A sealing structure has a sealing device which is a plane seal disposed in an annular groove provided in one of two members and which seals the annular gap between the two members. The sealing device includes a seal member made of a rubber-shaped elastic body and disposed on a high-pressure side and a backup ring made of a resin mounted adjacent to the seal member on a low-pressure side of the seal member. The backup ring has a ring-like shape with ends in which a notch is formed in a part thereof, and the notch extends parallel to the thickness direction of the backup ring, and extends so as to intersect the radial direction of the backup ring. The seal member and the backup ring are disposed between the two members in a state of being pressurized from the two members, respectively.

The supporting portion 12 surrounds the ventilation path 10. The gas-permeable membrane 11 is bonded to the supporting portion 12 and closes the ventilation path 10 in a ventilatable manner. The protruding portion 13 is a part having a tubular shape, the part being arranged to protrude from the supporting portion 12 and surround one end of the ventilation path 10, the part being configured to be in contact with the edge 2f when the ventilation component 1 is attached to the edge 2f. The ventilation component 1 satisfies requirements 2.5≤Gs/Gt≤5.0 and 1.0≤{(Gs−Gt)/2}/Lt≤3.0.

The gasket assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is a gasket assembly for a fuel cell humidifier comprising a mid-casing, a cap fastened to the mid-casing, and at least one cartridge disposed in the mid-casing and receiving a plurality of hollow fiber membranes. The gasket assembly includes a packing part provided with a hole into which an end part of the cartridge is inserted, an edge part formed by being connected to the packing part, and a damping part formed on an outer peripheral surface of the cartridge.

There is proposed an annular seal for a pipe coupling, comprising, a lower portion beatable within an upwardly open annular groove in the pipe coupling, an upper portion having an upwardly facing abutment surface, a depending skirt and a stiffening ring. The depending skirt is configured for engagement over a circular upstand of the pipe coupling, which is located inwardly of the annular groove. The stiffening ring is located within the upper portion of the annular seal, and includes an annular portion that is generally parallel with and spaced apart from the abutment surface and at least one circumferential leg depending from the annular portion that provides reinforcement for the depending leg.

A piping (1) for guiding a fluid within a drive train unit (G) of a motor vehicle includes a pipe (R). A stop (R1A) is formed at a first end (R1) of the piping (1). A sealing element (R2D) is provided at a second end (R2) of the piping (1). The sealing element (R2D) acts as an axial seal. In order to improve a sealing effect of the sealing element (R2D), the piping (1) is loaded along an extension direction of the piping (1). A drive train unit (G) for a motor vehicle including such a piping (1) and a method for installing such a piping (1) into such a drive train unit (G) is also provided.

A gasket-mounting structure includes a mounting member and a gasket. The mounting member includes a first base, an outer sleeve protruding from the first base, an inner sleeve protruding from the first base in the same direction of the outer sleeve radially inside the outer sleeve, and a groove surrounded by the first base, the outer sleeve, and the inner sleeve. The gasket includes an annular second base, an annular outer protrusion extending from the second base to be pressed in the groove, and an annular inner protrusion extending from the second base to be axially pressed on the inner sleeve radially inside the outer protrusion such that the inner sleeve is radially placed between the outer protrusion and the inner protrusion.

Single-piece hinged-clamps employed used in assemblies used to mount solar power modules to surface installation are disclosed. In some embodiments, a clamp with a right portion with a right notch having a right platform, a left portion with a left notch having a left platform, and a base portion with a flexible hinge is disclosed. The left portion also includes a threaded aperture extending downwardly from the left platform. In some embodiments, a method of securing a component with the clamp is disclosed in which a right member of a component is inserted into a right notch of a clamp, an applied force imparts movement of a left notch away from the right notch, and a buildup of potential energy in the flexible hinge during the application of the force moves the left notch in the opposite direction to engage the left member of the component.

The lower surface comprises an inner wing and an outer wing extending laterally from the outer surface to provide lateral sealing. The seal has a seal width defined between the seal side walls, and a seal height defined between the apex of the rounded peak and the base. The width is at least twice the height of the seal. The seal is located in a channel recess of a first component opposite a second component to seal between the first component and the second component, the channel recess having a floor and a height defined between the floor and a surface of the first component in which the channel recess is formed.
