Double eccentric valve
In a double eccentric valve, a valve seat or valve body includes a rubber seal part in which a seat surface or seal surface is formed. An interference between the valve seat and the valve body is made minimum at a position of a rotary-shaft-directional end of the valve body in the radial direction of the valve body which is parallel to an extending direction of the axis of a rotary shaft.
DOUBLE ECCENTRIC BUTTERFLY VALVE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Provided are an eccentric butterfly valve, in particular, suitable for high-pressure fluids, in which: even if a dimensional error among components is large, the seat ring is aligned with the disk while sealability between the seat ring and the body is ensured; for either pressure, positive pressure or counter pressure, the seal surface pressure between the disk and the seat ring is ensured to achieve sealability; and a continuous seal portion is ensured between the body and the seat ring, thereby reliably inhibiting fluid leakage, and a method of manufacturing the eccentric butterfly valve. A tapered surface 31 formed on a seat ring 20 and a step portion 30 formed on a body 2 are opposed to each other. With a corner portion 35 of the step portion 30 on a tapered surface 31 side digging into the tapered surface 31, an annular seal portion 33 is formed on an opposed plane between the body 2 and a seat ring 6.
Valve device in a motor vehicle
A valve device for a fuel cell arrangement in a motor vehicle includes: a housing; a flow channel extending in the housing; a flap configured to influence a flow cross-section in the flow channel; a shaft to which the flap is attached, the shaft being rotatably supported in the housing; a drive configured to drive the flap via the shaft; a valve seat arranged in the flow channel; and a seal including polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) arranged on a radially peripheral edge of the flap, the seal being configured to contact the valve seat with the flap In a closed position of the flap, so that the shaft passes through the flap at an angle. The seal includes a spring.
Valve device in a motor vehicle, and production method
A valve device for a fuel cell arrangement in a motor vehicle includes: a housing; a spindle mounted rotatably in the housing; a flow duct disposed in the housing; a flap fastened to the spindle, the flap being configured to influence a flow cross section in the flow duct; a drive configured to drive the flap via the spindle; a valve seat arranged in the flow duct; and a seal arranged on a radially circumferential edge of the flap, the seat being m contact with the valve scat in a closed position of the flap, such that the spindle passes through the flap at an angle. The seal has an annular base body, the annular base body having at least one opening, the at least one opening being filled with a material of the flap.
Butterfly Valve
Provided is a butterfly valve configured so that the sealing performance of the butterfly valve is ensured even if the butterfly valve is exposed to high-temperature fluid and is installed in a high radiation environment. A butterfly valve has: a valve body-side valve seat section which is formed on the outer periphery of a valve body; a valve box-side valve seat section which is formed on a valve box; and a valve movement mechanism which, as a valve shaft pivots, moves the valve body in the direction of extension of a flow passage, between a blocking position at which the valve body-side valve seat section and the valve box-side valve seat section are in contact with each other to close a flow passage, and an open position at which the valve body-side valve seat section and the valve box-side valve seat section are separated from each other to open the flow passage. The valve body-side valve seat section is formed from a laminated material comprising a stainless steel plate and a plate-shaped body which consists of expanded graphite.

Valve device in a motor vehicle
A valve device for a fuel cell arrangement in a motor vehicle includes: a housing; a flow channel that extends in the housing; a spindle mounted rotatably in the housing; a flap fastened to the spindle, the flap being arranged in the flow channel and configured to close off the flow channel, the flap having a bore via which bore the spindle penetrates the flap; a drive configured to drive the flap via the spindle; a valve seat arranged in the flow channel, the valve seat, in a closed position of the flap, being in contact with the flap, wherein the spindle penetrates the flap at an angle and openings of the bore each lead to one side of the flap; and a seal arranged In the bore between the flap and the spindle.
Valve device in a motor vehicle
A valve device for a fuel cell arrangement in a motor vehicle includes: a housing; a flow duct extending in the housing; a shaft mounted rotatably in the housing; a flap configured to influence the flow cross section of the flow duct, wherein the flap is arranged on the shaft, and coupled to an electric motor and a gear mechanism; a valve seat arranged in the flow duct; and a seal arranged on a radially encircling edge of the flap such that the seal is in contact with the valve seat when the flap is in a closed position, and such that the shaft penetrates the flap at an angle. The shaft with the flap arranged thereon is movable by the electric motor only via the gear mechanism and movement of the flap is blocked in all other cases due to a frictional force generated by the seal.
