Drive-force transmitting apparatus for vehicle
A vehicle drive-force transmitting apparatus including: a casing provided with an oil supply hole; a pump for pumping out an oil stored in the casing; and a pipe for delivering the oil pumped out by the pump, such that the oil discharged from the pipe is supplied to the oil supply hole. The oil is to be discharged from the pipe collides with an oil collision portion which is a portion of the casing and which is located on an upper side of the oil supply hole. The casing includes a guide portion and a block portion. The guide portion is located on a lower side of the oil collision portion, so as to guide the oil discharged from the pipe toward the oil supply hole. The block portion is located to surround the oil collision portion, so as to block the oil splashing from the oil collision portion.
Transmission lubrication system with shielded bearings
Methods and systems are provided for lubrication of a transmission. In one example, the transmission system may include a pair of shielded bearings attached to a first transmission shaft, each of the shielded bearings including at least one shield that forms a restriction between the shield and a race of the bearing and a cavity positioned axially between the pair of shielded bearings, wherein the restrictions tune lubricant pressurization in the cavity. The transmission system further includes a radial passage in the first transmission shaft in fluidic communication with the cavity and a lubricated transmission component.
AXLE ASSEMBLY HAVING A LUBRICANT RESERVOIR
An axle assembly that includes a differential carrier, a bearing cap, and a lubricant reservoir. The differential carrier has a bearing support. The bearing cap is disposed on the bearing support. The lubricant reservoir is mounted on the bearing cap and is configured to capture lubricant that is splashed by the differential assembly.
POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
Provided is a power transmission device including a housing and a ball screw device including a nut housed in the housing. The device includes a screw shaft passing through the nut, and balls disposed between the nut and the screw shaft. The device also includes a first bearing and a second bearing that are disposed to be adjacent to each other in a center axis direction parallel with a center axis of the nut between the housing and the nut; and a preload applying member constituted of an elastic body and configured to apply preloads to the first bearing and the second bearing. The first bearing and the second bearing respectively include outer rings that are fitted to the housing and separated from each other in the center axis direction, and the first bearing and the second bearing are disposed to be a face-to-face combination.
Oil supply unit
A oil supply unit includes an axial body including an axial through hole along an axis and disposed so as to be rotatable around the axis, a pipe member disposed along the axis inside the axial through hole, a support member supporting an axial end of the pipe member, and a partitioning member partitioning a circular space between the axial body and an the pipe member to an axial direction. A first through hole and a second through hole are respectively formed to penetrate the pipe member and the axial body so that an oil supplied to an inside of the pipe member flows to a radial outside of the axial body through the circular space, and the partitioning member includes a tapered portion extending toward a radial inside and the axial direction of the axial body from the inner circumferential surface of the axial body.
BEARING LUBRICATION STRUCTURE FOR A WIND POWER GEARBOX
A bearing lubrication structure for a wind power gearbox includes a housing, a bearing, a planet carrier, and an oil scraper assembly. The planet carrier is rotatably disposed on the housing through the bearing. A first end face of the planet carrier and a second end face of the housing form a receiving chamber. The oil scraper assembly is disposed on the second end face and is located in the receiving chamber. The oil scraper assembly includes an oil scraper member. The oil scraper member is configured to, when the planet carrier rotates, collect oil from the first end face and make the oil flow into the bearing.
POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A power transmission device including a housing and a ball screw device including a nut, a screw shaft, and a plurality of balls. The device includes a pulley device including a driving pulley configured to be driven by receiving power transmitted from a power source, a driven pulley fixed to the nut, and a belt wound around outer peripheral surfaces of the driving pulley and the driven pulley. The device also includes a first bearing and a second bearing disposed between the housing and the nut in a center axis direction parallel with a center axis of the nut; and a preload applying member configured to apply preloads to the first bearing and the second bearing. The first bearing and the second bearing are respectively disposed on both sides of the driven pulley to be a face-to-face combination, and each of the first bearing and the second bearing includes an outer ring engaged with the housing.
Gear unit having a housing
A gear unit includes a housing, a trough for guiding oil and reducing losses due to splashing surrounding a circumferential section of a toothing part, the trough including at least three parts, e.g., at least one bottom plate and two side walls, the bottom plate being screw-connected to the two side walls, the trough being fastened to the housing, the trough having an opening, the bottom plate and the side walls being stamped bent parts.
Lubricating device of power transmitting system
A lubricating device of a power transmitting system having a structural member. The lubricating device includes an oil piping assembly fixed to the structural member at a plurality of positions and having an oil passage through which a lubricant oil flows. The oil piping assembly is a resin piping assembly including a plurality of divisional components which cooperate to define a circumference of the oil passage along a length of the oil passage and which are formed of a resin material. The divisional components have respective interfacial surfaces and are bonded together with interfacial surfaces thereof being held in contact with each other. The divisional components of the resin piping assembly include a base divisional component provided with a plurality of fixing portions, and the resin piping assembly is fixed to the structural member at the plurality of positions through only the fixing portions.
