Irrigation system ground spike
An irrigation system ground spike for securing at least one component of an irrigation system includes a spike portion for penetrating soil to hold the ground spike in position and at least two holding portions. Each holding portion holds a respective component of an irrigation system wherein a first of the two holding portions differs from a second of the two portions so facilitating use of the spike for selectively securing respective different components. In particular one of the holding portions is arranged for holding tube or hose of a first diameter and another of the holding portions is arranged for holding tube or hose of a second diameter.
Rigid support for multiple polymeric tubes
A rigid tube support having no flexing sections comprised of an elongated rectangular shape having arcuated round ended slots for restraining multiple PEX (crosslinked polyethylene) tubes used in construction for hydronics and plumbing. These slots have openings to allow the tubes to be freely inserted radially into the openings. These slots further have within each of them a single semicylindrical protrusion axially oriented with the tube trapping the tube from sliding out radially once inserted. The protrusion forces the tube to be temporarily deformed during insertion. When in final position the slots are large enough to allow the tubes to freely rotate and slide axially within the support accommodating linear thermal expansion of the tubes. These larger slots also allow for tube rotation for ease of installation. The curved opening enables the support to be used horizontally as well as vertically. The support keeps the multiple tubes spaced apart and offset from the mounting surface to allow for insulation to be later applied to the tubes. Placed perpendicular and in between each of the tube openings are apertures through which fasteners are inserted. Although there are multiple apertures only two fasteners are required.
Modular system
The invention relates to the field of couplings, and more specifically to a system for assembling a modular coupling (100) comprising at least a main body (101), a thread (109) around a central axis (X) with restricted freedom to move relative to said main body (101) at least in a direction parallel to said central axis (X), and a distinct toothed part (113) that is fastened to the main body (101) and that presents a set of teeth with at least one front tooth (115) projecting along an axis parallel to said central axis (X). The system comprises a plurality of alternative toothed parts each presenting a different set of teeth for selection as a function of a set of front teeth of another coupling to which the modular coupling (100) is to be coupled.
PIPE SUPPORT AND METHOD
A pipe support has a pair of arms. The first end of one arm has a tongue and the first end of the other arm has an elongate groove configured to slidably receive the tongue. Base plates are pivotably connected to the second ends of both arms.
HOSE CLAMP
There is provided a hose clamp. A clamp has a clamp body. On one end portion of the clamp body, a slit is provided and a first grip piece is formed. On the other end portion of the clamp body, a second grip piece is formed. A holder is provided with a holding groove and a grip portion. The holding groove has an insertion opening opened in a direction intersecting with an axial direction of the clamp body, and a side opening opened on at least one end side in the axial direction of the clamp body. A protrusion is provided on at least one of opposing inner surfaces of the holding groove. When the pair of grip pieces are inserted in the holding groove, the protrusion can be arranged inside a part of the slit located in the first grip piece.
Cable suspension clamp
A cable clamp includes an elongated, open-top base having a first end, a second end, and a central region. A suspension arm extends from the open-top base. An eyelet having an opening, a top portion, and a base portion is coupled to the suspension arm. The eyelet base portion has a first width and the top portion has a second width greater than the first width. A keeper is coupled to the base.
Circular roller clamp assembly
A circular roller clamp assembly includes a semi-circular housing configured to receive a portion of an IV tube, a motor and a motor arm coupled to the motor. A roller is coupled to the roller arm, the roller movably received by a guide groove disposed in the semi-circular housing. A flow rate of fluid flowing through the IV tube is regulated based on roller impingement of the IV tube against a tube channel in the guide groove via circumferential movement of the roller along the guide groove. IV sets with circular roller clamp assemblies and methods of operating circular roller clamp assemblies are also provided.
PIPE CLAMP FOR A RANGE OF PIPE DIAMETERS
A pipe clamp includes two clamp parts, each clamp part having a curved pipe clamping portion, and an anchoring portion formed at or near a first end of each pipe clamping portion to anchor the pipe clamp to a profile element. The anchoring portion is formed as a leg with a hammerhead. A flange is formed at a second end of each pipe clamping portion. The flanges of the clamp parts are adapted to be positioned opposite each other. A tightening member is associated with the clamp flanges for tightening them together. The curved pipe clamping portion has a varying stiffness along the curve length between the first end and the second end of the pipe clamping portion, where on average the stiffness of the pipe clamping portion decreases or increases from the first end towards the second end.
Pipe clamp
A pipe clamp comprises a mounting post having a flexible arm extending laterally therefrom in a semi-circular arc. The arm defines with the mounting post an arcuate recess having spaced apart opposite ends between which different size pipe is selectively insertable into the recess. Opposed flexible fingers extend radially inwardly adjacent opposite ends of the recess. The fingers are axially angled between opposite sides of the clamp to facilitate bending of the fingers when contacted by the pipe during insertion of the pipe into the recess.
Organizing device for cable and wire
An organizing device includes two casing members each having a recess, and the recesses of the casing members are directed toward each other for receiving a cable, and the casing members each include one or more spring blades located in front of the recess of the casing member for engaging with the cable and for retaining the cable in the recesses of the casing members with the spring blades. The casing members each include one or more projections extended from the spring blades for frictionally engaging with the cable. The casing members each include an orifice for engaging with a fastener.
