The limiting apparatus (1h, 1g) is used for limiting the movement of the valve core (2, 2, 304) during opening of the valve (100, 200, 300). The valve (100, 200, 300) can be opened according to a movement sequence, has a compact structure, and is easy to operate.
Rotary type valve device
A rotary type valve device includes a rotor having an internal passage and an opening portion which opens to an outer contour surface, a housing which supports the rotor to be rotatable and defines an axial passage communicating with the internal passage and a radial passage facing the outer contour surface and capable of communicate with the opening portion, a passage member disposed in the housing to define a part of the radial passage, and an annular seal member which seals a predetermined second clearance defined between the passage member and the housing, wherein the passage member includes an annular contact portion which is pressed so as to be in close contact with the outer contour surface by a pressure of a fluid flowing from the axial passage, and a pressed portion pressed by the pressure of the fluid flowing from the radial passage through the annular seal member.
Deformed spherical eccentric valve
This utility model relates to a deformed spherical eccentric valve comprised of a valve body, valve stem, and open-close member, wherein the open-close member is positioned inside the valve body; the valve stem is connected to the open-close member; a sealing ring is set on the open-close member; a valve seat is set on the valve body; the valve seat and sealing ring are connected to form a sealing surface, which is curved This utility model has the advantages of simple structure, reduced opening and closing torque, good sealing performance, and prolonged valve service life.
Flat bottom valve
A flat bottom ball valve is provided in the present disclosure. According to an example, the flat bottom ball valve includes a valve body, a valve core, a valve rod, a bonnet and a flow path. The valve core is mounted inside the valve body. The valve rod is mounted on two opposite sides of the valve body, perpendicular to a liquid flow direction and capable of driving the valve core to turn over. The bonnet is movably mounted on the valve body and parallel to the valve rod. The flow path is defined inside the valve body and connects two ends of the valve body. The valve core includes a main body part, a connecting part formed by extending symmetrically from two sides of the main body part, an accessory defined on the main body part and a first mounting hole in the connecting part to engage with the valve rod. The valve core swings around the valve rod along a path above the valve rod and is capable of being hermetically engaged with the valve body to turn off/on the flow path. A horizontal center line of the main body part is parallel to a horizontal center line of the first mounting hole in the liquid flow direction of the flow path.
Cage reset planetary roller screw device
The present disclosure relates to a cage reset planetary roller screw device comprising a male thread member provided with a male thread and a female thread member provided with a female thread, a number of planetary rollers disposed between the male thread and the female thread. The planetary rollers are disposed between the male thread and the female thread through a cage, and the planetary rollers are disposed in roller retaining pockets of the cage. The side surfaces of the cage are provided with convex ends. The male thread member and/or the female thread member are provided with limit blocks that are in contact with the convex ends of the cage in the circumferential direction of the cage.
Multiport valve
A multiport valve, having a housing having at least two connectors, a control element for blocking at least one of the connectors, the control element disposed to be rotatable in a recess of the housing. An external contour of the control element has a compression portion which in at least one first position of the control element compresses a first seal disposed on a first one of the connectors. The external contour of the control element has a decompression portion that has a smaller radius than the compression portion and in at least one further position of the control element lies opposite the first seal such that the control element compresses the first seal to a lesser extent than in the first position.
Valve device
A valve device includes: a driving source making rotational motion; a rotated part provided rotatably around a predetermined axis; and a fluid passage portion having a flow hole for passing a fluid. The valve device further includes: a gear mechanism having gears to transmit rotational motion of the driving source to the rotated part by engagement between the gears to rotate the rotated part; and a biasing part biasing the rotated part toward one side in a circumferential direction with the predetermined axis at the center. The rotated part includes a rotor increasing or reducing an opening of the flow hole in conjunction with rotation of the rotated part and is rotated according to rotational motion of the driving source while being biased toward the one side in the circumferential direction by the biasing part.
Valve seat driven forced seal ball valve
The disclosure relates to a valve seat driven forced seal ball valve including a valve body, a first seat, a ball and a stem. The stem drives the ball to rotate between an open and a closed positions. The stem also drives the first seat towards and away from the ball. When the ball is in closed position, the first seat presses against the ball to achieve a forced seal. The first seat is driven towards and away from the ball by a first seat drive ring. The first seat drive ring is provided with female threads and the first seat is provided with male threads. The first drive ring drives the first seat towards and away from the ball by a screw connection.
Mechanical energized sealing ball valve with a single item
The invention relates to a mechanical energized sealing ball valve comprising a seat, a ball assembly, and a single valve stem that operates both the sealing member and the ball. The ball comprises a ball and a sealing member. The valve stem drives the ball to rotate between open position and close position. When the ball reaches the close position, the sealing member, operated by the same valve stem, moves away from the ball to press and sit against the seat. The invention has the advantages that: the valve has a compact structure, the friction-free on/off is achieved, the mechanical energized sealing force is even and reliable, the ball is retracted and locked in the opening position to protect against turbulence-induced damage, low operating torque, the open/close operation is rapid, and the valve stem seal operates simply and reliably.
