A torsional vibration damper for a clutch disk within a drive train of a motor vehicle includes an input part arranged around an axis of rotation (d), a spring device with at least three spring elements, an output part, and torque-transmitting intermediate elements. The output part can be rotated relative to the input part about the axis of rotation (d) to a limited extent against the spring device. The torque-transmitting intermediate elements are arranged between the input part and the output part for forcible radial displacement by means of cam mechanisms when the input part rotates relative to the output part. The spring device is arranged between the torque-transmitting intermediate elements, and a number of intermediate elements corresponds to a number of spring elements.

Damper device
A damper device includes: a first rotary body including a first plate rotating around a rotation shaft and a second plate disposed facing the first plate and integrally rotating with the first plate; a second rotary body rotating relative to the first rotary body; a control plate disposed between the first plate and the second rotary body in an axial direction and engaged with the second rotary body to rotate integrally therewith; a first thrust member a part of which is disposed between the first plate and the control plate in the axial direction and engaged with the first plate to rotate integrally therewith; and a second thrust member a part of which is disposed between the second plate and the second rotary body and engaged with the second plate to rotate integrally with the first rotary body.
Damper device
A damper device is disclosed. The damper device includes first and second rotary members, a plurality of elastic members, and a plurality of end seat members. The first rotary member includes a first engaging portion and an annular chamber filled with a viscous fluid in an interior thereof. The second rotary member includes a second engaging portion, and is rotatable relative to the first rotary member. The plurality of elastic members are aligned in a circumferential direction in the interior of the annular chamber, and elastically couple the first rotary member and the second rotary member in a rotational direction. Each of the plurality of end seat members is disposed between one of the plurality of elastic members and at least one of the first and second engaging portions. The each of the plurality of end seat members includes an end seat communicating groove penetrating therethrough in the circumferential direction.
Torque damper for agricultural harvester header
A drive system of a header for an agricultural vehicle. The header includes a plurality of driven devices. The drive system includes a shaft configured for conveying motive power from the agricultural vehicle to the header, a gearbox configured for being located on the header and for transferring motive power to the plurality of driven devices, and a torque damper. The torque damper is operably connected in between the shaft and the gearbox. The torque damper is configured for reducing a magnitude of a torque spike.
Damper device
A damper device includes a first member, a second member, an elastic member and a supporting member. The first member has two wall members separated from each other. The supporting member includes projections (preventing portion) that make contact with one of two wall portions (wall members) so as to prevent the supporting member and an elastic member from being inclined (falling, rotationally moving) in the axial direction.
Spring retainer including rivets for driving springs in a torque converter damper
A spring retainer for a damper for use in a torque converter is provided. The spring retainer includes a ring including a radially extending base and a spring retaining portion radially outside of the base. The spring retaining portion includes rounded sections spaced circumferentially from each other and shoulders circumferentially between the rounded sections. Each rounded section is configured for receiving an arc spring. The spring retainer also includes rivets fixed to the shoulders. The rivets protrude axially from the shoulders into an interior of the spring receiving portion and are arranged for contacting ends of the springs. A method of forming a spring retainer is also provided.
Rotary Vibration Damping Arrangement For The Drivetrain Of A Vehicle
A torsional vibration damping arrangement has an input region with a primary mass driven in rotation around an axis of rotation, and an output region. A first and a second parallel torque transmission paths (48), and a coupling arrangement having a planetary gear unit with a planet wheel element for superimposing the torques guided via the torque transmission paths are provided between the input region and the output region. A phase shifter arrangement with a first stiffness is provided in the first torque transmission path for generating a phase shift of rotational irregularities relative to rotational irregularities guided via the second torque transmission path. The phase shifter arrangement has a second stiffness supported on the one hand relative to the primary mass arranged so as to be at least partially axially and radially overlapping with respect to the planet wheel element.
TORQUE CONVERTER
A torque converter includes a torque converter body and a lock-up device. The torque converter body includes an impeller, a turbine having a turbine shell, and a stator. The lock-up device directly transmits a torque from a front cover to the turbine, and includes a damper portion and a clutch portion to which the torque from the front cover is inputted. The damper portion includes an output-side member, a plurality of elastic members and a holder plate. The output-side member is coupled to the turbine shell.
