A clamp includes a polymer having metal particles dispersed therein. The metal particles can be made of aluminum. In one aspect, the clamp contains a metal core for rigidity. One use of the clamp is within aircraft for holding fuel line tubing in place.

CLAMP FOR ELONGATE OBJECTS
20220118585 · 2022-04-21 · ·

A clamp comprises first and second clamp halves, each comprising an elongate object receiving portion and a portion of a clamp retention mechanism. The first and second elongate object receiving portions are sized and shaped to cooperatively hold an elongate object at a desired position when the first and second clamp halves are fastened together. The first and second portions of the clamp retention mechanism are sized and shaped to (a) engage each other when the first and second clamp halves are moved towards each other in a first direction, (b) fasten the first and second clamp halves together without requiring use of a tool to engage the retention mechanism, and (c) disengage from each other when the first and second clamp halves are moved away from each other in a direction orthogonal to the first direction to unfasten the first and second clamp halves without use of a tool.

PROTECTION STRUCTURE OF SAMPLING TUBE OF TANK TRUCK
20210364104 · 2021-11-25 ·

A protection structure of a sampling tube of a tank truck is provided. A positioning and protecting base is provided around an outer circumference of the sampling tube. The sampling tube includes a sampling output port for connection with a sampling output hose. The positioning and protecting base includes a through hole. The sampling output port extends through the through hole to partly project outside of the positioning and protecting base. With such an arrangement, the stiffness and strength of the entire sampling output port are enhanced for resisting impact and hit, and readiness of connection between the sampling output port and a sampling output hose is not negatively affected to thereby improve usage performance of the sampling tube.

Example aspects of a pipe clamp assembly can comprise a pipe clamp comprising a first clamp segment and a second clamp segment, the first clamp segment defining an inner surface, a first end, and a second end, the second clamp segment defining an inner surface, a first end, and a second end; a projection extending from the inner surface of the first clamp segment, the projection defining a linear top edge configured to engage a pipe, the linear top edge oriented distal to the inner surface of the first clamp segment; and a support flange coupled to the pipe clamp proximate to the first end of the first clamp segment and the first end of the second clamp segment, the support flange configured to support the pipe clamp assembly on a support surface.

Pipe clamp

Example aspects of a pipe clamp and a method for attaching a pipe clamp to a pipe are disclosed. The pipe clamp can comprise a first clamp segment defining an inner surface, an outer surface, a first side, and a second side, the inner surface defining a first semi-cylindrical wall; a second clamp segment defining an inner surface, an outer surface, a first side, and a second side, the inner surface defining a second semi-cylindrical wall, the first semi-cylindrical wall and second semi-cylindrical wall defining a cylindrical void wall, the cylindrical void wall defining a void, the void configured to receive a pipe extending therethrough; and a plurality of projections monolithically formed with and extending from the cylindrical void wall, wherein the plurality of projections are spaced apart in a circumferential row around the cylindrical void wall.

Clamp for circular objects

A clamp can be configured to secure a circular object and can include a first clamp member and a second clamp member. The first clamp member can include a first clamp portion and the second clamp member can include a second clamp portion. The first clamp portion and the second clamp portion can be configured to receive the circular object therebetween, and to secure the circular object within the clamp with the second clamp member nested with the first clamp member.

Insulated riser clamp
10914405 · 2021-02-09 · ·

A riser clamp assembly for receiving and supporting an insulated pipe. The clamp assembly includes a first riser clamp and a second riser clamp. Each of the riser clamps includes a semi-circular body portion extending arcuately between opposite first and second ends and defining an inner cylindrical wall and an outer cylindrical wall extending axial between top and bottom edges. A generally C-shaped flange projects radially from the inner cylindrical wall generally midway between the top and bottom edges to define an axial center opening. A support brace extends radially from the outer cylindrical wall adjacent each end of the body portion for interconnecting the first and second riser clamps around the insulated pipe.
