SEALING HIGH PRESSURE FLOW DEVICES

A fluid end assembly comprising a housing having multiple conduits formed therein. A tubular sleeve is installed within one of the conduits and is configured to house a plurality of packing seals. A seal is installed within a groove formed in the walls of the housing surrounding the tubular sleeve such that the seal engages an outer surface of the tubular sleeve.

FLOW CONTROL VALVE AND COOLING SYSTEM

Provided is a flow control valve and a cooling system, with which a pressure loss can be reduced. A rotor 12 includes a first guide portion 43 on the outer circumferential side of an extending portion 42 fixed to a drive shaft 13 and protruding into a space inside the rotor 12. The first guide portion 43 has a radial outer shape which increases from an x-axis positive direction side toward an x-axis negative direction side.

Multi-way valve

A multi-way valve includes an upper valve body, a lower valve body and a rotary valve core. The upper valve body and the lower valve body are provided respectively with an upper mounting hole and a lower mounting hole. The rotary valve core is provided passing through the upper mounting hole and the lower mounting hole, respectively. The rotary valve core is formed with a first stepped surface facing toward the upper valve body, and an adjusting nut, which is located below the rotary valve core, is provided in the lower mounting hole. The rotary valve core is moved up and down axially by adjusting the adjusting nut such that an axial clearance between the first stepped surface and the upper valve body is adjusted, so the rotary valve core may flexibly rotate at different temperatures to prevent the multi-way valve from being stuck.

Ball valve geometry and dynamic seal assembly

A ball valve assembly includes a housing having a valve chamber with an inlet opening and an outlet opening. A dynamic seal assembly including a spring member and a seal member are disposed in a seal chamber in one of the inlet opening and the outlet opening, wherein the spring member biases an end portion of the seal member into the valve chamber. A valve member includes a partially spherical outer surface with a recessed cam feature extending from the outer surface and a valve opening disposed in the outer surface, wherein during assembly of the valve member in the valve chamber the recessed cam feature is aligned with the end portion of the seal member and the valve member is rotated to engage the outer surface of the valve member with the end portion of the seal member.

ROTARY VALVE HAVING A SLIDING SEAL
20190049021 · 2019-02-14 ·

A rotary valve comprising a housing with a valve chamber, wherein the valve chamber has at least one inlet and at least one outlet, wherein the inlet and/or the outlet are at least partially closable, as required, by a valve body which is rotatable about an axis and is arranged in the valve chamber, wherein, on that side of the housing facing the valve body, the inlet and/or the outlet is enclosed by a sliding seal, and wherein the sliding seal bears sealingly, under elastic preload, against that surface of the valve body facing the housing.

DIVISIBLE VALVE CONNECTOR

A divisible valve connector for connecting two fluid conduits is provided. The connector may have a first component defining a first fluid connection and a second component defining a second fluid connection. The first component may include a first valve body section and a first shaft section while the second component may include a second valve body section and a second shaft section. The first component and second component may be configured to releasably interlock together to form the valve connector and, when interlocked, the first shaft section and second shaft section form a unitary shaft rotatable between an opened position and a closed position.

CONTROL VALVE

A control valve includes a casing that has a port in which an outflow opening is formed, a joint that is joined to an opening end surface of an outflow opening in the port, a rotor that is rotatably accommodated inside the casing, a slide ring that has a slide surface for sliding on an outer circumferential surface of the rotor, a sealing ring that is interposed between an inner circumferential surface of the port and an outer circumferential surface of the slide ring, and a holder that is disposed between the inner circumferential surface of the port and the outer circumferential surface of the slide ring and holds the sealing ring from an outer side in a port axial direction with respect to the sealing ring. The holder is disposed to be separated from at least any of the joint and the port.

Throttle valve

A throttle valve is provided, including a throttle valve body, a valve plug, a hollow seal, a cover, a spring, and a bushing. A flow path is formed in the throttle valve body. The valve plug is disposed in the throttle valve body. The degree of opening of the flow path is modified by rotating the valve plug. The hollow seal is disposed in the throttle valve body. The hollow seal abuts the valve plug. The cover is connected to the throttle valve body. An outlet is formed on the cover, the cover comprises a cover flange, and the cover flange surrounds the outlet. The spring abuts the cover flange to apply an elastic force to the hollow seal for tightly contacting the hollow seal with the valve plug. The spring is telescoped on the bushing, and a first end of the bushing pushes the hollow seal.

Multi-seat plug valve
12158221 · 2024-12-03 · ·

A multi-seat plug valve with a pair of sealing members separated by a rotatable plug, a body with one or more detents for receipt of a respective locking pin, a bonnet with one or more detents for receipt of a respective locking pin, linear track plates (upper/lower), and offset track plates (upper/lower). Each locking pin permanently rests in a respective slot in an upper or lower linear track plate. The locking pins may be moved between respective opposing detents in the upper or lower offset track plate and the bonnet or body, respectively, to affect i) radial movement of the sealing members when the linear track plates are coupled to the body and the bonnet by locking pins, and ii) rotational movement of the sealing members when the linear track plates are coupled to the upper and lower offset track plates by locking pins.
