a vibration-insulating mount on a first component with a hole through which a central longitudinal axis extends. The bearing includes a first bearing part with a first fixing structure that can be arranged on one side of the first component, and a second bearing part with a second fixing structure that can be arranged on the other side of the first component. In embodiments, the first fixing structure comprises first pins that can protrude into the hole, and the second fixing structure comprises second pins that can protrude into the hole. In embodiments, at least one of the pins of each fixing structure is biased or is able to be biased radially outwards with respect to the central longitudinal axis.
RESINOUS SPRING
A resinous spring includes ring-shaped members disposed with gaps interposed therebetween in the direction of the spring axis and link members connecting adjacent ones of the ring-shaped members. Each ring-shaped member has vertex portions to each of which a first link member or a second link member is connectable, thin portions at which the ring-shaped member is reduced in thickness in the direction of the spring axis, and tapered portions at which the ring-shaped member is reduced in thickness in the direction of the spring axis gradually from the vertex portions to the thin portions.
Anti-vibration mount
Disclosed is an anti-vibration apparatus comprising a bush, said bush comprising a substantially rigid, elongate core, covered in a vibration dampening material having at least one end cap washer, configured in that the bush engages with the end cap washer to cover the end of the elongate core, characterised in that the vibration dampening material further comprises a plurality of recessed portions on its surface.
Stabilizer bushing
A stabilizer bushing including: a stabilizer bar; and two semi-tubular elastic half bodies each including an intermediate plate fitting of semicircular arc shape embedded therein. The elastic half bodies are bonded to an outer circumferential surface of the stabilizer bar such that two circumferential end faces thereof are mutually butted. The plate fitting is embedded in an axial direction. A notch-shaped recess is provided in a corner of axial ends of the circumferential end faces of each elastic half body. The recess extends in a radial direction of the elastic half body and opens onto an inner circumferential surface thereof, and a corner of axial ends of circumferential end portions of the plate fitting is exposed at the recess. A bottom corner of the recess extending in the radial direction of the elastic half body has a curved-concave inner surface shape.
Damping stopper
Damping stopper for a mechanism in which a housing and shaft are not only displaced axially relative to each other but but also rotated relative to each other. The damping stopper is attached to a space portion between an end surface portion on housing side and an end surface portion on shaft side which is displaced axially relative to the housing and is rotated relative to the housing and has a metal fitting on one of the end surface portions, an elastic body connected to the metal fitting, and a sliding member connected to the elastic body. The sliding member contacts the other end surface portion to contact/separate from the other end surface portion and the sliding member is slidable and rotatable relative to the other end surface portion when the shaft is rotated while the sliding member, containing resin component, contacts the other end surface portion.
Vibration isolator for turnlock fasteners
Disclosed is a vibration isolator for use with a turnlock fastener. The isolator includes a body portion with a generally cylindrical shape and defining a through opening along a central axis. A flange portion is connected to and extends radially outward from the bottom end portion of the body portion such that the body portion extends upward from the flange portion. In some embodiments the isolator is part of an assembly that also includes an annular body defining a central opening, such as a flat or frustoconical annulus. Components of the vibration isolator can be made of an elastomeric material having a durometer of at least 40 A. A method of installing a turnlock fastener is also disclosed.
RACK MOUNT SYSTEMS
Rack mount systems and vibration absorbing devices, vibration absorber systems, and adjustable bracket assemblies for those rack mount systems are disclosed. In one embodiment, a vibration absorber includes a compressible shaft extending from a first end to a second end. The compressible shaft defines a cylindrical central bore along a major axis of the compressible shaft. A first compressible annular flange extends distally away from the first end, while a second compressible annular flange extends distally away from the second end. A hub between the first compressible annular flange and the second compressible annular flange includes a plurality of vibration-dampening arms extending distally therefrom. The vibration absorber can be over-molded to a mounting bracket.
Cab mount
A cab mount for attaching a frame to a body is provided to prevent a forcible movement of the body generated under the influence of vertical vibration of the frame. A first cab mount includes: a collar extending vertically; and an upper mount rubber and a lower mount rubber disposed to face in the upper-lower direction on an outer periphery of the collar. The collar is attached to a body of a vehicle by being inserted into an attachment hole of a ladder frame of the vehicle while a peripheral part of the attachment hole is positioned between the upper mount rubber and the lower mount rubber. The upper mount rubber is spaced apart from the ladder frame in the upper-lower direction by a first predetermined distance while the lower mount rubber is spaced apart from the ladder frame in the upper-lower direction by a second predetermined distance.
Acoustic and insulation mounting
A mounting for acoustically insulating a first building component from a second building component, said mounting having a first insulating portion extending around a fastener, a second insulating portion extending around said fastener, a neck insulating portion extending between said first insulating portion and said second insulating portion, such that a shaft of the fastener is covered by one or more of the insulating portions between the first building component and the second building component.
Vibration damper
A damping device to isolate electronic equipment from its surrounding environment may including a housing comprised of a lower housing and an upper housing, a base pad attached to a bottom side of the lower housing, a suspension material in connection with to a top side of the lower housing, an absorptive material in connection with the suspension material, the upper housing surrounding the absorptive material, and a top pad attached to a top side of the absorptive material. The diameter of the suspension material may be smaller than the diameter of the absorptive material, which may be smaller than the diameter of the upper housing, forming spaces to isolate the absorptive material within the housing.
