CONTROL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD FOR ACTUATOR
A control unit (10) includes a microcontroller (100) that sets a duty ratio corresponding to a target current value of a linear solenoid (7a) and an ASIC (200) that supplies electricity to the linear solenoid (7a) based on the duty ratio. The microcontroller (100) includes a correction unit (110) that corrects a driving current value detected by a current sensor (300). The ASIC (200) includes a correction unit (206) that corrects the driving current value detected by the current sensor (300). A feedback amount selection unit (112) selects either one of the driving current value corrected by the correction unit (110) or the driving current value corrected by the correction unit (206) as a feedback amount corresponding to the target current value. A dual correction system is provided in a feedback control system.
Transmission hydraulic control system
An automatic transmission uses 6 shift elements applied in combinations of four to establish ten forward speed ratios and a reverse speed ratio. The automatic transmission uses a hydraulic control system to control engagement of the six elements, control engagement of a torque converter bypass clutch, control engagement of a parking pawl, and to provide fluid for a hydrodynamic torque converter and for lubrication. The parking pawl is disengaged in response to engagement of two of the six shift elements and remains disengaged in response to engagement of other shift elements. A single valve controls several different functions associated with the two-pass torque converter. Pressurized fluid is provided by a variable displacement engine driven pump and also by an electric pump. A priority valve reduces lubrication flow when other fluid demands are high as indicated by the pump displacement control circuit.
CONTROL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD
A control device according to an embodiment includes a storage, a determining unit, and a driving unit. The storage stores therein information on a hysteresis area of an actuator. The determining unit determines, based on a control mode, a target current value according to the hysteresis area whose information is stored in the storage. The driving unit supplies a driving current according to the target current value determined by the determining unit to the actuator.
Valve, in particular pilot-operated proportional pressure control valve
A valve, in particular a pilot-operated proportional pressure control valve, has a valve housing (5) with a pressure supply port (7), a working port (9), and a drain port (11). In the valve housing (5), a main valve piston (15) can be moved by a pilot stage (13) for control of the fluid flow between the pressure supply port (7) and the working port (9). The pilot stage (13) has a valve closing element (43) for a pilot chamber (41). The valve closing element (43) is movable from an open position (OS) into a closed position (SS) by an actuating apparatus (45). The valve closing element (43) can actuate a leakage reduction stage (53).
HYDRAULIC CONTROL APPARATUS OF AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, AND VEHICLE
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a hydraulic control apparatus of an automatic transmission allowing appropriate adjustment of feelings during shifting. Therefore, the hydraulic control apparatus of the automatic transmission includes: an electromagnetic proportional valve performing pressure regulation of operating oil; a pressure sensor detecting an oil pressure of the operating oil; and a control apparatus causing a hydraulic clutch to transition from an opened state to an engaged state by outputting, according to a control map stored in advance, a pulsed control current having a predetermined current value and a predetermined application time to the electromagnetic proportional valve. The control apparatus performs correction processing of correcting the predetermined current value and application time such that the oil pressure of the operating oil supplied to the hydraulic clutch is within a predetermined target pressure range when outputting the pulsed control current to the electromagnetic proportional valve.
