FLOW CONTROL SWITCH VALVE
A flow regulating switch valve includes a valve core that includes a switch assembly configured to drive a diaphragm assembly to open or close a water outlet, and also includes a flow regulating assembly that comprises a rotating ring, a sliding block, and a magnet. A control key is configured to control the switch assembly. The rotating ring is connected to the control key and includes an inclined plane that transitions from high to low and is configured to drive the sliding block to slide up and down such that the sliding block drives the magnet to move up and down. The magnet is configured to control the diaphragm assembly to regulate a size of the water outlet.
GAS/FLUID TIMER
The present invention relates to systems and apparatus for controlling actuation and flow/pressure simultaneously over a timed cycle. In particular, the present invention relates to a gas/fluids actuator for readily controlling gas/fluids flow. More specifically, the present invention relates to novel improvements in timed gas/fluids flow actuation pressure/flow control and cessation thereof including: a timer including: a valve, an actuator element for controlling flow through the valve, and a timer for readily activating and deactivating the actuator.
VALVE, FITTING AND USE OF A VALVE
In a sanitary valve (1) having a push-push actuation mechanism (2), a cap interface (5) is provided between a cover cap (6) and an actuating element (3) having a higher rotational symmetry than a fitting interface (8) between the valve (1) and a fitting (9).
Diaphragm valve
A diaphragm valve includes a valve seat disposed in a valve chamber in a body, an annular groove provided on the outer periphery of the valve seat, a diaphragm provided so as to be able to make contact with and leave the valve seat via a pressurizing device, and a primary-side flow path communicating the valve chamber, in which an inner diameter of a secondary-side flow path contiguously provided to the annular groove is 2.0 to 4.5 times a groove width of the annular groove, and an intersection cross-sectional area between the annular groove and the secondary-side flow path is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the secondary-side flow path and the intersection cross-sectional area is configured to be equal to or larger than 35% with respect to a sectional area of the secondary-side flow path to acquire a predetermined Cv value.
Valve actuator and diaphragm valve including the same
Provided is a valve actuator in a simple structure and easily downsizable, having reliable valve openability and closability even under high pressure, and also capable of exerting high durability even with a high frequency of valve opening and closing, and a diaphragm valve including this valve actuator. In the valve actuator, a repulsive member provided in an actuator main body, a piston pressed by this repulsive member, and at least two air chambers for moving the piston by an air pressure are arranged and a booster mechanism for exerting a force amplified in a valve-closing direction is accommodated in any of the air chambers.
LOCKOUT TAGOUT DEVICE AND VALVE
A valve assembly including a valve housing and a handle that is movable about an actuation axis to actuate a valve actuator within the valve housing between an open position and a closed position. The handle has a first opening and the valve housing has a second opening. When the valve actuator is in the closed position the first opening aligns with the second opening to enable receipt of a lockout member that prevents movement of the valve actuator from the closed position to the open position.
PIPELINE VALVE FOR CLOSING AND/OR SWITCHING
The present disclosure provides an adjustable pipeline valve for changing and/or switching the discharge water flow path. The pipeline valve includes: a valve body; an inlet in communication with the valve body; and at least one outlet in communication with the valve body. The pipeline valve further includes: a water stopping member located within a chamber of the valve body and preventing direct communication between the inlet and the at least one outlet; a plugging assembly located in at least one receiving hole in a part of the valve body, the at least one receiving hole being in one-to-one correspondence with at least one water passing hole in the water stopping member; and a switching assembly 17 configured to allow the plugging assembly to block a corresponding water passing hole by a rotation of the switching assembly 17 to switch the communication between the inlet and the at least one outlet.
Flow-rate adjustable valve
The present invention is a flow-rate adjustable valve for adjusting a flow rate of liquid flowing through a flow path. The flow-rate adjustable valve includes: a main valve body; a back pressure chamber; an inlet hole; an outlet hole; a pilot valve body for opening and closing an end of the outlet hole on a side of the back pressure chamber; an elongated member holding the pilot valve body; and a lifter rotatable and also movable in the axial direction of the elongated member by the rotation of the rotatable member. The lifter and the elongated member are integrally movable in the axial direction. The elongated member is connected to the lifter under a condition in which the elongated member is biased to the lifter in a one-way direction of the axial direction by a biasing-connecting member.
Flow-rate adjustable valve and method of manufacturing the same
The present invention is a flow-rate adjustable valve for adjusting a flow rate of liquid flowing through a flow path. The flow-rate adjustable valve includes: a rotatable member; a lifter linearly movable by a rotation of the rotatable member; a valve body linearly movable by a linear movement of the lifter; a stopper configured to restrict a movable range of the lifter in a fixed state of the stopper in which a position of the stopper is not able to be changed; and a stopper-holding member configured to hold the stopper selectively in the fixed state or in a provisional fixed state in which the position of the stopper is able to be changed.
