CARTRIDGE FOR ELECTRONIC TAP WITH A HANDLE HAVING AN EXTENDED OPERATIVE RANGE OF MOTION, ELECTRONIC TAPE INCLUDING SAME, AND THE OPERATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a cartridge for an electronic tap having a handle or controller with an extended operative range of motion, which allows moving said handle or controller beyond its normal range of motion determined by a first stop, providing in said extended areas additional functionalities using a control system that determines the position of the handle in order to associate to said position a flow value, a fluid mixing ratio value, and/or an additional functionality. The invention also relates to the tap including said cartridge with a handle having an extended operative range of motion and to the operation method thereof.
VALVE UPPER PART FOR SANITARY FITTINGS
A valve upper part for insertion into a sanitary fitting includes a head piece in which a spindle is pivotably mounted, the first end of the spindle projecting from the head piece and the second end thereof engaging via a pin with a control element which is in contact with a stationary passage disc, wherein the passage disc has at least two passage openings and wherein the control element is designed as an adjusting block which is dimensioned such that it can be used to seal at least one passage opening.
CORE PULLING TOOL
A faucet valve cartridge pulling tool comprising a housing, a stem screw, and a collar. The housing has a first end and a second end. The first end has a surface adapted to abut a portion of a faucet valve body. The stem screw has a first end and a second end. The stem screw includes a first threaded section and a second threaded section. The first threaded section is adapted to engage internal threading of a faucet valve cartridge stem located within the faucet valve body. The collar has internal threading engaging the second threaded section of the stem screw. Wherein, rotating the collar relative to the stem screw pulls the first threaded portion axially towards the second end of the housing.
VALVE CONTROLLED CARTRIDGE OPERATED BY A PUSHBUTTON FOR THE MIXING OF WATER AND/OR FOR DIRECTING WATER COMING FROM AN INLET TO ONE OR MORE OUTLETS
Valve controlled cartridge operated by a pushbutton for the mixing of water and/or for directing water coming from an inlet to one or more outlets. The valve is a flow controlled piston valve (10) with a valve piston (17) guided in the interior of the housing (13) for axial displacement, and where no mechanical connection exists between the control valve (30) and the valve piston.
WATER CONSERVATION FAUCETS
A water conservation faucet seamlessly integrating a tactile feedback mechanism into existing faucets to spur user controlled pre-set water flow rate, energy conservation, and cost savings. During movement of the handle, the user receives tactile feedback through the handle indicating the position of the handle as it moves from one pre-set position to the next. In addition to tactile feedback, the handle provides visual feedback to the user as the handle remains in the fixed position until the user chooses to move handle to another position.
FLUID MIXING VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY
A fluid mixing valve body assembly comprises a base including two first water inlet holes, a first water outlet hole and a plurality of positioning holes; a first valve body including two second water inlet holes and a second water outlet hole; and an adapter disposed between the base and the first valve body. A mismatch is formed between the first and second water inlet holes correspondingly or between the first and second water outlet holes. The adapter including a first side and a second side, the first side including two first water inlet openings and a first water outlet opening respectively connected to the two first water inlet holes and the first water outlet hole, and the second side including two second water inlet openings and a second water outlet opening respectively connected to the two second water inlet holes and the second water outlet hole.
VALVE CARTRIDGE HOUSING ASSEMBLY
A faucet assembly including a housing body, a valve assembly received within the housing body, and a waterway assembly having a base supporting the valve assembly. A face seal is positioned between the valve assembly and the base of the waterway assembly. An upper radial seal is positioned between the valve assembly and an internal surface of the housing body, and a lower radial seal is positioned between the base and the internal surface of the housing body.
Tap cartridge with cable routing for manual moving actuation handle and tap with electronic handle that contains said tap cartridge
The present invention relates to a tap cartridge that includes a routing of a cable that may transmit data and/or supply electricity, for a tap handle or lever with electronic functions, and which also relates to the tap containing said cartridge with the routing system, wherein the configuration of a parameter of the fluid supplied is performed by rotation of said handle or lever, all thanks to a positioning through the inner cartridge and of an extra accumulation of cable in a space of the cartridge prior to the connection of the lever.
Valve core for faucet
A valve core for a faucet includes a casing, an immovable plate, a movable plate unit, a bracket, and a lever. The movable plate unit includes two pairs of coaxial movable plates and dials. The movable plates are disposed on top of the immovable plate. A restricting mechanism is disposed between one dial and the casing, and another restricting mechanism is disposed between the other dial and the bracket. When the lever is opened, the restricting mechanism is unlocked, and the lever is rotated to adjust the water temperature of a manual spray mode of the faucet. When the lever is closed, the restricting mechanism is locked, and the lever is rotated to adjust the water temperature of an automatic spray mode of the faucet. The water temperature adjustments of the manual spray mode and the automatic spray mode are independent of each other.
Faucet with safety interlock for near-boiling and chilled water
A two-way or four-way water faucet dispenses near-boiling water on demand but has a safety interlock. A control valve assembly is attached to the faucet. The interlock uses two disks pressed into contact, each having a single projecting sector. One disk is fixed to the valve body. The other disk, fixed to the handle, slides against the first. The disks must be pulled apart by sliding the handle while it is being turned to superimpose the sectors and turn the control valve, connecting the faucet to the vented near-boiling water supply. A reed switch inside the fixed sector is activated by a magnet inside the rotatable sector and activates a near-boiling water pump.
