Pinch valve
A pinch valve comprises a first valve section, a second valve section, and a pinch mechanism. The first valve section includes a first fastener protrusion located at a first top wall first end and a first hinge protrusion located at a first top wall second end. The second valve section includes a recess in a bottom wall thereof, a second fastener protrusion located at a second bottom wall first end, and a second hinge protrusion located at a second bottom wall second end. The pinch mechanism includes a pinch member and a threaded rod. The threaded rod is configured to advance and retract the pinch member by threading the threaded rod into and out of the threaded hole with a top surface of the pinch member configured to retract into the recess as the threaded rod retracts the pinch member.
STABLE FLOW REGULATOR ASSEMBLY
A stable flow regulator assembly includes a body having an aperture that received a tube. The assembly also includes a worm gear that extends through, and is rotationally movable relative to, the body. A worm wheel is rotationally positioned within the body and is pivotably moved within the body by engagement with the worm gear. The worm wheel also includes a slot, configured to align with the aperture, through which a tube may be extended, and as the worm wheel is moved within the body, the slot and the aperture are moved out of and into alignment to compress and release compression upon the tube.
Lay Flat or Poly Hose Hydraulic Squeeze Off Tool
This invention relates to a new and improved hydraulic squeeze tool for compressing and stopping flow through a lay flat or poly hose, such invention engineered to increase the speed and efficiency when cutting flow and fluid transfers in pipe and hose systems in domestic, commercial, or heavy industrial applications.
CLAMPING ASSEMBLY AND PROCESS VALVE
A clamping assembly for a process valve includes a housing, a gear mechanism with a worm shaft and a rotatable clamping insert, and a clamping element configured to press a lateral outer collar of a valve diaphragm against a valve body. The worm shaft engages gear teeth on the clamping insert, which threads into the housing to convert rotational input into axial movement. Optional features include a drive mounting sleeve for securing a valve drive, a torque-limiting clutch, a predetermined breaking point, and self-locking threads to maintain clamping force and prevent over-torqueing. A process valve incorporating the clamping assembly is also disclosed.
Flow meter having a valve
A flow control apparatus includes a body, a door, a drip chamber holster, and a valve. The door is pivotally coupled to the body. The drip chamber holster is coupled to one of the body or the door to retain a drip chamber. The valve is disposed within the body and is configured to receive a fluid line coupled to the drip chamber when the door is in an open position. The valve is operatively coupled to the door to secure the fluid line within the valve when the door is in a closed position.
