Main Stage In-Line Pressure Control Cartridge with Optional Reverse Flow Function
20170363217 · 2017-12-21 ·

A main stage in-line pressure control cartridge. The cartridge selectively controls flow in-line in the same direction as opposed to directing flow at a 90 degree angle like other cartridges. A tubular poppet can be mounted into a body and has a sliding control sleeve that can expose radial holes in the poppet to an open position and to seal the radial holes in a closed position. The cartridge can be configured in numerous ways in order to serve many functions, such as a pressure relief valve, a counterbalance valve, and a flow control valve. The cartridge can also be configured to allow or prevent reverse flow.

Reduced outflow inflation valve
09839300 · 2017-12-12 · ·

A reduced outflow valve in fluid communication with an inflatable apparatus comprising a tubular body defining an inner bore and a plunger slidingly engaged in the bore. Inflation of the inflatable apparatus urges the plunger to a first position configured to allow rapid ingress of air into the cushion to inflate the cushion and deflation of the inflatable apparatus urges the plunger to a second position wherein the plunger is configured as a baffle to dampen or slow air egress during release of air.

The pressure reducing valve comprises a valve body, a piston and an elastic member, the valve body comprises a connector, the connector comprises a water passing hole penetrating from an inner side to an outer peripheral surface of the connector, a sealing member encompasses the connector, the piston comprises a bottom wall and a peripheral wall extending upward from a periphery of the bottom wall, an inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall comprises a discharging section and a sealed section disposed between the discharging section and the bottom wall, the discharging section defines one or more discharging passages, the peripheral wall of the piston is configured to slidably encompass an outer side of the connector, and the elastic member configured to drive the piston to be separated from the connector.

FLOW-CONTROLLING UNIT HAVING FUNCTION OF LIMITING TILTING ANGLE OF FLOW-CONTROLLING PIECE
20170219108 · 2017-08-03 ·

A flow-controlling unit having a function of limiting the tilting angle of a flow-controlling piece which includes a flow-controlling plate, which is disposed perpendicular to the moving direction of a fluid in a flow channel. The flow-controlling plate includes first fluid through-holes through which the fluid passes and flow-controlling pieces which are provided in a part corresponding to the first fluid through-holes. The flow-controlling pieces are inclined in the direction of the inflow of the fluid and control the degree of opening of the first fluid through-holes by being tilted due to pressure applied from hydraulic pressure of the fluid. A tilting-angle-limiting plate has second fluid through-holes which communicate with the first fluid through-holes, wherein the diameter of the second fluid through-holes is smaller than the diameter of the first fluid through-holes, allowing the flow-controlling pieces to be supported to limit the tilting angle of the flow-controlling pieces.

Pressure-compensated, subsea chemical injection valve

A gate valve controls fluid communication from an inlet to an outlet relative to a reference pressure. A body defines a passage disposed in communication with the inlet, and an outlet port disposed in the passage communicates the passage with the outlet. A piston disposed in the passage is movable therein between first and second positions relative to the outlet port. The piston is movable in a first direction from the first position to the second position in response to an inlet pressure at the inlet. A gate disposed on the piston is biased transversely toward the outlet port. The gate moved by the piston adjusts flow from the passage to the outlet port. A pressure compensator disposed opposite the piston biases the piston in a second opposite direction from the second position to the first position. The pressure compensator has a chamber in communication with the reference pressure.

Dialysis machine and constant flow regulator

A dialysis machine, in particular for hemodialysis and/or hemofiltration, having a dialyzate system and having a water inlet via which the dialyzate system can be connected to an external water supply. The dialysis machine includes a constant flow regulator that is arranged between the water connection and the dialyzate system.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TIRE LEAK DETECTION
20220234397 · 2022-07-28 ·

A method for detecting a leak in a pressure vessel of a system including a plurality of pressure vessels in fluid communication with a common header comprises: reducing a fluid pressure in the common header to a first predetermined value below an operating pressure of the plurality of pressure vessels; gradually adding fluid to the common header at a first flow rate to increase the fluid pressure in the common header from the first predetermined value; monitoring, after gradually adding the fluid to the common header, the fluid pressure in the common header; and determining, based on the fluid pressure in the common header after gradually adding the fluid to the common header, a leak in at least one pressure vessel of the plurality of pressure vessels.
