REMOTE ELECTRONIC TILT BASE STATION ANTENNAS AND MECHANICAL CALIBRATION FOR SUCH ANTENNAS
The RET adjuster includes a drive assembly with a rotatable drive member operatively connected to a phase shifter assembly such that rotation of the drive member adjusts the phase shifter assembly. A first connector is coupled to the drive member where the first connector occupies a rest positon when the drive member is at rest. A drive system has a second connector occupying a rest positon when the drive system is at rest where the second connector is releasably engageable with the first connector such that actuation of the drive system rotates the drive member. A mechanical calibration system locates the second connector at the second rest position.
ADJUSTMENT DRIVE FOR A STEERING COLUMN, AND STEERING COLUMN FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
An adjustment drive for a steering column may include a drive unit having a threaded spindle that is supported in a gearbox housing at a bearing portion so as to be rotatable, with the threaded spindle including a threaded portion with a spindle thread that is axially adjoined to a shaft portion on which a gear wheel is arranged in a rotationally secure manner. The gear wheel meshes with a drive wheel that is coupled to a motor. Between the threaded portion and the gear wheel a peripheral bearing groove with a groove base may extend between groove flanks thereof. The bearing portion may be disposed in the bearing groove in a region of the groove base, and the bearing portion may be supported in a sliding manner in a bearing opening of a bearing plate that engages radially in the bearing groove.
VEHICLE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A vehicle height adjustment device of the present invention includes a motion conversion unit that includes a rotating member and a linear motion member, and that converts a rotational motion of the rotating member into a linear motion of the linear motion member, a plurality of motors, a driven gear coupled to the rotating member, a plurality of drive gears that meshes with the driven gear, and a spring seat that is coupled to the linear motion member, and that supports one end of a suspension spring interposed between a vehicle body and an axle of a vehicle, wherein after driving the spring seat and then stopping the spring seat, some drive gears of the drive gears are driven in a direction opposite a drive direction of the spring seat.
System, method and apparatus for a telescopic lead screw for a steering column
A steering column assembly includes a jacket. The assembly also includes a plurality of cylindrical lead screws threadably coupled to each other, the plurality of lead screws rotatable relative to each other and translatable relative to each other. The assembly further includes a nut threadably coupled to one of the plurality of lead screws and operatively coupled to the jacket to axially move the jacket.
Machine tool, in particular for drilling
Machining tool comprising a frame in which a drive shaft for a tool is mounted so as to pivot about a rotation axis and to move axially along the rotation axis. The shaft is connected to two rotary motors, namely a first motor connected to a member for meshing with a fluted portion of the shaft in order to drive the shaft in rotation and a second motor connected to a nut engaged with a threaded portion of the shaft in order to move the shaft axially. The motors are connected to at least one control unit designed to control the motors independently of one another, and the first motor and the second motor are coaxial with one another.
Actuating drive for a motor vehicle, comprising an electronic motor, a transmission, and a spindle
Actuating drive having: a transmission including a housing, a transmission gear engaging a driveshaft, a bearing, and a spindle rotatable about a rotational axis and extending through an inner thread of the transmission gear and outlets of the housing. The housing has a cylindrical bore receiving the bearing and defining a cylinder axis. The bearing is delimited by a three-dimensional area, the largest cross-sectional area of which is circular and, when viewed in the direction of the cylinder axis, perpendicular to the cylinder axis in the intersection of the cylinder axis and the rotational axis. The cross-sectional area decreases with increasing distance from the intersection in both directions of the cylinder axis. The bearing has two bearing shells, each having a bearing opening centered relative to the rotational axis, which the spindle passes through, and in which the transmission gear is rotatably mounted.
Electronic brake apparatus
Disclosed herein is an electronic brake apparatus that includes a spring pack, a first piston in which the spring pack is mounted, a bolt screw rotated in conjunction with a motor and having one end in point contact with the spring pack, a fixing member configured to bind the bolt screw to the first piston, and a second piston screwed to the other end of the bolt screw.
On-board component abnormal site identifying method, on-board component abnormal site identifying system, on-board component abnormal site identifying apparatus, on-board component abnormal site report control apparatus, and vehicle control apparatus
An on-board component abnormal site identifying method includes executing an acquisition process, a calculation process, and a reporting process by an execution device. The acquisition process is a process for acquiring, by the execution device, values of input variables. The mapping includes, as the input variables, a foreign substance variable, and includes, as an output variable, an abnormal site variable. The calculation process is a process for calculating, by the execution device, a value of the abnormal site variable by inputting, to the mapping, the values of the input variables acquired through the acquisition process. The reporting process is a process for reporting, by the execution device, a calculation result of the calculation process by operating a reporting device.
COMPACT FORCE APPLYING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a system and apparatus for application of force in a compact form factor. An apparatus for application of force includes: a worm gear; a worm wheel gear engaged with the worm gear; a gear shaft coaxial to the worm gear and rotatably coupled to the worm wheel gear; a first threaded hole proximate a first end of the gear shaft; a second threaded hole proximate a second end of the gear shaft opposite the first end; a first threaded shaft received by the first threaded hole; and a second threaded shaft received by the second threaded hole, where the first threaded shaft and the second threaded shaft are configured to advance toward one another and away from one another responsive to rotation of the worm gear.
