LIQUID-COOLED INTEGRATIVE POWER SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC FORKLIFT AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a liquid-cooled integrative power system for electric forklift and a control method thereof. It includes an integrated transmission gearbox, an integrated motor controller, an oil pump and a vehicle controller. The integrated transmission gearbox includes a drive motor transmission mechanism and an oil pump motor transmission mechanism. The integrated motor controller includes a control unit for a drive motor and a control unit for an oil pump motor. The integrated transmission gearbox, the integrated motor controller, the drive motor, the oil pump motor, the oil pump and the vehicle controller are completely integrated and mounted to form the liquid-cooled integrative power system for electric forklift. The vehicle controller comprehensively controls the integrative power system.
Drive device for PTO shaft of working machine
A drive device for a PTO shaft includes a parking switch to detect a parking state of a vehicle body, a permission switch constituted of a self-returning switch and connected to the parking switch, the permission switch being configured to be switched to permit driving a PTO shaft, the PTO shaft being configured to be driven by a power of a prime mover disposed on the vehicle body, and a first switch device to be switched to enable the PTO shaft to be driven when the permission switch is switched to permit driving the PTO shaft under a state where the parking switch detects the parking state of the vehicle body.
Axle Assembly
An axle assembly for a working machine is provided. The axle assembly has an axle housing comprising a central portion housing a gear, wherein the gear is configured to rotate about an axis and is configured to be partially disposed in a lubricant reservoir, and at least one arm portion extending from the central portion, with the arm portion housing at least one driveshaft. The axle assembly further includes a conduit assembly configured to direct lubricant from the central portion to the arm portion, with the conduit assembly including a lubricant catcher having an inlet disposed in an interior volume of the central portion.
Powershift transmission for agricultural machines
A powershift transmission for an agricultural machine includes a transmission housing, an input shaft unit and an output shaft, wherein the input shaft unit and the output shaft extend at least in sections within the transmission housing. An auxiliary shaft is arranged parallel to but offset between the input shaft unit and the output shaft. The input shaft unit and the auxiliary shaft are connected to one another via a front-mounted range unit, and the auxiliary shaft and the output shaft are connected to one another via a rear-mounted range unit. The front-mounted and rear mounted range units each includes at least two gear wheel pairs, the at least two gear wheel pairs being individually coupled or decoupled. The auxiliary shaft unit includes a first auxiliary shaft and a second auxiliary shaft, where the first and second auxiliary shafts are coupled to one another via a reduction gear unit.
MULTI-GEAR-RATIO PORTAL GEAR BOX
A portal gear box assembly effective to lift and change the gear ratio of a wheel of an off-road vehicle includes a housing, an input gear sub-assembly, an output gear sub-assembly, and an idler gear sub-assembly effective for linking the input gear to the output gear. The input gear sub-assembly includes an input gear, the output gear sub-assembly includes an output gear, and the idler gear sub-assembly includes at least one idler gear and at least one removable adaptor effective for holding the idler gear in either a first position or a second position different from the first position. The sub-assemblies may also include bearings to facilitate movement of the gears.
Multipurpose vehicle
A multipurpose vehicle includes a stepless speed changer which is provided at one of lateral sides of a vehicle body with respect to an engine and a traveling transmission, an engine output shaft projected from the engine toward the stepless speed changer along a lateral direction of the vehicle body, a speed changer input shaft projected from the stepless speed changer toward the engine along the lateral direction of the vehicle body, and a first gear transmission mechanism provided between and across the engine output shaft and the speed changer input shaft and transmitting power of the engine output shaft to the speed changer input shaft. The multipurpose vehicle further has a PTO section provided at the side of the stepless speed changer with respect to the engine and forwardly of the stepless speed changer, the PTO section being operably connected to the engine output shaft via a second gear transmission mechanism.
HYDROMECHANICAL CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE SPEED TRANSMISSION
A hydromechanical continuously variable speed transmission is provided. The hydromechanical continuously variable speed transmission can include: the HST 10 in which the planetary gear mechanism 11 is housed in the planetary gear support case 71 mounted on a face of the center section 35 to form the HMT unit 100, the face being on the side opposite to the side on which the HST case 23 is mounted, and the HMT unit 100 is further provided with the housing mounting face 35d for fixing the HMT unit 100 to the housing 91 of the traveling power transmission mechanism 89, the housing mounting face 35d being provided on the center section 35 so as to surround the outer circumference of the mounting face 71a on which the planetary gear support case 71 is mounted.
Hydromechanical continuously variable speed transmission
A hydromechanical continuously variable speed transmission is provided. The hydromechanical continuously variable speed transmission can include: the HST 10 in which the planetary gear mechanism 11 is housed in the planetary gear support case 71 mounted on a face of the center section 35 to form the HMT unit 100, the face being on the side opposite to the side on which the HST case 23 is mounted, and the HMT unit 100 is further provided with the housing mounting face 35d for fixing the HMT unit 100 to the housing 91 of the traveling power transmission mechanism 89, the housing mounting face 35d being provided on the center section 35 so as to surround the outer circumference of the mounting face 71a on which the planetary gear support case 71 is mounted.
DRIVE DEVICE FOR PTO SHAFT OF WORKING MACHINE
A drive device for a PTO shaft includes a parking switch to detect a parking state of a vehicle body, a permission switch constituted of a self-returning switch and connected to the parking switch, the permission switch being configured to be switched to permit driving a PTO shaft, the PTO shaft being configured to be driven by a power of a prime mover disposed on the vehicle body, and a first switch device to be switched to enable the PTO shaft to be driven when the permission switch is switched to permit driving the PTO shaft under a state where the parking switch detects the parking state of the vehicle body.
