Servo valve flapper and nozzle structure
An integral flapper and nozzle structure for a servo valve assembly whereby the flapper, orifices and nozzles are formed by sheets of metal formed into a single component.
SOLENOID AND SOLENOID CONTROL DEVICE
A solenoid and a solenoid control device, the solenoid control device including: a solenoid having a first coil, a variable resistor connected to one end of the first coil in series, and a second coil connected with the first coil in parallel; a drive device that drives the solenoid by supplying power to the dual coils; and a controller that controls the solenoid through the drive device.
SOLENOID APPARATUS AND METHODS
There is a solenoid including a stator having a first stator tooth and a second stator tooth, and an armature having a first armature tooth and a second armature tooth. The armature is moveable with respect to the stator over a predetermined stroke. A coil is associated with one of the stator and the armature for conducting an electric current and generating magnetic flux that is guided by the stator and the armature. The stator or the armature acts as a ferromagnetic core for the coil. There is a first air-gap between the first stator tooth and the first armature tooth that has a first length, and a second air-gap between the second stator tooth and the second armature tooth that has a second length. The first and second lengths are constant to within a predetermined margin over the predetermined stroke when the first and second armature teeth overlap the first and second stator teeth respectively.
3-way solenoid valve and brake system for vehicle including same
A 3-way solenoid valve and a brake system for vehicle including same. The 3-way solenoid valve includes a valve chamber, valve block, a first operation assembly, a valve seat, and a second operation assembly.
Solenoid valve
A solenoid valve is disclosed. The solenoid valve comprises: a fixed member having a tube portion; a mobile plunger positioned in the tube portion, the mobile plunger being axially movable between a first position and a second position; a rod coupled to the mobile plunger and having a spool for control of fluid flow, the rod being axially movable in the tube portion; an electromagnetic coil positioned externally to the fixed member; and an air gap positioned in the tube portion between the electromagnetic coil and the mobile plunger, wherein the air gap is formed in an internal surface of the tube portion.
ELECTRONIC EXPANSION VALVE AND THERMAL MANAGEMENT ASSEMBLY
An electronic expansion valve and a thermal management assembly. The electronic expansion valve has a valve port and a valve core. A valve body includes a first flow portion, a second flow portion, a first cavity and a second cavity. The first flow portion comprises a first connection section and a first subsection, and the first subsection is directly in communication with the first cavity. The second flow portion comprises a second connection section and a second subsection, and the second subsection is directly in communication with the second cavity. In a clockwise direction, an angle formed between at least one of the center line of the first subsection and the center line of the second subsection and the center line of the valve core is an acute angle.
Solenoid with no metal-to-metal wear couples in default position
A solenoid actuator includes a housing assembly, a bobbin assembly, a coil, an armature, an actuation rod, a guide ring, a lower spring guide, an upper spring guide, and a spring. The actuation rod is fixedly coupled to the armature, and the guide ring, the lower spring guide, the upper spring guide, and the anti-rotation structure all comprise a non-metallic material.
VALVE APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
A bistable valve. The valve includes an interior cavity; a first pressure source; a second pressure source; a first post connected to the interior cavity at a first end of the interior cavity; a second post connected to the interior cavity at a second end of the interior cavity; a magnetic shuttle located within the interior cavity; a first electromagnetic coil disposed about the first post; a second electromagnetic coil disposed about the second post; wherein when the first electromagnetic coil is energized, the first electromagnetic coil supplies a magnetic charge to the first post and actuates the magnetic shuttle to move towards the first end of the interior cavity towards the first post and seal the first pressure source.
Drive unit for gate valve
A drive unit for a gate valve controls a flow rate of fluid passing through an opening in a valve seat by forward and backward moving a valve plate against the opening in the valve seat. This drive unit includes a shaft connected to the valve plate, a linear motor for driving the shaft and drive control means to control the drive of the linear motor. The linear motor has a plurality of coils for generating a magnetic field by electric current and a permanent magnet assembly to react to the magnetic field generated by the plurality of coils. The plurality of coils forms a stator while the permanent magnet assembly is connected to the shaft and displaced together with the shaft to form a mover to forward and backward move the valve plate. Each of the plurality of coils is connected to its own control circuit and the drive control means individually controls the current flowing through each of the plurality of coils via the control circuit. The drive control means may be provided with a linear encoder to detect the current position of the permanent magnet assembly.
Mixing fluid by combined axial motion and rotation of mixing body
A mixer for mixing a mobile phase in a sample separation device for separating a fluidic sample, wherein the mixer includes a fluid inlet for supplying the mobile phase to be mixed to a mixing volume, a movable body configured for rotating and axially moving in the mixing volume to thereby mix the mobile phase, and a fluid outlet for supplying the mixed mobile phase to a mobile phase consumer.
