Apparatus and method for fixing sticking damper clutch
An apparatus for fixing a sticking damper clutch may include: a transmission controller configured to determine whether a damper clutch sticks, using engine controller information received from an engine controller and damper clutch status information of the damper clutch; and a hydraulic pressure controller configured to fix the sticking damper clutch according to the determination result of the transmission controller.
ABNORMALITY DIAGNOSING DEVICE AND ABNORMALITY DIAGNOSING METHOD FOR SELECTION SOLENOID VALVE OF AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Selection solenoid valve (75) controls engagement/disengagement of travel clutch (31, 32) in synchronization with a selecting operation of selector lever (90) that selects a range position of belt-type continuously variable transmission (CVT). Selection solenoid valve abnormality diagnosing unit (Sa) is configured to, when performing a selecting operation from no-drive range to drive range, if a time required for travel clutch (31, 32) to be judged to be engaged from a start of selection of the drive range is less than a predetermined time, judge selection solenoid valve (75) to be a maximum hydraulic pressure side abnormality. When performing the selecting operation of drive range.fwdarw.no-drive range.fwdarw.drive range, if a selecting operation speed condition indicating that a no-drive range selection time is shorter than a setting time (Tth) is satisfied, execution of abnormality diagnosis of selection solenoid valve (75) is not permitted. With this configuration, misjudgment is prevented.
Vehicle
A vehicle includes: an interrupter including a first connector connected to a driving source, a second connector connected to a transmission, and a fluid in a gap between the first and second connectors; and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry receives flowability information indicating a value related to flowability of the fluid. The processing circuitry determines whether or not a predetermined power interruption condition is satisfied. When the above condition is satisfied, and the processing circuitry determines that the value is less than a predetermined reference value, the processing circuitry controls the speed change actuator to set the transmission to a first gear stage. When the condition is satisfied, and the processing circuitry determines that the value is not less than the reference value, the processing circuitry controls the speed change actuator to set the transmission to a second gear stage having a lower reduction ratio than the first gear stage.
METHOD AND CONTROL DEVICE FOR OPERATING A DRIVE TRAIN
A method for operating a motor vehicle drive train having a drive aggregate, an automated group transmission connected between the drive aggregate and a drive output, and a disconnect clutch connected between the drive aggregate and the group transmission. The group transmission has a plurality of sub-transmissions, including a main transmission, a splitter group upstream from the main transmission, and a range group downstream from the main transmission. When the disconnect clutch cannot be shifted to carry out a shifting operation in the group transmission, an emergency shifting program is activated. Shifting from a current gear to a target gear is carried out automatically, as a function of input rotation speed of the group transmission or as a function of rotation speed of the drive aggregate, while the disconnect clutch is closed and where the main transmission and/or the range group participate exclusively, but not the splitter group.
Multipurpose vehicle
A multipurpose vehicle includes an engine, a fuel supply unit that supplies fuel to the engine, a gear transmission device that changes speed of power from the engine through a shifting operation, a coupling state detection sensor that detects a coupling state of the gear transmission device, a determination unit that determines whether the coupling state is an incomplete coupling state based on a detection signal from the coupling state detection sensor, and a fuel supply control unit that executes a fuel cut to reduce a fuel supply amount of the fuel from the fuel supply unit to the engine to a value less than a reference value, if the determination unit determines that the coupling state is the incomplete coupling state.
Vehicle power transmission system
A vehicle power transmission system includes: a transmission; a shift actuator; a clutch; a clutch actuator for mutually switching between the transmission and the shutting off of a driving force at the clutch; and a control device being configured to, when having detected that the vehicle is in the travelling state and that the clutch actuator is abnormal by use of the travelling state detection sensor and the CA abnormality detection sensor, control the operation of the shift actuator and cause the selected gear stage in the transmission to be shifted into neutral before the vehicle comes to a stop while shifting the selected gear stage in the transmission into a gear stage having a lower gear ratio.
Shift control method for vehicle with dual clutch transmission
A shift control method for a vehicle with a Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) includes comparing, by a controller, a current clutch temperature with a first predetermined reference value and a second predetermined reference value, the second predetermined reference value being greater than the first reference value, preventing, by the controller, coaxial power-on downshifting when the clutch temperature is greater than the first reference value, and reducing, by the controller, a shift time by preventing coaxial power-on downshifting when the clutch temperature is greater than the second reference value and then increasing a shift speed when biaxial full skip shifting is required.
