A valve for a bypass conduit is comprised of a rigid inner frame having an arm with a tab at one end and a hinge at an opposite end. A flexible outer seal is positioned over the inner frame, the flexible outer seal defining a peripheral edge to substantially house the tab and arm of the inner frame. The valve is pivotable from a first position to a second position on the bypass conduit.

The actuator is rotationally coupled to the rotary disk, and in a first position, the gas relief valve directs a flow of a fluid into a production tubing and in a second position, the gas relief valve directs the flow of the fluid into an annulus of a wellbore.

At least two flow paths are formed by the orientation of the rotor relative to the housing and the ports, and the rotor is placed in one of a plurality of configurations to achieve the at least two flow paths.

A rotating disc is rotatably disposed in the chamber and constructed and arranged for selectively creating fluid communication between the inlet port and diverting the flow to a selected one of the at least one outlet port.

In some embodiments, a signal from the video camera is used as part of a feedback system that controls advancement of the rotor plate, to automatically align apertures in the rotor plate with apertures in a track plate. Some embodiments facilitate remote visual inspection of the condition of a seal sheet disposed between the rotor plate and the track plate, without disassembling the rotary valve. Some embodiments automatically measure remaining usable thickness of the seal sheet.
