A gate valve includes a valve plate that opens and closes a gate opening, a valve shaft that is fixed to the valve plate, an air cylinder that includes a drive rod, and a valve moving mechanism that causes, by expanding and contracting movements of the drive rod, the valve plate to move between a hermetically closed position at which the gate opening is hermetically closed by the valve plate and a full open position at which the gate opening is fully opened. A cylinder housing of the air cylinder is provided with a locking mechanism that locks the valve plate that has moved to the hermetically closed position and a lock detection unit that detects a locked state of the valve plate. The locking mechanism includes a lock piston that is capable of advancing and retreating with respect to the cylinder housing. A cam frame that is fixed to the drive rod has an engagement hole. The lock detection unit detects whether the lock piston is in a state of being engaged in the engagement hole.

A gate valve that opens or closes opening parts of a valve box with a valve plate includes a valve rod that moves upward or downward and tilt inside the valve box; a drive mechanism that moves the valve rod upward or downward by a predetermined stroke and tilts the valve rod; a stopper mechanism that includes a spring return type stopper pin, and in which, when compressed air is supplied, a pin rod of the stopper pin moves forward in a horizontal direction, and a cam plate connected to the valve rod or a load receiving roller attached to the cam plate collides with the pin rod to regulate an upward movement of the valve rod. When the supply of the compressed air is stopped, the pin rod moves backward in the horizontal direction due to a reaction force of the spring, so that the cam plate or the load receiving roller does not collide with the pin rod and the regulation on the upward movement of the valve rod is released; and a vibration reducing device that reduces vibration.

Dustproof gate valve

A dustproof gate valve includes a housing having a first panel, a second panel, and a valve port on each of the first and second panels, a slide including a body and a valve member and drivable to move between a first position and a second position, the slide closing the valve port of the first panel when at the first position, a driver mounted in the housing, a swing arm having one end thereof connected to the driver for moving the slide, and a dust pipe mounted in said body. When the slide is at the second position, the dust pipe is disposed between the valve port of the first panel and the valve port of the second panel, and the pipe wall of the dust pipe separates the valve ports of the first and second panels from the accommodation space.
