The connecting member includes a first axial through hole, and the upper end portion of the connecting member includes a lower stop portion. The annular thin wall portion is capable of abutting against a sealing portion of the valve seat member. A lower end portion of the nut is engageable with the lower stop portion to limit downward movement of the nut.

Flow control valve

A flow control valve, includes a valve body component, a valve seat component and a valve core component, wherein the valve seat component includes a sealing ring, a first annular protruding portion and a second annular protruding portion; the valve core component includes a valve core including a lower section portion; when the valve core abuts against the sealing ring; the first annular protruding portion includes a first inner wall portion; the second annular protruding portion includes a first outer wall portion; and when the valve core abuts against the sealing ring, the minimum inner diameter of the first inner wall portion is D.sub.1, the maximum outer diameter of the first outer wall portion is D.sub.2, the minimum inner diameter of the lower end portion is D.sub.3, and the maximum outer diameter of the lower end portion is D.sub.4, then D.sub.3−D.sub.2<2 mm, and D.sub.1−D.sub.4<2 mm.

Valve unit

A valve unit includes a valve housing having an input line and an output line or the process pressure as well as a process guide shaft, an operating piston for closing and opening a connection between the two lines, two control lines and two control chambers for controlling the operating piston. The operating piston has a closing ring which in the closed state of the connection sealingly abuts a valve seat of the valve housing and it has a diameter which corresponds to a guide diameter of a dynamic process seal. The valve seat includes a softer and more elastic material than the sealing edge. The valve unit has low axial forces, due to low sealing forces, thus makes a long service life with a high number of cycles of operation possible.

EXPLOSION PROTECTION VALVE FOR DECOUPLING SYSTEM PARTS OR WORKPIECES, COMPRISING A SEALING RING

An explosion protection valve for decoupling system parts or work-pieces for the installation in a pipeline, comprising a housing, a closing body which is axially guided inside the housing on a guide rod and can be shifted from a defined open position into a sealing closed position in the event of a pressure or suction wave in the pipeline in at least one closing movement direction, a spring assembly, which is in operative connection to the closing body, on the guide rod for holding the closing body in the open position, a sealing ring on the inner side of the housing, against which the closing body can be pressed in its closed position, and a receiving pocket, which is applied to the inner side of the housing and is preferably open counter to the closing movement direction (SB) of the closing body, for holding the sealing ring.

A valve assembly includes a valve body defining a fluid inlet in fluid communication with a fluid outlet. The valve body has an inner body surface defining an interior chamber extending between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet. A valve element is disposed within the interior chamber and rotatable through a range of positions relative to the outlet providing a high level of precision control of a fluid flow rate through the valve assembly. A valve seat with a seal is positioned around a valve element. The valve seat is configured to self-adjust its inner radial diameter to correspond to the outer radial diameter of the valve element to maintain a portion of an inner seat surface in contact with an outer valve surface of the valve element through the range of positions.

HIGH-PRESSURE PRIMING VALVE

A new and innovative high-pressure priming valve is provided for use in high-pressure fluid systems that require a high level of fluid purity. The priming valve includes at least three ports, some of which are angled. The priming valve also includes a needle that variably blocks and unblocks a pathway to one of the ports between normal operation and a priming operation, respectively. The priming valve includes a sealing insert positioned below a stack of washers that maintain the needle's alignment in response to high fluid pressures exerted on the needle. The sealing insert helps prevent fluid from contacting the stack of washers, which helps prevent biological growth within the valve. The angled ports help facilitate priming valve drainage to further help prevent biological growth. By helping prevent biological growth, the sealing insert helps prevent fluid contamination and enables the priming valve to be utilized for high-purity fluid applications.

Quick pull valve and seat assembly

A valve seat assembly comprises a valve. The assembly further comprises a removable upper seat associated with the valve. The assembly further comprises a lower seat configured to be inserted into a fluid end of a pump and releasably couplable to the upper seat. The upper seat is decouplable from the lower seat while the lower seat remains inserted in the fluid end of the pump. The valve is configured to contact the upper seat to prevent a flow of fluid through the fluid end of the pump.
