The invention relates to a printer cartridge, comprising a) an outer wall, and b) a chocolate mass,
wherein the outer wall at least partially encloses an inner space, wherein the inner space comprises the chocolate mass, wherein the chocolate mass comprises a total fat content, wherein the total fat content comprises one or more fatty acid residues, each of which a. has no double bond, and b. comprises a number of C atoms per fatty acid residue in the range of 12 to 24, to a total content in the range of 40 to 75 wt %, based on the total fat content. The invention further relates to a method comprising moulding of a chocolate mass; a 3D printer; a chocolate product by means of the above method or with the above 3D printer; a chocolate product; a use of a 3D printer for printing a chocolate mass; a use of a container for 3D printing of chocolate; a use of an oil in a chocolate mass for 3D printing of chocolate; and a use of a chocolate mass for 3D printing of chocolate.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR ENABLING AND SCHEDULING 3D PRINTING-BASED FABRICATION
The present disclosure includes a three-dimensional design and integrated fabrication system that includes a data system in a computing environment. The system includes a manufacturing section including a pre-processing section and a post-processing section. The system also includes a material selection system and a control system that integrates the data system, manufacturing section, and material selection system with an intelligence system that includes artificial intelligence in the computing environment.
Edible web comprising microorganisms
The present invention relates to edible webs comprising microorganisms, such as probiotics. In particular, the present invention relates to an edible web having microorganisms, such as bacteria, probiotic bacteria, bacteriophages or viruses printed thereon, e.g. by the use of inkjet printing. In addition the invention relates to methods of producing such edible webs, to various products comprising the edible webs as well as to use of the edible webs comprising microorganisms.
DECORATING SYSTEM FOR EDIBLE PRODUCTS
A device, method, and computer-readable medium for printing an image on an edible media. The method including receiving from an external device associated with a consumer the image, determining whether the image is of suitable quality to be printed on the edible media, transmitting a message to the external device, in response to a determination that the image is not of suitable quality to be printed on the edible media, and performing an image processing technique on the image to enhance the image for printing on the edible media, in response to a determination that the image is of suitable quality to be printed on the edible media. The method further including transmitting a request to a printer to print the enhanced image on the edible media, and transmitting a request to the printer to print a shipping label to ship the printed edible media to the consumer.
3D printer system and method for filling a cartridge of such a system
A cartridge assembly (3) of a 3D printer system for printing a plastic substance, such as a dough, comprises a refillable cartridge (31) and a punch-fill adapter (32) having a circumferential cutting edge (26) and being provided with a punch-fill connector (24) to form a manually releasable interconnection between the cartridge and the punch-fill adapter. When said interconnection is effective, the cartridge assembly is effective as a manual tool for punching, by means of said circumferential cutting edge, punched slices out of a supply slice of said plastic substance, and thereby for automatically inserting said punched slices into the inner space of the cartridge. Thanks to this punch-fill connector the manual (re)filling of the cartridge can be performed more easily and more reliably.
PRINTER APPARATUS
Provided is a printing apparatus including: a material accommodating unit including an accommodating portion for accommodating at least one printing material, and an extruding portion for externally sending the at least one printing material accommodated in the accommodating portion; a printing unit including a nozzle portion for spraying the at least one printing material received from the material accommodating unit toward a printing area according to a preset program, and a first temperature adjusting portion for adjusting a first temperature within the printing area; and a transfer unit including a transfer pipe that guides the at least one printing material sent from the material accommodating unit to the nozzle portion of the printing unit, and a second temperature adjusting portion for adjusting a second temperature of the transfer pipe.
Three-dimensional (3D) printer
A 3D printer includes a build plate, a carriage movable alongside edges of the build plate between a front and rear of the build plate, and an arch connected to the carriage and movable therewith. The arch includes a pair of legs and an upper cross bar. A cross support is connected to the arch and extends between the legs and is movable between opposite ends of the legs. A tool head is connected to the cross support and is moveable along the cross support from one of the legs to the other. The interconnection of the legs to the carriage permits the arch to pivot between a printer operational condition in which the legs of the arch extend upright relative to the build plate and a collapsed condition in which the legs of the arch extend along the side edges of the build plate.
PRINT HEAD FOR PRINTING A FOOD PRODUCT LAYER-BY-LAYER AND A SYSTEM COMPRISING A PRINT HEAD
The invention relates to a print head comprising a nozzle for printing a food product layer-by-layer and a conveyor for conveying food. The invention further relates to a system comprising such a print head and a container containing food in solid state and having a supply line for providing food in solid state to the reservoir of the print head.
CONTROL UNIT, FOOD PRINTER AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A FOOD PRINTER
A control unit controls a food printer configured to extrude printing compound from a container onto a tray in order to print a food. The control unit is configured to determine spectral data relating to the printing compound in the container. The spectral data is dependent on a transmission degree and/or on a reflection degree of the printing compound for electromagnetic radiation of at least one wavelength. The control unit is furthermore configured to control the food printer in dependence on the spectral data. A food printer having the control unit and a method for controlling the printer are also provided.
