System and method for bottom coating food products
A product conveying and coating system includes at least first and second, sequentially arranged conveyor belts, with at least the second conveyor belt being a solid belt. Interposed in a gap between the first and second belts is a dispenser head of a coating manifold. The dispenser head spans the gap between upper surface portions of the first and second conveyor belts, with an elongated side wall outlet portion of the dispenser head being exposed, in a downstream direction of the overall conveyor unit, to the upper surface of the second conveyor belt. The system provides for dispensing of coating material directly onto the second, solid conveyor belt and enrobing at least bottom and partial side portions of food products upon the solid belt. Provisions are made for scraping from the solid belt, removing from the coated food products and recycling excess coating material.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MATURING MEAT IN WATER, IN PARTICULAR BEEF ON THE BONE
A device for maturing fresh meat, including meat on the bone, such as beef, is illustrated and described which comprises a treatment container with mechanisms for receiving pieces of fresh meat. The device comprises at least one water supply line by which the treatment container can be filled with treatment water in a way that the mechanisms for receiving pieces of meat, and thus the pieces of meat arranged or placed on the receiving mechanisms, are immersed in the treatment water. A method for maturing fresh meat, including meat on the bone such as beef, is also illustrated and described. According to the invention, provision is made that pieces of meat are matured in treatment water, by being completely immersed in treatment water.
Enrober for viscous and/or sticky food products
A coating machine and method coat a viscous sticky coating onto a plurality of food products. The coating machine may used mechanical or ultrasonic mechanisms to remove the excess viscous sticky coating. The coating machine may also coat an outer surface of the viscous sticky coating.

Donut Icer
A donut icer or icing system is disclosed herein. The icing system is surprisingly more efficient than known methods of applying frosting to baked or fried goods, specifically, donuts. The increase in efficiency over known methods is accomplished generally through use of a plurality of conveyor belts, an icing bath, and a flip shaft assembly that allows frosted goods or donuts to flip icing side up before discharge from the system.

Plant powder-containing white chocolate-impregnated food and method for producing same
The present invention provides a white chocolate-impregnated food that is a porous food into which a white chocolate that contains a plant powder is impregnated. A median diameter of the plant powder is 5 to 20 m. In the white chocolate-impregnated food, the white chocolate that contains the plant powder is impregnated into inside of the porous food.
Method of making coated pita chip
A coated pita chip and method of producing it are presented herein. A pita chip may be coated with a sugar-based syrup or chocolate. If the pita chip is coated with a sugar-based syrup, the coated chip may be baked or cooled to harden and bond the coating to the chip. If the pita chip is coated with a chocolate coating, the pita chip is cooled to harden and bond the chocolate to the chip. Additional food items, inclusions, such as nuts, dried fruit pieces, granola, seeds, spices and the like may be adhered to the chip by the hardened coating.

Turntable-type breadcrumb coating machine
The present invention provides a turntable-type breadcrumb coating machine characterized by comprising: a breadcrumb coating unit for spreading and fixing breadcrumbs on the front and rear surfaces of pork; an introduction unit for coating the pork with an egg wash and introducing the same towards the breadcrumb coating unit; and a discharge unit for discharging the pork, which has been coated with breadcrumbs through the breadcrumb coating unit, wherein the breadcrumb coating unit comprises: a turntable, which has breadcrumbs dispersed on the surface thereof, and which is provided to rotate on the upper surface of a base; first and second scattering units for drawing the breadcrumbs, which are dispersed on the surface of the turntable, and scattering the same over the upper surface of the pork; a first pressing roll installed at an interval from the first and second scattering units in the clockwise direction such that the same can press the upper surface of the pork while the pressurizing force being adjusted; a second pressing roll configured to rotate at an interval from the first pressing roll in the clockwise direction by self-supplied power such that, while the upper surface of the pork is finish-pressurized, the pork, which has been coated with breadcrumbs, is elevated through a discharge tray and is transferred to the discharge unit; a leveling blade installed to rotate at an interval from the upper portion of the discharge tray such that the breadcrumbs on the surface of the pork are evenly scarfed to have a constant thickness; and a breadcrumb supplier installed between the introduction unit and the discharge unit so as to automatically supply breadcrumbs according to the amount of breadcrumbs remaining inside the turntable.
