VEHICLE WITH CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION HAVING OPERATIONAL MODES
A vehicle with continuously variable transmission operational modes is provided. The vehicle includes a motor to provide engine torque; a driveline; a continuously variable transmission (CVT), an actuator, a memory and a controller. The CVT is configured to couple torque between the motor and the driveline. The actuator is in operational communication with the CVT to selectively set operating characteristics of the CVT. The memory stores operating instructions including operational mode. The controller is in communication with the memory and the actuator. The controller configured to control the actuator based on one or more of the operational modes.
Continuously variable transmission drive pulley
A drive pulley for a continuously variable transmission comprising a fixed sheave having a first sheave face, a movable sheave axially movable relative to the fixed sheave along an axis of rotation of the continuously variable transmission, the movable sheave having a second sheave face, the fixed sheave and the movable sheave rotating about the axis of rotation and a separation measured at a constant radial distance from the axis of rotation along an axial direction between the first sheave face and the second sheave face, the separation varying around the axis of rotation.

CVT AUTOMATIC VARIATOR TRANSMISSION FOR A BICYCLE
A CVT variator transmission box for using on a bicycle is provided. The CVT variator transmission box increases or decreases a speed of a rotation of pedals or hands when a form of a motion transmission is provided; and the CVT variator transmission box introduces a new variator gearbox with a CVT variator transmission mechanism capable of transmitting to a front wheel or a rear wheel by increasing or decreasing the speed from the pedals or the hands when the form of the motion transmission is provided. The CVT variator transmission box is positioned on any part of the front wheel, the rear wheel or on a frame of the bicycle.

Continuously variable transmission
In a transmission belt of a continuously variable transmission, a plurality of types of elements having different shapes is arrayed. A ratio of the numbers of the respective types of the elements in a string portion of the transmission belt is set so that, when first and second pulleys of the continuously variable transmission are misaligned, a total sum of deformation volumes of end portions of the elements on a side closer to a virtual plane in the element width direction is smaller than a total sum of deformation volumes of end portions of the elements on a side farther from the virtual plane. The virtual plane passes a center of a space between sheaves of the second pulley and is perpendicular to a rotating shaft of the second pulley.
Continuously variable transmission
In a transmission belt of a continuously variable transmission, a plurality of types of elements having different shapes is arrayed. Snowmobile having a gearbox
A snowmobile has a two-stroke engine having an electronic reverse function so that a crankshaft can be selectively rotated in forward and reverse rotation directions. A gearbox has a first shaft coupled to a countershaft, a second shaft extending parallel to the first shaft, first transmission gears mounted to the first shaft and second transmission gears mounted to the second shaft. The first transmission gears are in constant mesh with the second transmission gears to form high and low gear pairings. A shifter is operable for selectively operating the gearbox in one of a high gear, a low gear and a neutral gear. The engine is selectively operable in the forward and reverse rotation directions while the gearbox is operated in at least one of the high gear, the low gear and the neutral gear.
Snowmobile having a gearbox

A continuously variable transmission system having a first adjustable pulley and a second adjustable pulley, a belt being around an outer surface of both the first and the second pulley, and a CPU programed to signal a motor to adjust the first adjustable pulley and second adjustable pulley according to a user input is provided.
