The valve stem comprises a driving end, an adjustment section, and a control shaft sequentially connected together, and a rotating base is securely engaged on the driving end, and the driving end is connected to the driving valve piece through the rotating base. The adjustment section has a plurality of peripheral grooves thereon, and each peripheral grooves comprises a torque adjustment ring disposed thereon.
