Lubrication pinion module, lubrication pinion, and method for manufacturing a lubrication pinion module
A lubrication pinion module for applying a lubricant onto a to-be-lubricated element includes a gear element having an inner surface mounted on an outer surface of a bearing element, the bearing element being mountable for rotation on a shaft and having at least one recess on its outer surface, and the gear element including a plurality of radially outwardly facing gear teeth, each of the plurality of gear teeth having first and second flanks, and at least one projection on the gear element inner surface extending into the at least one recess of the bearing element outer surface to form an interference fit with the bearing element such that the gear element rotates conjointly with the bearing element.
Ball screw device
A ball screw device includes an elongated shaft having an outer groove, a ball nut having a screw hole for receiving the elongated shaft and having a passage communicating with the screw hole of the ball nut, and a lubricating device includes an inner cylindrical element engaged onto the elongated shaft and secured to the ball nut, a housing attached onto the cylindrical element and contacted with the ball nut, and the housing includes a chamber for receiving a lubricating grease, an oil distributing member is engaged into the passage of the ball nut and engaged into the screw hole of the ball nut for engaging with the elongated shaft, and an inner element is engaged in the housing and engaged with the distributing member for supplying the lubricating grease to the distributing member.
Lubricant nozzle for a planetary gear set speed reducer of a turbomachine
A lubricant nozzle for a planetary gear set speed reducer of a turbomachine, the nozzle having a generally elongate shape and including a body with a longitudinal axis B, the body having a longitudinal inner cavity in fluid communication with a lubricant inlet located at a longitudinal end of the body and with lubricant outlet apertures that are provided in an annular wall of the body and that extend substantially radially relative to axis B, wherein the apertures are formed in at least one boss of the body, which boss projects radially outwards on the wall and extends, about the axis, at an angular extent that does not exceed 180°.
Differential transmission
A differential transmission includes a pin-gear type main body unit with a pin-gear type main body housing in which input or output is performed through a plurality of pins rotatably coupled in a circumferential direction of an outer circumferential surface thereof, a high-speed shaft provided at one side of the pin-gear type main body housing and through which input or output of a relatively high speed is performed, a low-speed shaft provided at the other side of the pin-gear type main body housing and through which input or output of a speed that is less than the relatively high speed is performed, and a reduction portion inside the pin-gear type main body housing and reducing an input speed; and a high-speed shaft connection unit connected to the high-speed shaft of the pin-gear type main body unit and through which input or output is performed through the high-speed shaft.
Lubricating oil distributor for a mechanical reduction gear of an aircraft turbine engine
Lubricating oil distributor for a mechanical reduction gear of a turbine engine, in particular of an aircraft, wherein it has a general annular shape around an axis X and is formed of a single part, the distributor including first and second independent oil circuits, the first oil circuit including a first oil inlet connected by a first annular chamber to several oil outlets, and the second oil circuit including a second oil inlet connected by a second annular chamber to several oil outlets, the first chamber including a section that is at least partially nested in a section of the second chamber.
Drive
The present invention relates to a drive for reaching a desired position of a component such as of a rotor blade, a crane tower, a superstructure and the like, having at least two drive elements that are in toothed engagement with one another and of which at least one is drivable from a drive source and the other is connectable to the component, and having a lubricating device for lubricating the drive elements, wherein at least one lubricant passage for the supply of lubricant to a meshing tooth pair is led through one of the drive elements. It is proposed to effect the supply of the lubricant by a distributor that is connected upstream of the lubricant passage integrated in the drive element and to control the connection between a supply passage of the distributor and the at least one lubricant passage integrated in the drive element by a relative movement between the drive element and the distributor.
TRANSMISSION
A transmission includes a shaft-hub connection designed as a serration and having an axial extent along a shaft axis, and an oil supply line to the serration in order to lubricate a relative movement in the serration between a shaft side and a hub side of the shaft-hub connection. The oil supply line is designed to open from radially inward directly into a cavity on the serration to enable supply of oil to the serration at an oil pressure that prevails in the cavity.
Axle assembly having a transmission module
An axle assembly having a housing assembly, an electric motor module, and a transmission module. A first lubricant passage may route lubricant from the housing assembly to the transmission housing cavity of the transmission module. The first lubricant passage may extend through a motor housing, a motor cover, and a first transmission housing.
STRAIN WAVE GEARING DEVICE
In a strain wave gearing device, fine first and second lubricant-holding grooves for holding lubricant are formed at fine pitches in an outer-race external peripheral surface of a wave generator bearing and an outer-race-contacting internal peripheral surface portion of an externally toothed gear in contact therewith. Fine lubricant-guiding grooves for guiding the lubricant to the outer-race-contacting internal peripheral surface portion are formed at fine pitches in a second internal peripheral surface portion, which adjoins the outer-race-contacting internal peripheral surface portion, of an internal peripheral surface of the externally toothed gear. This configuration improves the contact state between the outer-race-contacting internal peripheral surface portion of the externally toothed gear and the outer-race external peripheral surface, thus suppressing fretting wear occurring in these surfaces.
Systems for electric vehicle
Systems are provided for a gear set housing. In one example, a system comprises a gear box housing configured to house a four stage gear set in combination with a shift actuator and a differential lock, wherein the four stage gear set comprises an input shaft, a first layshaft, a second layshaft, and an output shaft.
