HYDRAULIC MACHINE

A hydraulic machine includes a first member (1) having a first structure (2) for a hydraulic medium opening in a first interface surface (3) and a second member having a second structure for the hydraulic medium opening in a second interface surface is described, the first interface surface (3) being in contact with the second interface surface, wherein at least one of the members (1) is provided with a support element (6) surrounding the member (1). Such a machine should have a good efficiency. To this end the support element (6) has a strength varying in circumferential direction around the member (1) and/or in thickness direction in a middle region of the member (1).

ADJUSTABLE VALVE

A force setting apparatus comprises a valve manifold forming a plurality of ports and a rotary valve coupled to the valve manifold and rotatable on the valve manifold. The plurality of ports are in fluid communication with a plurality of pistons. The rotary valve is coupled to an air chamber that used to transfer low pressurized oil coming from the pistons and out of the ports. The valve is rotatable to uncover the plurality of ports and allow high pressurized oil to flow through a plurality of pistons and out of the plurality of ports. The valve is rotatable to cover the plurality of ports and allow low pressurized oil to flow through the valve and out of the air chamber.

Fluid valve

A valve has flow trim assembly that can be quickly and efficiently removed and repaired or replaced. A body section having a central through bore defines an inlet, an outlet and inner chamber or space. An upstream cap and inlet hub are disposed at the inlet of the body member, while a downstream cap and outlet hub are disposed at the outlet of the body member. An actuator stem extends into the inner chamber, while a gear train can transfer torque force applied to the actuator stem to a rotator. A first (movable) trim member is attached to the rotator and can be selectively rotated relative to a second (fixed) trim member. The first and second trim members cooperate to adjust flow opening through the valve.

A valve for controlling the water flow in a sanitary line has a housing with a housing lower part in which a water supply channel portion, a control channel, and a water discharge channel portion are arranged in the flow direction. The control valve has a valve upper part with a head piece, which is arranged in a housing bore coaxially to the bore axis and to which a stator disc with a first ceramic surface is secured, and with a spindle, with which a rotor disc with a second ceramic surface is in engagement. The control valve also has an electric drive which is arranged in the housing upper part and which is in engagement with the spindle. Two seals which rest against the head piece and the spindle seal the control channel of the control valve from a housing upper part.

TURBOCHARGER TURBINE STAGE VALVES CONTROLLED BY A SINGLE ACTUATOR

A turbocharger (1) including a twin scroll turbine and a valve assembly (40, 140) disposed in the exhaust gas inlet (24, 124) that is configured to control the flow exhaust gas through the turbine. The valve assembly (40, 140) includes two rotary valves (60, 160, 80, 180) actuated by a common valve shaft (44, 144). One of the valves (60, 180) may control exhaust gas flow to a volute or between volutes, and the other (80, 160) may control wastegate exhaust gas flow. The valve shaft (44, 144) is driven by an actuator to rotate about the valve shaft rotational axis (46, 146) such that the first valve (60, 160) and the second valve (80, 180) can each be selectively moved between a closed position and an open position, and the time sequence order of opening of the first valve (60, 160) and the second valve (80, 180) is selectable.

A rotary disc valve is used in a fluid delivery system to control flow of fluid between multiple ports. The valve may include a valve body having multiple ports that are connected to the system. In addition, the valve may include a diverter and seal assembly that are disposed in the valve body. The diverter is configured to rotate about a rotational axis and to control fluid flow through the valve body. The valve is free of an axial compression spring, and the valve body, the lid and the diverter are shaped and dimensioned so that an interference fit exists between the lid and the diverter that results in compression of the seal assembly between the diverter and the base.
