Fuel vapor control valve and fuel vapor control system
09828952 · 2017-11-28 · ·

A control valve is disposed on a vapor control system which controls vapor. A case and caps hold a diaphragm. The case and the diaphragm define a primary chamber. The caps and the diaphragm define a secondary chamber. The secondary chamber communicates to an inlet passage via a through hole formed as an orifice. An inlet pipe is arranged so that the inlet passage and the secondary chamber are adjacent each other by being separated by an outer wall. By employing this arrangement, the through hole can be formed without increasing a vapor permeable surface area. Since the through hole is not formed on the diaphragm, a stable open-and-close characteristic can be provided. The through hole may be formed by using a molding die for forming the inlet passage. Thereby, it is possible to improve productivity.

PRESSURE REGULATION VALVE

A pneumatic pressure regulation valve comprising: a valve inlet; a valve outlet; a piston arranged to control gas flow from the inlet to the outlet; a sense line fluidly connecting the inlet to a pressure regulation chamber and with a pressure relief valve connected thereto to limit the pressure in the pressure regulation chamber; wherein the piston is arranged between the pressure regulation chamber and the valve outlet such that the position of the piston is determined by the relative pressures in the regulation chamber and the valve outlet and the position of the piston controls the flow from the valve inlet to the valve outlet; wherein the sense line comprises a flow restriction upstream of the pressure relief valve. The flow restriction addresses instability that can arise from large volumes of connecting tubes or pipes in the sense line.

In a compressed-fluid discharge control device, there are formed a valve chamber communicated with a discharge channel and supply channels for supplying a compressed fluid, and a pilot chamber into which the compressed fluid is introduced from the supply channels. A diaphragm valve for communicating or cutting off communication of the supply channels and the discharge channel seats on or separates from a valve seat provided in the valve chamber. Pilot channels through which a compressed fluid supplied to the pilot chamber passes are formed in the diaphragm valve. The compressed-fluid discharge control device has a pilot chamber opening/closing valve for opening or closing the pilot chamber. The pilot chamber opening/closing valve includes a solenoid valve which is opened in response to energization thereof and closed in response to de-energization thereof.

PRESSURE REGULATING SOLENOID VALVE

A solenoid valve which regulates the pressure in a pressurized fuel injection system includes a body containing a needle that is pressed by an electromagnet including a coil and a magnetic core. The core has a cavity that is in fluid communication via an internal channel with a counterbore in the body into which the needle protrudes and into which fuel flows during use. The core also has a restriction which restricts the fluid communication and which attenuates pressure waves propagating in the fuel to prevent the waves from moving the core.

There is described a fluid flow measuring and control device for installation within plumbing. The device comprises a main flow channelling system having an inlet and an outlet for connection to the plumbing, and a bypass channelling system in parallel from the main flow channelling system. A flowmeter is provided in the bypass channelling system for measuring the fluid flow in the bypass channelling system and thereby estimating the fluid flow at the inlet or at the outlet of the main flow channelling system. The flowmeter may comprise a wheel and a pair of movement sensors. A valve such as a solenoid valve can be provided as an on/off control for the plumbing. Using a microcontroller, the device can identify which appliance is used and determine consumption, or detect abnormal use or leaks and close the valve and/or notify a user mobile device.

VALVE ARRANGEMENT FOR A VIBRATION DAMPER
20220196106 · 2022-06-23 ·

A valve arrangement for a vibration damper, as may be used on a vehicle. The vibration damper can be a telescopic suspension fork leg of a motorbike, or a shock absorber for a vehicle with more than one track, for example an automobile. The valve arrangement is for a vibration damper that has a valve housing with an annular valve seat, and is configured to receive damping fluid, and further having a valve piston arranged in an axially displaceable manner relative to the valve seat in an inner space of the valve housing. The valve piston has a main valve which has a flexible circular valve disc which can be removed from contact with a contact surface side on the valve seat. The valve disc is arranged on the valve piston by a guide pin, such that it can be moved axially relative to the latter and is guided radially.
