Hydraulic bearing and motor vehicle comprising a hydraulic bearing of this type
The invention relates to a hydraulic bearing (2) comprising a bearing spring (36), a working chamber (4) that is at least partially surrounded by the bearing spring (36) and that is filled with a hydraulic fluid, a first compensation chamber (6) and a first restrictor channel (10) for exchanging hydraulic fluid, said channel being formed between the working chamber (4) and the first compensation chamber (6). The hydraulic bearing (2) has a controllable valve (34) for shutting-off or restricting the flow of hydraulic fluid through the first restrictor channel (10). The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising a hydraulic bearing (2) of this type.
HYDRAULIC BEARING
In an embodiment, the present invention provides a bearing for use in a rail vehicle, including: a core assembly; a casing assembly that surrounds said core assembly, the core assembly being supported against the casing assembly by at least one membrane and being movable relative to the casing assembly; and a functional chamber, which chamber contains a working fluid, the functional chamber being delimited by a pumping surface that is formed by the core assembly and the membrane. A projection surface of the pumping surface that is orthogonal to an axial direction covers between 60% and 99% of a cross-sectional area, orthogonal to the axial direction, of the interior of the casing assembly, in which the membrane and the core assembly are received at least in part.
ANTIVIBRATION DEVICE
A junction with an antivibration base body joined to its outer periphery is equipped with a chamfer portion where a corner connecting a flange portion with the junction is removed, a base portion connected to the chamfer portion in the axial direction, and an end portion connected to the base portion in the axial direction. At the junction, a first projection plane made by projecting at least the end portion in a first direction orthogonal to the axis is set to be smaller in area than a second projection plane made by projecting at least the end portion in a second direction orthogonal to the axis and the first direction.
ANTIVIBRATION DEVICE
A junction with an antivibration base body joined to its outer periphery is equipped with a chamfer portion where a corner connecting a flange portion to the junction is removed, a base portion connected to the chamfer portion in the axial direction, and an end portion connected to the base portion in the axial direction. At the base portion, a first projection plane made by being projected in a first direction orthogonal to the axis is substantially the same in area as a second projection plane made by being projected in a second direction orthogonal to the axis and the first direction. At the end portion, the area of the second projection plane is set to be larger than the area of the first projection plane.

The invention relates to a hydraulic bearing (2) with a support spring (36), a working chamber (4) which is at least partly surrounded by the support spring (36) and which is filled with a hydraulic fluid, a control membrane (12) which is designed to change a working chamber volume of the working chamber (4), and an electromagnetic actuator (16) for deflecting the control membrane (12), wherein the actuator (16) comprises a stator (18) and an armature (20) which can be moved in the longitudinal direction L of the stator (18); the armature (20) is mechanically connected to the control membrane (12); the stator (18) has a stator conductive element (26) made of a ferromagnetic material; the stator conductive element (26) has an upper stator collar (32) which extends in the transverse direction Q of the stator (18) and a lower stator collar (28) which extends in the transverse direction Q of the stator (18); the armature (20) has an armature conductive element (72) made of a ferromagnetic material; the armature conductive element (72) has an upper armature collar (58) which extends in the transverse direction Q of the stator (18) and a lower armature collar (54) which extends in the transverse direction Q of the stator (18); the upper stator collar (32) and the upper armature collar (58) face each other; and the lower stator collar (28) and the lower armature collar (54) face each other. The control membrane (12) is designed for a maximum deflection a in the deflection direction of the control membrane, and the mutually facing upper and/or lower collars (32, 58 or 28, partly overlap over an overlap length u in the longitudinal direction L of the stator (18) such that a ratio of the overlap length u to the maximum deflection a lies between 0.1 and 1.5. The invention further relates to a motor vehicle with a corresponding hydraulic bearing (2).

A bracket-equipped vibration-damping device including: a vibration-damping device main body including vertically-separated, elastically-connected first and second mounting members; a bracket receiving the device main body inserted laterally thereinto; a connection-insert section provided for the second mounting member; a connection groove provided for the bracket extending in an insertion direction of the device main body; at least one up-down urging rubber fixed on an outer surface of the connection-insert section on an upper-lower first side; and a lock protrusion formed on an inner surface of the connection groove on an upper-lower second side, with a smaller protrusion dimension than an up-down thickness of the up-down urging rubber such that the connection-insert section is laterally inserted into the connection groove beyond the lock protrusion before being urged to the second side by the up-down urging rubber to be positioned to the connection groove.

A hydraulic damper for a mount assembly includes a housing and a subassembly. The housing defines a cavity and is integrally formed to include a plurality of retention features. The subassembly is at least partially disposed in the cavity and is secured relative to the housing by the plurality of retention features. At least one of the plurality of retention features and the subassembly is elastically deformable in a radial direction from an initial diameter to an elastically deformed diameter such that the subassembly is sized to axially pass by the plurality of retention features in the initial diameter for insertion of the subassembly into the housing and the plurality of retention members radially extend over the subassembly in the elastically deformed diameter to secure the subassembly relative to the housing.

The invention relates to a hydraulic mount (2), comprising a supporting spring (36), a working chamber (4), which is at least partially surrounded by the supporting spring (36) and is filled with a hydraulic fluid, an equalization chamber (6), a hydraulic mount (8), which is arranged between the working chamber (4) and the equalization chamber (6), a throttle channel (10) for the exchange of hydraulic fluid, which throttle channel is formed between the working chamber (4) and the equalization chamber (6), a control membrane (12), which is designed to change a working chamber volume (14) of the working chamber (4), and an actuator (16) for deflecting the control membrane (12), wherein the hydraulic mount (2) has a control channel (24), which .sup.40 leads from the working chamber (4) to the control membrane (12), and wherein a flow resistance of the control channel (24) is greater than a flow resistance of the throttle channel (10). The invention further relates to a motor vehicle having such a hydraulic mount (2).
Fluid-filled vibration damping device
A fluid-filled vibration damping device including a vibration damping device main unit which has a main rubber elastic body elastically connecting first and second mounting members, and a fluid chamber whose wall is partially constituted by the main rubber elastic body. The vibration damping device main unit further includes a temporary joint member locked on the second mounting member and temporarily coupled thereto in an axial direction, and an annular sealing part provided to the temporary joint member and overlapped on the second mounting member in the axial direction with a sealing rubber sandwiched therebetween for achieving a temporary seal. A sealing coupling member is mounted on the second mounting member while exerting a pressing force in a direction of overlapping on the second mounting member and the temporary joint member for increasing a compression ratio of the sealing rubber and achieving a full seal.
