Control valve with optimized cross-section

A control valve for a pump for delivering a fluid. The control valve includes: a valve housing which delineates a piston chamber; a piston which can be moved within the piston chamber; and a fluid channel which ports into the piston chamber via a port opening, wherein the port opening defines a port control edge. The valve housing includes a recess which extends into the fluid channel, wherein the recess defines a recess control edge which is axially offset with respect to the port control edge, and/or the piston includes a piston recess which defines a piston recess control edge.

Valve assembly

The disclosure relates to a valve assembly, comprising a valve body, in which a fluid channel is formed that connects a fluid inlet to a fluid outlet, wherein a preload force is applied to a closing body, which is movably mounted in the fluid channel, in the direction of a valve seat formed in the valve body, a fluid force acting on the closing body against the preload force in order to open the valve seat. The closing body is guided axially and/or radially by at least one guide ball, the guide ball being arranged between the closing body and a lateral boundary of the fluid channel.

A fluid control valve having extremely high responsiveness not only when a pressure of a working fluid of a first flow path is high but also when the pressure of the working fluid of the first flow path is low includes: a valve seat; a valve body contacting and separating from the valve seat; a first biasing member biasing the valve body in a valve closing direction; and a second biasing member having a spring force lower than that of the first biasing member, wherein the valve body is axially divided into a base portion biased by the first biasing member and an opening and closing portion contacting and separating from the valve seat, and the second biasing member is disposed so that the base portion and the opening and closing portion are axially separable from each other.

A flow control manifold apparatus includes a housing defining a first flow path from a flow input port to flow output port and a second flow path from a return inlet port to a return outlet port. A first flow regulating valve is placed inline the first flow path and an excess flow path fluidly couples the first flow path to the second flow path. An excess pressure valve is placed inline the excess flow path and is in a closed orientation when the first flow regulating valve is open so that all of the fluid exits through the flow output port. The excess pressure valve is then in a partially open orientation when the first flow regulating valve is partially closed so that a first portion of the fluid exits through the flow output port and a second portion of the fluid exits through the return outlet port.

Aspirator integrated pressure relief valve and vent valve for an inflation system

A valve assembly for an inflation system that includes a pressure relief valve and a vent valve. The pressure relief valve has a pressure relief housing and a pressure relief valve poppet. The pressure relief housing defines a first pressure relief cavity that is disposed between a first end wall defining a first flow port and a first wall defining a passageway and a second pressure relief cavity disposed between the first wall and a second wall. The pressure relief valve poppet is movably disposed within the first pressure relief cavity and the second pressure relief cavity. The vent valve has a vent housing and a vent valve poppet. The vent housing defines a vent cavity that is disposed between the second wall defining a vent flow port and a second end wall. The vent valve poppet is movably disposed within the vent cavity.

Pilot-operated pressure relief valve nozzle

A pilot-operated pressure relief valve nozzle assembly and associated systems and methods are provided. In an exemplary embodiment, the nozzle assembly includes a body having an elongate shaft with an inner lumen extending therein and a flange at one end of the elongate shaft and having an annular notch formed therein. The annular notch is configured to seat an annular ring, and the annular notch includes an annular groove formed therein that enables communication between a first bore extending through the flange from the inner lumen to the annular groove and a second bore extending through the annular ring, thus allow the first and second bores to be radially offset from one another.

Multiphase Separation and Pressure Letdown Method

A method and apparatus for the separation of gas and liquid-solid slurry under pressure, and passage of the liquid-solid slurry to an atmospheric discharge.

FLOW CONTROL SWITCH VALVE

A flow regulating switch valve includes a valve core that includes a switch assembly configured to drive a diaphragm assembly to open or close a water outlet, and also includes a flow regulating assembly that comprises a rotating ring, a sliding block, and a magnet. A control key is configured to control the switch assembly. The rotating ring is connected to the control key and includes an inclined plane that transitions from high to low and is configured to drive the sliding block to slide up and down such that the sliding block drives the magnet to move up and down. The magnet is configured to control the diaphragm assembly to regulate a size of the water outlet.

A valve includes an inlet and an outlet; a body including a first seat and a second seat; a cavity in the body; a piston positioned in the cavity; and a pilot ball adjacent the piston and that is disposed in a pilot seat, and a rear surface of the piston butts against the pilot seat at a maximum open position of the piston. Each of the first seat and the second seat is a seat that is a mechanical stop that prevents the piston from extending further than the closed position. The piston includes a flat front face that contacts the first seat when in the closed position, and a nose extension that extends outward and away from a center portion of the front face, and the nose extension has an opening through a center of a front surface thereof.
